I contacted and received services provided, which seemed adequate to fix my chimney issues. However 6 months after there repairs, leaks started again. Damaged ceiling inside too. Brett, the owner agreed to come out and inspect. He did water tests and suggested a seal coating on the brick.

I had a second company come in this past week and they found two openings in grout where water entered and made contact with the ceiling.

I contacted Chimney USA. They refunded my money, repaired my ceiling and did that for free. I appreciate a company that stands by their workmanship. Satisfied with the outcome.
