I had movers refuse to continue work once they found mold in my mom's house unless I could clean it up. Although they could not book the remediation in time to meet my required move out date, Mastertech sent someone out quickly to help me identify where I needed to clean and tell me what to do. Their technician was on time, friendly and professional, and walked with me through the whole house and pointed out where he saw problems I should fix. They also did not charge me for his time to do this. Great customer service and very appreciated. If I had a mold problem, I would definitely call them to come in and fix it.

Free mold inspection was very helpful. Didnt have any additional services pushed on me which I appreciated. When we asked about having an air test done, he got to it right away, and the cost of the air test was very reasonable. Recommend for sure

Master Tech environment has truly been a blessing for my family and me. There were many questions and issues concerning my home. Great experience. Very punctual and thorough once in the home. Salim was professional and knowledgeable, getting to the root cause of our issue and determined the steps we need to take to get rid of our mold issue in the laundry room linoleum. Highly recommend this company.

It was refreshing to meet a qualified, honest inspector who enjoys his work. Unlike others who wanted thousands to repair the “mold crisis” in the living room, he assured me that the damage was already done, and that there was no longer any mold due to the low humidity in the house. A competent carpenter/painter can easily repair the work.

Salim came today right on time and was fantastic. I have worked in sales for the past decade and have a difficult time trusting other people in any line of sales. Salim was not a salesman at all but instead a breath of fresh air, very friendly and helpful demeanor and not overbearing. He came inside my house and my young kids were very comfortable around him.
He listened to my concerns about the crawlspace, gave his recommendations, and was not in a hurry. He took time to review all the areas and get photos, and was not quick to try to sell me any high ticket items. He was honest about his experience in the industry and built great value in his team at MasterTech Environmental. The tech guy came out to inspect the damage areas. He scanned the attic area insulation and the ceiling for mold. He explained to me how he was going to remove the mold and seal the wood in the attic. He also explained how he was going to remove and reinstall the ceiling in detail. That let me know he understood his profession.

We had some troublesome mold growths around outlets and switches. Deion came out to do some readings and helped us understand not only the source of the problem but how to resolve it. We are so thankful for his genuine care and generosity in the form of knowledge. I will absolutely be scheduling MasterTech Environmental of Tidewater for future projects!
