On December 31st, 2019 I woke up to a cold house. Called Stokley's, and in a couple hours 2 HVAC techs arrived at my house to evaluate my 20 year old system. Based on my system's problems and age they reccomended a new system. I agreed. On 2 January 2020, 3 techs showed up and by early afternoon had replaced my old system. The techs were polite, professional and answered every question. Thanks Jerry, Angelo, Nick, and Jahmad! This is the type of service I have come to expect from Stokley's and why I have been with Stokley's for over 30 years now.

Stokley's Services recently replaced my air handler, compressor unit and thermostat. They were in and out in less than a full business day and I'm very pleased with the new system! It's running great! The technicians were very nice and professional. They cleaned up after they were finished so that you couldn't event tell that they were there. Would highly recommend Stokley's!

I contacted Rob Short of Stokley's Services in June to get an estimate on a full replacement of my existing heat pump system (including ducting) and conversion to an AC/Gas Heat system. He came out and did a thorough walk-thru and provided me a very reasonable quote a couple days later. We discussed when to do the job and agreed that late fall would be the best weather and availability. I contacted him again in early October and received information I needed to get my gas meter installed. We decided on an install date and I put half down on the quote.

On October 26th, Angelo, Dominique, and Marty (a.k.a. NightLight) arrived bright and early to begin demolition and system mapping. I was at work for most of the day while they were here, but I got updates each afternoon on what they got done that day and what they were planning to do the next day. Angelo was the team leader and has a firm grasp on the project status at all times. He kept the task on track and always has a smile handy.

I took the opportunity to informally inspect much of the work as they progressed and was impressed with their level of skill and craftsmanship: Sheet-metal work, electrical connections, gas-line fabrication, air-duct construction and assembly. Everything was done logically, and professionally. I also asked, being that my house did not have gas lines installed yet, that they install the pipe in a path that will make future gas connections for water, dryer, oven, and generator easy to do. They installed capped tee connections in the gas line along the way for my future convenience. The gas line is currently being pressure tested and will maintain air pressure for a few days until the gas company certifies it. That's peace of mind. We tested the airflow in the duct system and every vent had a nearly identical flow rate. You don't get that kind of precision by accident.

When the job was done Angelo made sure that nothing was left behind, the work area was cleaner than when they started, and I had appropriate instructions for the pending gas company certification. I am 100% satisfied with the quality and value of my new high efficiency heating and cooling system. I would (and have in the past) recommend Stokley's to anyone...anytime.

Stokley's Services replaced my heater pack/air conditioner and installed a new Mitsubishi mini-split heat pump for my garage/workshop in October, 2025. The work was extensive in that it required removal of existing units (one of which was reused) for the main house to allow for rebuilding of a 31 year old HVAC stand. The employees were kind, professional, and knew what they were doing. I am pleased with the appearance and function of the new units and would recommend Stokley's Services to anyone.

Stokley’s has been taking excellent care of my home and entire family including my parents, in-laws, and sister for years. They have always been responsive, professional, and often gone above and beyond.
They most recently replaced the ductwork for our entire system when we identified that it was no longer properly sealed and had been allowing moisture and humidity into the house.

Stokley's Services has installed, repaired and maintained the HVAC systems in my home for many years. They have been extremely reliable and efficient. Their service technicians are friendly, conscientious, and highly skilled. I knew my downstairs unit was nearing its end of life, and last month it finally stopped working. I called Stokely's and they were there the same day to diagnose the issue and find a way to keep it running temporarily. Ultimately, it made sense to replace the unit, and they were able to do that very quickly. I recommend them highly.

Great service, great price! Our A/C unit finally gave out after 30 years, so I decided to give Stokley’s a call for an estimate on a new one. I’d heard great things about them, and they absolutely lived up to their reputation! The gentleman who came out was prompt, knowledgeable, and patient with all our questions. He helped us select the best replacement for our home — a heating/cooling heat pump system. Check!

Here’s the amazing part: the unit that arrived turned out to be a higher-end heat pump model — more expensive than the A/C unit I originally ordered — but he didn’t charge me the difference! Check, check!!

I was expecting a long wait due to the supply chain and transport issues that have affected so many businesses in recent years, but my unit arrived earlier than projected and was installed immediately.

The installation crew was efficient, professional, and careful. Our unit sits behind some tricky, detailed landscaping, but they navigated it with ease and left everything spotless — you’d never know they’d been there. Check, check, check!!!

Since the installation, we’ve discovered that this new system runs far more efficiently than our old radiator/boiler heating setup, and our cooling costs have dropped significantly. The house stays perfectly comfortable year-round.
