Adam was amazing had our water pump go out over night and had a guy out within a few hours in the morning.

We had a couple split systems in our warehouse office that weren't functioning and a small fire at one of the 220v recepticals. Adam was on-site the next days. Had all issues handled and even cleaned the inside of both units in just a couple hrs. Pricing was very reasonable, work was top notch and clean! He's our guy moving forward! Thank you...

Our AC was blowing hot. Last night was brutal! Called Adam Sat morning. He scheduled Erik to come by… on a Saturday morning, July 4th weekend. Real feel yesterday 110… today 111. Erik texted he was on his way and arrived early. Fixed the issue. Checked other aspects of cooling system, was polite and the cost parts and all was better than reasonable. We definitely have a new HVAC company moving forward! Could not have asked for better service!

We hit the jackpot with Adam when our company’s (Tinto) wine refrigerator went down and started smelling of an electrical issue. A/C went out last night, called multiple places and everyone was booked out for a few days. Adam was busy but managed to squeeze us in today. He was In and out in 10 min, fixed the issue. Good pricing.

Adam, Erik and the other Adam installed a new gas pack for me and I'm very happy with the results. After Adam checked out my old unit, it was cost prohibitive to repair. The NEXT DAY, I had my new unit installed and heat back on. I thought the price was very fair and the install job was fantastic. They'll be the only ones doing PM work on my new system. Very happy!!

Adam and Eric from Guaranteed Climate and Refrigeration or some stand up guys. I called two other AC companies, and the only option they gave me was to spend 10G to replace my entire system. Eric came out there diagnose the problem and gave me couple different options. In the end the unit does not need to be replaced and was fixed for around $600. Honesty and integrity should be rewarded. I’ll never use any other HVAC company again. If you’re looking for someone you can trust, this is a company.

Even though he had a packed day, Adam sacrificed time to stop by and look at my system. I described the symptoms and within minutes, he had diagnosed the problem and supplied a fix. He was fast yet thorough, and a nice guy to boot. He will be the first person I call next time I have heat or AC issue.

We’ve used Guaranteed Climate & Refrigeration for all our HVAC needs since we bought our home, and they’ve been fantastic every time. When we first moved in, they serviced our system to get it running better, and last year, they replaced the capacitor. Most recently, they came out when our AC wasn’t working properly, and we ultimately decided to replace our 17-year-old unit. The new system is already performing better than the old one ever did!
