Bought a place and my home inspection didn't call any issues. A week later [February] I'm calling Rob for a whole redo. Within a week install took place. Note this happening when equip availability isnt a sure thing. High marks. Once again to the Stokelys crew...!!

Excellent service, professional employees, on time and the best prices around! I would highly recommend Stokleys for any hearing/ac service! They came out really fast when my ac broke in the middle of summer and helped me immediately without charging me a fortune. I can’t enough about them.

Had tech Jerry come out to look at my boiler that wasn't working. He said I needed a part and that the company that made the boiler no longer existed and that it was an old boiler. I was told the technician spent about four hours searching online for the part. They suggested I buy a new boiler from them. I searched and found a possible part in five minutes and confirmed the manufacturer still existed but just no longer sold in the U.S. Unfortunately, the technician didn't get the number for the part when he examined it nor did he confirm the manufacturer. I couldn't order it without that information. I said I would meet the technician so he could get the part information that he should have originally gotten and was told the owner, Rob Shortt, would require I pay for someone to come back out. Ridiculous that I would pay for information the tech should have gotten during the first visit. When I told the owner he should have originally gotten the information, he raised his voice, and said "Whoa, stop right there!". Horrible attitude and service. Only redeeming part was Michelle, who worked with me on the phone and was polite.

I called to have an estimate done. Rob Shortt showed up in a timely manner and was friendly. However, he didn't seem too interested in making a sale when I mentioned that I was trying to go through my homeowners insurance. He left and told me he'd send over an estimate soon. @ days after the fact, still no estimate. I called and he said he assumed that if I didn't get my insurance to cover it then I wasn't going to do it. Keyword "assumed". I questioned him assuming and he said it would be best if I found someone else, which I am gladly doing. I don't want a company that assumes anything. Thank you for assuming in the beginning, that way I could find someone who wants my business.

Rob and Jerry and the guys are top notch pros! Fast, reliable service, no price gouging, techs are well trained and friendly and tidy. Hope to never have to use them again but I will for all my HVAC needs. You need AC or heat service, parts or a whole new unit? CALL THIS COMPANY! Thanks, Stokley!

I suffered without ac for 2 days and could not find anyone to come out. The woman i spoke to on the phone was very sweet. Not only did Stokley offer an appointment the same morning I called, they were cheaper than everyone else I spoke to. Shawn was very kind and professional and took no time to get our unit running again. Anymore issues I have, I'll be calling Stokley!

Very pleased with service technician and office staff. I had an emergency situation come up in unusually cold weather when I know they were very busy. I felt they went out of their way to, "fit me in". Very thoughtful and professional. I am considering replacing my aging heating system using Stokley's Services because of the excellent service treatment I have received.

The folks at Stokley's installed another unit for me, and once again, did the kind of job I feel really good about. The price was good, and the people went above and beyond to keep me informed about the job. They consulted with me about my preferences, and did an outstanding, quality work. First let me say that the technicians that I have had over the last several years have been very good. Recently called about my AC condenser fan was not running. I assumed it was the capacitor and the technician said it checked out fine and he thought the fan motor was bad. He tried to get the AC unit model, although the data was faded. He did get the data off of the fan motor itself and said he would have the office look for the fan. After two days I was contacted and told they could not match up the fan motor without the unit model number. I was told that since the unit was so old, beyond 10 years, I should consider replacing it. I asked why the motor data would not be sufficient and was told there could be variations. He recommended that I consider replacing it soon because pricing would be increasing substantially after the first of the year and availability would potentially be longer. Recently I decided to look for the motor myself based upon the model data on the motor. I was able to find the exact replacement in 10 minutes online. I was able to successfully replace it myself with little effort. I wish they had put forth the minimal effort to find the replacement as I had.

My first experience with Stokely’s was a few years ago when my furnace went out two days before a January snow storm. In fact, it was a Thursday afternoon. Stokely’s came out the next day and told me they would not be able to replace our furnace that day, but said they would be back later that day with space heaters. They returned a few hours later with 3 brand new space heaters for us to use until they could replace the furnace. They arrived right on time Monday morning and replaced the furnace.
I really appreciated them going the extra mile to make sure we were taken care of during that winter storm.
Last month (June) our AC was shutting off due to water filling the backup drain pan. Our coils were so rusted that the rust was flaking off and clogging our main condensation drain. We made the decision to replace the AC.
Stokely’s came out four days later (old AC was still functioning) and replaced our AC system. They did great job installing the system, moving the refrigerant line and even fixed the seal around my attic pull down.
Stokely’s is our choice, we trust them and would recommend them every time.

Stockley's came out to recharge my system on my electric heat pump. They got there quite quickly and noted the compressor on the system was not functioning and checked the amperage, which was very low.

I did not end up using Stockley's for any services but did have a billing issue and was impressed by how willing to help the staff was.

