I definitely liked the company, they came out for a consult for free and did not try to take us for a ride. Pointed out the source where are mold was coming from and let us know we would be able to clean the mold ourselves.

I called to get a mold inspection because a neighbor advised me that the prior owners suspected mold. I immediately called MasterTech to schedule an inspection only to find out MasterTech had previously done an inspection on this home less than a month before I purchased it. Instead of just scheduling the appointment and taking my money, Wendell advised me that a mold inspection had just been completed on the home and no mold was suspected. He shared the results of the report and advised if I should suspect anything to contact them in the future. I was very pleased with the transparency and good business practice. Thank you Wendell! We contacted MasterTech this morning regarding some mold concerns we had. They were able to come out in less than three hours and immediately identified the issues. They were professional and advised us on how to remedy the problem in order to save money. Thank you, MasterTech for helping us out so quickly.

We were very concerned when we found mold inside of our HVAC unit. We contacted Windal on a Saturday night and he came out the next day on Sunday and took samples of the mold and air samples then sent them off overnight. We got the results Tuesday morning. Turns out that it looked a lot worse than it actually was, but we were fearing the worst. We were definitely relieved to find out that it was not black mold. I would definitely recommend.

These guys just left my house. I have nothing but the most wonderful testimony to give of their company. I’ll try to keep it short and to the point (if I can).

-Extremely honest: they could have charged us for coming out. They could have recommended us to pay for testing we didn’t need. But they did neither. They were all about the customer.

-They arrived promptly, at the time they said they would.

-They had great attitudes and great spirits (something that seems to be increasingly hard to find). They were straight-shooters and gave solutions.

-Even after knowing that we didn’t have a major problem that required their intervention, they willingly stuck around and answered all our questions.

-They went above and beyond to show that it wasn’t about the dollar, but that it was about the person.

-I’m not the type of person to write reviews normally. And If there is a bad product or service I won’t write about it. But when there’s an exceptional product or service, I try give an equally exceptional review to try and convey the level of quality I experienced.

I called to get my new home inspected for mold. I have a kiddo with asthma and wanted to be proactive. Wendell came out. He arrived an hour earlier than expected. I told him that I wouldn't be there until the scheduled time. He was polite and said no problem. He came into my house and walked me through everything he was doing and what he was looking for. So helpful! I'm glad I called this company.
