We had a number of plumbing related issues in the home that were causing very irritating issues for us. Jeff was very polite, knowledgeable, and forthright about information which gave me a real sense of comfort about the work being done. Jeff worked quickly and efficiently while still taking the time to educate me on what the issues were, and why they happened so I can avoid them in the future. Overall good experience and I would absolutely recommend Jeff to future customers.

Mr. Dean was very punctual, and very professional while he did a waterline leak inspection. He did a thorough review of the job site. He knew exactly what he was looking for, and he had the right tools for the job. I was very pleased with the findings. I would definitely recommend him, and the House Call Company.

Terrible experience from the beginning to the end. They installed a new unit in our house 3 and 1/2 years ago. We have had nothing but problems ever since. We have had issues each year with the unit. For the first three years of problems, we were not charged for parts or labor because we were told it was under warranty (Of course, we could not verify because they never gave us our warranty documentation). After 3 years, the company is all of the sudden charging us for labor and claiming that all of the other invoices were incorrect in taking off labor. Of course we have no documentation to verify, so it seems they are charging us what they want, when they want. They have been out multiple times this year and "fixed" multiple parts and the unit still didn't work properly. They eventually determined after all of the other repairs that this less than four year old unit is dead. The technician would plan a time to meet someone at the home and on multiple visits did not show up at the right time or date. The final work order was very misleading. One of the line items was to replace the compressor. The notes indicated that the compressor was cover under a parts warranty. So it appeared that the compressor line item (nearly $1500) would be covered under warranty. After CALLING to discuss with Raymond Walsh, he EMAILED us back claiming that we understood everything prior to authorizing work. He was very rude and insinuated that we were trying to not pay for the completed work. He threatened collections...all of this before discussing our confusion with us over a phone call. There were other frustrating details...too much to write down! Rude crooks if you ask me.

Alex B and his assistant Alan did an exceptional job, it's nice to find someone who actually go above and beyond what is expected, his customer service skills and professionalism would want any customer to use House Call Company as their first request for service. I will state as I have from past visits, employees like him are rare, and I have now seen him as a mentor and it was really nice to finally have work done in my house the proper way. These men are everything you expect: great service, friendly, exceptional, and professional. Thanks to House Call Company for having high expectations for employing people like Alex and Alan. They are great examples to represent your company.

Awesome!!! Everyone was very polite and nice!! Mr. Dean Thomason was awesome and he went above and beyond and addressed all my concerns regarding my bathtub. I called last minute near closing time and Dean arrived the same night within 30 minutes, he diagnosed the problem and eventually repair it. He did an excellent job and I will definitely call House Call for my future plumbing needs.

This is one of the best companies I have ever worked with. They gave a reminder call the day before the appointment, called an hour before the technician was to arrive. Doug arrived right on time then put shoe covers on his feet before he stepped in my door. He's extremely skilled, kind and polite. I highly recommend!

Patrick was very helpful in explaining every step of the repair to me. He came out to diagnose a leak and by the end of the day he had the problem fixed. I did not expect to get a same day repair and was delighted when he informed me that he could be done with all of the work the same day. He also gave me a courtesy call 40 minutes before he came and insured that I was at home. This is a great company with great customer service.

Excellent service! My wife and I were very pleased with the professionalism and care of Dean Thomasson with House Call Company. He was quick, clean, and concise in his inspection, repair and communications. Having a stranger in our home who we feel comfortable with is important to us. Dean definitely made us feel comfortable from his appearance to his conduct and communication.

Just had two technicians come and change the indoor fan blower motor they were very professional easy to talk to and they did a great job tested the system everything is working fine recommend this company to all others that have HVAC problems

Great staff! Jasmin got back to me exactly when she said she would. Dean showed up shortly after and was very friendly and explained everything. He had Patrick show up to help out replacing my water heater. They worked quickly but very meticulously throughout the job. Never tried to upsale me or pressure me into anything extra. Best experience I have had with any service company in all of Hampton Roads!

Top notch service and great service technicians. Joey and Nick just replaced my unit and they provided exceptional service. Everything was communicated well and prompt. Would highly recommend.
