the technician arrived right on time and was very professional and courteous. the service was excellent—he explained every step of the air duct and dryer vent cleaning process, including why it's important to have your vents cleaned at least once a year and how using a proper vent cover can help. he even took time to show me how much dust and debris had built up, including removing a huge 4 ft. nest with a few old birds from the duct! after everything, he cleaned the area around where he worked and helped install the new vent cover. austin was super knowledgeable and made sure i understood the benefits of regular air duct cleaning for better air in the house. prices were the best compared to others i checked. i would definitely recommend elite dryer vent repair & cleaning co. to everyone!

Mike came to my house to do a routine dryer vent cleaning and when they started cleaning they noticed there was a birds nest in my system. Mike was very easy to communicate with and helped me understand the situation after that he cleaned my system. He even put a bird guard in my system so birds can’t get inside. 10/10 best service I’ve tried

I do not recommend Elite Ducts. We used them to come clean our ducts for the AC unit and since they came we have been having issues. I reached out to them and when they were supposed to come last week they came to clean them again and wanted to charge again and we told them that was not what was needed. When I spoke to Tyler to schedule that appointment, he assured me they would come in and do a follow up. Well, I reached out to him after they left to let him know they did not do a follow up and he said they would get back to me to see what was going on. Until today when I reached out I didn’t not hear from him. His immediate response was “it needs to be repaired and we don’t do that”. I’m not happy because how do you know it needs to be repaired if you didn’t look at it. So, we have someone else schedule to come but I’m very disappointed and do not recommend them at all!

We got our air vents cleaned at the house and we are so so happy we choose Elite dryer team!!!! They did a great job and we can feel the difference and the fresh air at the house. The service was great and they made sure to clean after themselves. We will use them again and recommend friends.

If I could give more stars, I would! The team was professional, respectful, and very friendly. They did an amazing job cleaning our air ducts! My mother is disabled, and Cesar and Austin made her feel comfortable right away. They moved everything that was in the way, put it all back afterward, and made sure everything was clean when they finished. My mom didn’t have to lift a finger. I normally don't write reviews but this time my disappointment led me to write this review. My wife booked an appointment with this company to have some ductwork work done on a property we just bought. The appointment was scheduled between 11am to 1pm. I made 2 phone calls before the appointment time to confirm if the tech was coming. I also made 2 more calls during the appointment window to confirm if the tech was coming and was told yes. However, the tech never showed up. On my final phone call at around 1:30pm, I was told a big made-up lie by the customer service representative that the company does not serve in the area where my house is located.
I suspended all my activities to wait for them all day and they never showed up.
