David the technician was outstanding a total professional. He was on time, demonstrated and explained how to troubleshooting my furnace to locate source of failure. I highly recommend to anyone Pallett Heating & Cooling for all AC/HVAC needs.

I’m updating my review and adding a few stars. Previously, Pallet charged us for a service that should have been covered under our service plan. After calling, emailing, and writing a negative review, I finally received an email assuring me that the charges would be removed from our account. I’m grateful for the response and hope our experience with this company will be better from now on. As far as their oil refilling services go, they are easy to order from and timely with their delivery.

I have been using Pallett for 12 years and I just had the best experience of my history with them today. He was able to figure out what was going on with my heating system. He came on Super Bowl Sunday with a smile on his face and such a respectful demeanor. He answered all of my questions and more. He stayed for several hours after I had to leave and he cleaned and serviced so that my house could be ready for sale. He is professional respectful kind considerate punctual and meticulous with his work ethic. What a gem and what a relief to have him come help me out today. He took all my worries away and allowed me to relax because I knew I was in good hands.Great job Pallett on having such a super fantastic human being and worker.

We have been dealing with Pallett for years, and they are a wonderful company! Cindy handles service call scheduling and keeps us informed of the status of our appointments. Bill is an experienced service technician who took time to explain how our furnace works. David recently performed a tune-up of our system, but before leaving he noticed a problem with the burner motor. He promptly replaced the motor, and now our furnace runs quieter than it has in years! Thank you, David!!

Pallett has delivered my oil for years. I never thought about calling them for service. Big mistake on my part. They came out today and serviced and cleaned My boiler. He also checked my heat pump system. He cleaned it and made recommendations for several repairs. I felt comfortable and at ease with the repair man. They are an honest company. I will never have service done by another company for my boiler or my HVAC system. They have my highest recommendation.

We’ve dealt with Pallett for many years. All of their technicians have been great, but David is OUTSTANDING! He came recently to do our yearly A/C checkup. He was so knowledgeable, friendly and very thorough. He explained everything he was doing, and in a manner that the everyday person can understand. Professionalism at its best!!!

My go to HVAC guy

Chip updated the heating and cooling for our entire house. He did really good work at a very fair price. He did not try to sell us services or products we did not need. We have received compliments from other contractors on the work. He has also replaced our water heater for us.

Had a HVAC system installed by Blake Services but they failed to level the drip pan on the air conditioner in the attic or wire the float sensor properly, which I found out from water dripping from my ceiling. I called American Mechanical to help me out and fix the problem.

I don't like Blake Services. I love them. The work they did from me was OUTSTANDING! They did not just fix my HVAC they created a solution for me. I now have zones and a very efficient system that has taken my energy bill way down.. Look forward to my yearly check up with them. Best in the business...

I had a pinhole in my copper lines running between my house and condenser, Blake Services did a great job running new copper lines and making the job professional. The pricing was fair and reasonable. They also replaced my drip pan after it was found rusted through and cleared my condensation drain line. I have used Blake services for years and the work has always been outstanding.

Dylan came out to look at my shop mini split. He has been out in the past for semi annual maintenance for our home. He did a great job. Very professional and courteous. He explained everything to me clearly and also gave me some pointers about maintenance. We’ve been with Smith & Keene for years and really like their company. I always ask the tech how they like working for S&K and they’ve always had positive comments.

Alex is a great communicator! He kept me in the loop the whole time they were here. Fast install. Heat and a/c both work great so far!

Dylan Whipple checked on our upstairs AC that was not communicating with the outside unit. He took the time to check all things and found the problem in the attic and fixed it. He was very professional, nice and informative and he took steps to help problem from happening again. Very satisfied with his work!

After losing power a few times since we bought our home, we decided to invest in a whole-home back-up generator.
We got a few quotes and didn't go with the lowest one but with the company we thought will give us the best service and support.
Little that we know, we made the wrong decision.
8 months and $13,500 later we got back home last night, around 9 pm, from a trip only to find out we had no power in the house.
The generator Smith and Keene installed didn't start automatically as we were promised.
I called Smith and Keene this morning to have them come and check it and their next available appointment is in 10 days.
I explained the operator this was a warranty job, but she couldn't care less.
I guess knew paying customers are more important to them than warranty work.

Jessica was great I showed her I need to have done.She started right way ,she also explained to me the problem that she found and and explained to me what had to be done to fixed the problems.Jeszica was very professional and efficient. Thak you Jessica for a job well done.
