Coastal Restoration and Construction did an excellent job during the remediation process. The communication went smoothly. Jason (I believe) was out project manager and did an excellent job staying on top of things. Shout out to Jay, DJ, and Kyle (techs) for their excellent work. Would recommend this company.

Excellent Service During a Stressful Time
We’re dealing with water damage in our kitchen, and Coastal Restoration has been above and beyond amazing throughout the entire process. From the first point of contact, the entire team has been professional, responsive, and incredibly kind.
Jason has been my main point of contact and has kept me informed every step of the way. DJ and Thomas did a fantastic job demolishing all the water-damaged flooring and island, and getting the drying equipment set up properly to dry everything quickly and thoroughly. They’ve been efficient, incredibly respectful of our home, and amazingly thorough in their work.
Ernest came by for a follow-up visit to check on the drying progress and provide an update on the status. I didn't catch the other gentleman's name (very loud fans), but both were so polite and professional and took the time to explain everything clearly.
Water damage is stressful enough without having to worry about whether you're in good hands. Coastal Restoration has made this difficult situation so much easier to deal with. I highly recommend them to anyone who needs damage restoration services. Their team is knowledgeable, responsive, and truly cares about their customers.

It was the day before the snow was coming. Kathy was comforting and made sure we received timely service.
The day of the snow storm; they were so busy that I was the lucky customer to get 2 managers and the owner. They were very pleasant and informative. They answered all our questions. David Carr came the day before and had all the information to get water mitigation and plumber ready to be able to start. They are able to help from start to finish.They are a full service company.

I would recommend this company to anyone in need restoration services. Ernest and Demtiri were amazing.The team responded so quickly and handled everything with care. They were super professional, kind, polite, and made us aware of what was going on and what they were doing. They took their time and went the extra mile to be courteous because I was working from home. I would highly recommend them over and over again.

Over the weekend we discovered a massive sewage flooding in our crawl space, One plumber told us based on our explanation we need a mitigation company to remove all the sewage before they can fix the broken pipe that lead to all that. We called quite a few companies but Coastal Restoration was the only one who decided to come take a look immediately at no cost. In less than an hour the owner who answered the phone Travis, he was at our home assessing the issue and walking us through the entire process of what’s needed to be done and how it will be done. His willingness to show up at the time he did was remarkable and his customer service was outstanding. He was very thorough and even gave us a few tips and pointers on the best financial way forward.
Later in the night another member, Brendon, messaged me ready to send all the documents necessary and helped us stay on top of the emergency we had.
By the next day he had a team sent to our home, Thomas and Gustavo. These guys were very professional, quite detailed and took the time out to ensure that everything was cleaned up and out. They too were very thorough and helpful. They had good time management and my home was left smelling fresh again, and sanitized. I recommend these guys 100%. Thank you to the team.

dudes maddox and thomas came out on a saturday morning to get the job done, guys are super polite and hard working and do a great job (removing fixtures on walls to paint behind sockets and switches, rec on ways to prevent future issues and things of the sort) 10/10 would recommend. dude even cleaned the tub while he was in there super impressed

The team that did the service today did a great job, (Water remediation). They made sure I was updated as to what was going to be done and explained all repair work , next steps . Also spoke with the CEO and he let me know I could call him and anytime to discuss the project . The process just started but I am comfortable with their plan to remediate the damage !

We had flooding in our shop the other day and Coastal Restoration was the first one to show up the same day. They were able to remove the water, clean up and have 6 dehumidifiers running overnight! We informed Jason how crucial opening our business is the next day and his team was able to deliver and more. From the time I called to ask for help until they pick up all the machines, their staff has been very respectful and amazing customer service! From one small business to another, thank you! Will recommend them 100/10!

I'd give 10 stars if I could! Johnnie and E were amazing. They were assigned to mitigate water damage from a leaky faucet. They listened to all of my requests and were very careful with my newish counters ,and very respectful of me. They even hooked up a temporary sink and faucet so I can continue to wash dishes... yippee. Thanks so much Coastal Restoration. I look forward to working with you again to reinstate my cabinet and counter tops.

