Keith and his team were extremely professional, knowledgeable, and extremely fair in the services they performed. Keith went out of his way in diagnosing the issue so that when he returned to do the repair he had everything he needed and did not do work that was unnecessary. I had a bad gas valve and ignition switch. They diagnosed the issue, got the parts and had me up and running in less than 24 hours. If you want a good job from nice guys, call Keith.

Keith and his team were nothing short of great! Our entire HVAC system went out and Keith was referred to me by one of my co-workers. I reached out to Keith and within 24 hours he was at our house looking at our unit where other contractors I reached out to did not get back in contact with me for longer than 24 hours. Keith also used a superior HVAC system in comparison to the competition. Not only was Keith and his team on time, they were very professional, and worked overtime to make sure the job was done right. Keith was also gave us an honest opinion about a service for our AC that ultimately saved us $500. We recommend him to everyone will be utilizing Keith and his services moving forward!

I placed a warranty claim for my gas heating issue and this company was chosen to address it. They contacted me the same day it was reported (on a Sunday) to make a appointment for the next day. Early Monday morning the nice tech came out and diagnosed the issue and took care of it right away. I am grateful that this experience was smooth and my hoise is warm again. Thank you 😊

My AC kept shutting off and wouldn't heat the house, within a few hours of calling the company they were able to send out a technician with Keith himself, they were able to diagnose and recommend a fix and under 30 minutes flat. Installed my unit in North Carolina and then refused to come down to troubleshoot and get it operational even though it was under warranty still.Rudd system installed in 2017 multiple replacement parts so far.

Keith and crew, and receptionist were amazing. I'm a new home owner with a really old ac unit, and they came out and diagnosed the problem and gave me my options. The price was fair. Eric was a great technician. He came out shortly after receiving the service request and kept me posted the entire time until he arrived to fix my air conditioner. After the repair, he also took the time to update me on what he did and made sure everything was working properly. I really appreciate the prompt service and clear communication.
