We had a great experience with the Smith and Keene Home Services company and team for our HVAC installation. Planning, design, and installation for this major project was a true team effort. A major team member in this job was Jacob Tanner, who is extremely knowledgeable about the system installed, and who was expertly involved in every aspect of this project. He was available to us every step of the way, addressed all of our questions, and was wonderful to communicate with. He did an excellent job, and was a vital part of the Smith and Keene team.

Our electrician for this major project was Ricky Phelps, who is extremely experienced, knowledgeable, and great to work with. He not only installed the entire electrical component of our new ductless HVAC system, but he also assured that our home was appropriately grounded and installed a surge suppressor for additional safety. Ricky was on-site daily to complete this major project, and spent time to answer all our questions. He did an excellent job, and was a vital part of our Smith and Keene team.

Called these guys at 9AM and they had a tech here by the name of Tyler before 10AM! Talk about fast. Tyler was extremely professional wore proper covers on his shoes and explained thoroughly what our issue was! Our heat is now back on stronger than ever! Great company great people and great value these guys aren’t out to rip you off like everyone else!

The day they installed our new unit, the temperature soared to 100 degrees with a heat index of 113 degrees. Despite these extreme conditions, their team worked tirelessly and remained professional and courteous throughout the entire process.

Clayton came to our rescue last night! He was able to come at a time that worked for us (after hours by most standards), assess our entire heating and cooling system and fix the problem! He was friendly, patient and speedy. We had a wire that was not installed correctly. After fixing our issue he took the time to show me what exactly was wrong and even gave a small inservice on how to fix that issue should something again. We will ABSOLUTELY RECOMMEND Clayton and All In Services Heating and Cooling to anyone that needs quality, efficient work on their HVAC systems.

Gerrad came same day to fix my heat. He explained what he was doing and is very knowledgeable in his area of expertise. I highly recommend his company.

Gerrad has come to my rescue 3 times now! Once when my AC went out while it was 100°+ out and twice for my heater! I have a young child and baby at home and he made sure to get to us as soon as possible each time! He’s an amazing guy, who knows his stuff. He fixed the issues pretty quickly and at a fair price. I have a home warranty and still call Gerrad and pay out of pocket! Highly recommend!

Gerrad was great throughout the whole process. We had him come out for a second quote. He came out quick and diagnosed our hvac unit. After some testing it ended up that it needed to be replaced. He gave us a fair quote and got us on the books for the following week. Few days after he came It stopped working all together. He understood our worry with having a 4m old baby in the home. He came back that day and got it working enough untill the appointment the following week to replace it. The day he came to replace it he was on time and hardly knew he was here. Got the job done and the temperature in our house is great.

If this company gave t shirts I would opt to buy one. Our previous company owners retired. We kept the primary technician but he left too. What to do, what to do. There are more HVAC etc vans in this region than all of Texas. Spoke with our neighbor who positively referred FSI. From the start, the office staff was very courteous and always gave fast and thorough replies. The technicians were from the start to end very courteous. I would hate to leave out one name, but Kevin the supervisor and senior technician would leave no matter or issue unresolved. Same with the office staff with David the manager. We were extremely impressed with. When we spend money, especially on something significant we want a good experience. We most definitely received this from the staff and technicians of FSI. This company is very highly recommended.

Had the team out to fix my dinosaur unit. I was happy they didn’t push to replace the unit. The part needed was back ordered, so we went a while without ac. But when it came in, Kitty, got us scheduled the next day. The job took less time and when it still didn’t work, they came back the next day and fixed the problem. Im very happy with their service and will be using them in the future when it comes time to replace the whole system.

The team at FSI is top notch. Every step of the way was amazing. We had them replace a 20 year old heat pump and ductwork. Not only were their prices fair, the quality of work and customer service has been incredible. David went above and beyond when helping us with our needs.
On the day of the install we had David, Dale, and Brian on site. They were efficient, respectful, and hard working.
Following the installation, David has been responsive to follow up questions and event came out to check on the system as a courtesy follow-up.
Bottom line: if you're looking for the best HVAC install in Hampton Roads, go with FSI. You won't regret it!
