I came in from out of town to visit a family/friend and noticed significant water marks. I called in, Bret was able to schedule discovery visit and provide an estimate within the week. Promptly upon receiving approval on the estimate we scheduled the repair date. Justin called an hour before appointment to confirm he was on his way. He completed the repair within a couple of hours. It’s my first time calling an air duct company so I was a bit excited to see how it’s been done and what surprises I might find in my ducts.
To my surprise my duct were in a good condition so not much dirt has to be removed but the reason I’m writing this review is because they ware very honest with me and they told me that my ducts are fairly clean and I should consider if I want to continue with the service but because I’m a very ocd and everything needs to be perfect I want them to continue with the service so they did and I’m very pleased.

Mateo was prompt and professional. The team cleaned my dryer vent, which runs about 12 or 14 feet through my attic and out the roof. Mateo took the time to show me how much lint had built up in the vent, and he made sure to remove all of it thoroughly. He also sealed the pipe back up really well.
