Outstanding service!! Called to service my chimney cap that blew off in the storm and Chimney USA came out the same day. Took less than 20 minutes to fix and we are now back up and running. Don’t hesitate to use this company.

Ethan was very professional and thorough in his review. He reported that my chimney did not need to be cleaned and only needed minor caulking in a few spots (no additional charge). He advised that I be observant of any cracks that might form in the firebox. For my mom’s chimney, it needed a lot of work. He gave us a reasonable quote and noted what was optional. I am pleased with the level of service provided by Chimney USA. I recommend them.

Edit: called Friday Jan 30 2026. I was having issues with smoke coming back into my house, was requesting a cleaning. They took a look at my file and stated the chimney was too clean last and they don't recommended it right now. Especially more so after I told them the lack of fires I have been burning. They recommend a few things and ultimately decided on no appointment.

Alot of places would have just took my money, they didn't because it was necessary.

Chimney USA did an amazing job with our fireplace insert and getting the quote ready for some additional work we needed. Our technician Ethan was very courteous and professional, and the company was very communicative all the way. I highly recommend their services and have in fact signed up for maintenance reminders, so we can use them again. I even used their services to repair our flashing and repoint some problem areas on our chimney. Excellent service, at an excellent price. My HOA said that my chimney cap was rusted and needed a touch up. First of all how could they even see it. I think they are flying drones over houses to check. I called, these guys came up with a plan and a day later I am back in compliance and my HOA doesn’t have to put me in HOA jail. No runaround just really good service. The team did an excellent job from the initial inspection to the installation. We needed a new chimney cap and Refractory for the inside of our fireplace. Brett and his team were very professional. The work included extending the height of the chimney and they did a nice job with reasonably matching older brick and with design. During the cleaning and coating of the chimney (return to use for wood burning) and cleaning the firebox, they maintained controls to ensure the family room was not contaminated with residue or air quality affected. Brett did a great job explaining their process and answering questions. He also provided several pictures of their work at the completion. His company gets my recommendation and I expect to be using them for many year for routine maintenance and cleaning.

Brett called and said he could arrive a little early if I was ok with that. I was happy to agree and appreciated the offer. He did a great job cleaning my chimney which needed it pretty bad. He emailed me photos of before and after. Looks great! Also he showed me photos of cracks in the concrete at the top as well as some areas in the fireplace box. I will schedule those repairs next. I highly recommend these guys as they offer affordable rates and honest assessments. Not pushy at all just real feedback on how I can get my chimney in better shape.

We were very surprised and pleased that Andrew was able to match the mortar on the fireplace that had to be replaced. He also cleaned up after he was finished. We feel very safe now with the inside of the chimney being repaired. Great customer service. Would definitely recommend!