I called Stokley's because I hade a problem with an A/C unit that had been repaired recently. I was frustrated because the unit had just been repaired. When Jerry went out he discovered that the problem was totally unrelated to the first - in a completely different part of the system.
He repaired the unit and, between Rob, the owner, Tim from service dispatch, and Michele in billing, they decided to forego charging me for the service.
They have done extensive work for me (two new units for rentals in the last few years) as well as several service calls on equipment they had not installed. Their honesty and integrity keeps me coming back.

Technician was very capable and took time to explain the AC system to me. Charges were very straightforward from the first phone call I made before the tech even showed up. He did a few diagnostic checks on my system and proceeded to recharge my refrigerant level. He validated the system was at the correct pressure and the discharge air temperature was within an acceptable range.

I prefer to be on-site with the technician so I know what service I am getting for my money, so the pay at the time of service is understandable to me.

Unlike the prior two reviews, I was a customer and would use Stokley's again if I have another heating or air conditioning repair need.

Stokley’s just finished up the install of my new unit and I’m very pleased to say the least. The quality of there work was fantastic, the guys were all professional, took a sense of pride in there work, and they fixed all the issues I had. The unit runs great. It heats and cools the house quickly and effectively. I’m incredibly happy with the the work they did and will use them again for all of my hvac needs. I will also be recommending them to anyone who needs hvac repairs.

Since I was extremely satisfied with the service and price I received the last time I used Stokley's, I immediately called them when My compressor stopped running.
Called Friday afternoon and had a technician on Saturday at the exact time (10am) they said he would be here.
Jerry was our technician again and I just have to say what a great guy. My dog's, who normally take a while to warm up to strangers, where following him around with tails wagging and even gave him a few kisses. Maybe they saw the picture of the dog on the side of the van. Dogs are a great judge of character.
Once again, completely satisfied with everything.

Had to get my AC system replaced after 15+ years of service from the old one. Stokley's Services provided me with a very competitive quote and did not try to up sale me on anything. Once I agreed to move forward with systems replacement, Stokley's was in constant contact with me to coordinate a date/time for install. The technicians arrived on time, and proceeded to move forward with the install and throughout the entire process, they will very professional and caring about any issues or concerns that I had. Afterwards, they cleaned up their mess, and explained all the warranty paperwork, and systems operations before leaving. They also informed me that if I experienced any issues with the install to give them a call and they will respond accordingly. In closing, I will continue to use Stokley's Services for any AC work in the future. Great service at a great price, and always care for the customers.

Stokely's Services just installed my new outdoor A/C unit and indoor coil (as well as upgraded my thermostat to a smart 'stat'). The work was accomplished in a precise manner by two technicians who were as polite and professional as could possibly be expected. The owner of this company, Rob, seems to have went out of his way to make things happen as quickly as possible when explained my wifes' medical condition and the toll the oppressive heat wave could cause. Kudos to the Stokely Services excellence and compassion.

Too long, not going to read: Honest, quick, reliable, friendly, fair priced, small company with long-term employees. They've been my go-to since finding them two years ago.

In 2020 I was going through AC company after AC company trying to get my finicky Goodman's to function reliably. I called Stokley's and they sent out Jerry. He was the first ever HVAC mechanic who didn't knock on the door after 10min with a thousand dollar repair recommendation. He told me what he saw, what he thought was causing the issue, explained everything at my level and gave recommendations for multiple different courses of action to repair.

A few months down the road, I called for replacement options. Rob Shortt, the owner, spent probably an hour with me on that first phone call talking about different options. They replaced the split unit for upstairs. The only issue was a foot through the ceiling, to which a drywall contractor contacted me that evening to schedule repairs.

A few months later they replaced the downstairs package unit. Only issue with that was some missed caulking on the ducting from unit to wall. Sent Rob an email and the next day when I got home from work, it was taken care of.

It's awesome to talk to an owner (more than just once to make a sale), it's encouraging to see happy employees on-site and in the office. I am happy I found the company and my neighbor I recommended them to is beyond happy as well.

I recently had my HVAC system replaced and while these systems are generally quite expensive no matter who you go with; it’s the customer service, warranty and approach that seals the deal for me. After a horrible experience with American Home Shield and their sloppy, unprofessional contractors doing patch jobs on my system which clearly needed replacing, I contacted 4 contractors in my area and for professionalism, quality, customer service, honest approach and even pricing - you can’t get better than Stokley’s. Their team was amazing and even their follow-up after the install - making sure all was to my satisfaction. Also best warranty of all the companies I contacted. Go with Stokley’s - you will not be disappointed.

GREAT SERVICE ! Stokleys installed my new HVAC syestem this summer. We turned the heat on for the first time and the furnace had a vibration to it. They came out fast and made adjusments. Great Job ! Professional !