If I could give 10 stars I would. My family and I experienced a huge upheaval when we hired what we thought was a reputable HVAC company to do work on our home. Instead due to their negligence they set a fire in the walls of our home totalling a bathroom and making the house unlivable due to the damage to house wide electricity and hvac system.

We had never been in that situation before and thought we'd be best to hire a well know name to do the mitigation and repairs. Oh how wrong we were. I cannot stress this enough that the big chains DO NOT CARE ABOUT YOU! The big chain caused more damage to our home in the "fixing" by completely demolishing what remained of our HVAC system. We felt so out of our depth but knew we couldn't move forward with them for the rebuild.

When the rebuild time finally came we had quotes done by several companies. Most of whom walked through the home in 10 minutes and gave huge quotes. I know another review mentioned the policy to sign on with Coastal for their full quote and I was skeptical initially to, but when I heard how much work they put into their quotes and how thorough they are we made the leap and signed on with them. Their different approach was apparent immediately as they jumped into action assisting us in working with insurance and preparing us for next steps. Their team was kind and patient with our concerns after we had such awful experiences with other companies in the past

As they began their work they discovered huge water and mold damaged that developed in the long wait for repairs with the previous chain company. Coastal found damage the other company never caught that would have left our house practically unrepairable! This damage was more extensive then we could have imagined. But Travis and his team stood by us by being patient with us, reassuring us and walking us through every step of the way.

When family issues arose and we had to leave the area we were fearful about how we were leaving the house in their hands completely. It takes a lot of trust but Coastal is worth your trust!!

We ended up listing our home just days after the work was completed as we needed to move out of state. Our home wasnt even on the market 24 hours before we had offers and we were under contract in just 3 days. It was more than we ever could have dreamed of and I know its all thanks to the hard work of the team at Coastal.

I hardly ever write reviews and only when I feel a company has really stood out. I strongly recommend you trust Coastal with any home repair you need. Their team is kind, competent, honest and at the end of the day they care about how the outcome is going to impact you as the home owner. They gave excellent expert advice along the way and took off so much stress and anxiety we had from the other companies we tried.

We had a fantastic experience with Coastal. Specifically Thomas, he not only did his job but went above and beyond to make sure I was aware of their protocol and made sure I was comfortable with the remediation. His team on the second day was absolutely amazing and I have nothing negative to say about them. Jay was also super helpful and he was able to come out and consult on the mold that we found that same day.
We are struggling with the rest of this experience finding mold in our new build, but Thomas, Jay and their crew were educated, kind, and professional, they were a true light in a time when we needed them most!

It has taken me some time to write this review because I have been at a loss of words for how wonderful Puroclean treated my family. Unfortunately, my husband and I are no strangers to water damage and mold issues. Prior to finding Puroclean, we used another company in a previous house and had other companies quote us for our new house. It is absolutely shameful how this industry works, so to say it was an absolute blessing to have found Puroclean is an understatement. We have used them several times now. Once during a kitchen remodel when we found surprise past leaks and black mold. Then again when we found fuzzy mold on our window trim one night and quickly found out every. single. one. of our windows failed. One window legit fell out during demo, gotta love home owning... Anyway, Puroclean basically demoed and remediated our whole house. They are exceptional. As a person extremely sensitive to mold, you can trust them with your home's health. We love all the Puroclean staff, but we'd like to specifically shout out Wes. He is just such a great human. He not only worked so hard to make our family safe, he was incredibly kind to my children. My eldest still talks about Mr. Wes. We cannot recommend Puroclean enough.

Chuck and his team are absolutely phenomenal. He responded within minutes of my initial call with an initial plan and was almost immediately on the way to help me with our needs. This is the company you want for your job. PERIOD. I suffered water damage and mold in my kitchen from a rusted pipe that caused a pretty nasty mess to clean up. Chuck and Brandon showed up and right from the get-go I could tell these guys knew exactly what they were doing. They performed the inspection, laid out a clear plan of action and executed it beautifully and professionally. They never dismissed a call, text or email from me. I can tell they take pride in their work and helping others in need.
