Jo Legg was assigned as our Project Manager. Our home had substantial water damage. Jo explained in great detail the next steps and time frame when a resolution would occur. She did not disappoint and continued to stay in contact if needed. If we had any issues Jo would definitely find a solution to meet our satisfaction. Believe me she worked around the clock to get the job done. We received awesome compliments from people visiting our home, after the completion of the project. I love my home too, never heard of LVP Flooring, but it was recommended by Jo and it was an excellent choice for our home. Thanks again Jo…. Awesome job!

I am writing this review to share my experience with ServiceMaster of the Southside. Sunday in the very early morning we were awakened by a waterfall coming from the attic. Without getting into the specific problem suffice it to say we needed help very quickly once we stopped the water issue. I contacted my insurance company and they recommended ServiceMaster of the Southside as a preferred provider for water damage restoration. When I called Service Master of the Southside John immediately picked up the phone and took my information. Bear in mind it was Superbowl Sunday, so right there I knew I was in good hands. John had a team out to my house the next day. There was a tremendous amount of work that needed to be done and Justin and Alex explained everything they were going to do and went to work. They were both very courteous and professional while answering my questions as the day progressed. I was particularly impressed when I noticed they took extra care not to damage anything in the house while they worked really hard to remedy the water damage. Over the next few days I interacted with several team members of ServiceMaster of the Southside. I will call out the names I remember. All of them were hardworking, prompt and communicative which made this process way easier than I thought it was going to be. Blane and his partner, Kameron and his partner and Charles. Hopefully I did not leave anyone out, but you know who you are. :o) Again a special shout out to John, Justin and Alex for really kicking this cleanup process into gear. Can't thank you all enough!!!!

After the water restoration team did such an amazing job I decided to use Service Master Of The Southside for the repair and refinishing work. Wow!! Did I make the right decision. The process started with Rodney who came to the house for the repair estimation. He worked efficiently to get an accurate picture of what needed to be done. It was then handed off to Janette who put together the contract and worked with my insurance company to get their sign off on the repairs. Big help!! Once the contract was signed and approved Mike was assigned as my project manager. He immediately contacted me and explained what days his team was going to be at my home to complete each phase of the repairs. After the conversation with Mike it was like a domino effect. Each day that went by the repairs started to happen. Mike and Omar took care of the insulation and drywall. Frencho and Willie knocked out the painting. Mike, my project manager also jumped into the mix to help support his team. Nothing was an obstacle for these guys. They just did what they had to do and never waivered. The sub contractor Service Master of the Southside partnered with to install the new flooring and carpet was greatl. I was extremely happy with the result. The bottom line is the communication with Service Master of the Southside throughout the project was amazing and the quality of the work performed by the team I mentioned above was exceptional.

I had water enter my home through the walls & slab from a neighbors flooded backyard. I was panicked. Danny came to my home the very next morning to assess my situation. He was prompt, communicative, helpful & honest. I was even able to call him a week later to ask a few questions & he answered in terms I could understand. I am so thankful & appreciative of him & his assistance.

Danny was very knowledgeable and helpful in identifying the source of a rainwater intrusion issue at my home. He was then able to coordinate having the right people here to have the repairs made. I highly recommend Danny should you need any of his services.

I want to say Thank you to Service Master for exceptional service rendered by Leslie and Andrew. I woke up Friday Morning and came downstairs to a frontroom flooded from my water heater bursting. After speaking with m insurance company one of the company names that they recommended was Service Masters. I am so glad that I chose this company because the 2 employees that they sent to help me were exceptional outstanding. I was overwhelmed and stressed because water had not only flooded the frontroom but also th closet and also some into the dining room. No matter how stressed I was or how many questions I answered Leslie would say we got it. That's what we're here for. She would always answer my questions with a kind smile and soft tone. Some people don't welcome many questions. I could tell that she really cared about the client and that it was just a job. Andrew was the same. They would stop what they're doing and look me in the face and answer my question. I offered to help them and they said they had it. I had a very heavy 9 by 12 area rug that was soaked because the whole water heater emptied and the rug absorbed it all. If you could have seen them two drag tha rug out of the house. I could tell from this that they were professionals and knew their job well.THANK YOU LESLIE AND ANDREW for making me feel very special and showing so much patience and kindness. I know that I asked a lot of questions but I appreciate you both taking time to address them. You are an asset to this company and I'm very grateful that you were chosen to handle my case. 1st let me say I have never had any damage to my house before, so this was a first with water damage. In the 1st couple of days Drew & Alex (I think was his name) came and really took the time to not only explain but listen to my concerns and answered my questions. They shows me their meter and explained where they needed the numbers to be. They offered reassurance when they started ripping out my floors and not a 10 minute halt in things so I could take down my snowman tree. 😔 Kameron came a couple of days and again took time to explain and listen to my concerns. I was struggling with still having moisture in and around the wall area and my cabinets. He explained what he was going to do. Leslie & Alex (again I hope this is his name) came back and again still moisture in the same she repositioned some airflow and explained the numbers were coming g down and believed this would finish the drying g process in a couple of days . Finally Justin came and he removed the remaining fans and dehumidifiers, again extremely knowledgeable and took the time to listen. I keep saying this because many people do their jobs as it’s just a job but each person that came into my house truly took the time to listen and all worked efficiently. My family and I are truly grateful for Service Master & their team of professionals. Thank you for making us feel at ease. Tammy

Huge shoutout to Danny Webb and Ace Fielder for their assistance during a crazy, unexpected water remediation. Everyone from ServiceMaster was wonderful; but these two individuals went above and beyond for my family and I am so grateful. Both are so knowledgeable, thorough, and experts at what they do. Ace explained the estimation process perfectly, understood my concerns, and was so detailed in his work. Danny helped facilitate the remediation and renovations so meticulously and assured me along the way that everything would be better than okay and it was. Everything turned out beautifully. Bonus points? Both of them have personality+ and are a joy to be around. Thanks!!

I have so many wonderful things to say about ServiceMaster, but, the best part was our Project Manager, Alex Carmona!! Everyone involved did a great job and I’m so grateful! With that being said, Alex truly went above and beyond! He is knowledgeable, follows through, and has personality plus! He helped us make great choices in replacement options for what was damaged in our home. Highly recommend ServiceMaster!!

I called servpro to repair water damage in den and haHawaii. From first phone call to last visit, everyone was true professionals and great to work with during repairs. Thanks to Ms. Grizzle and especially to Max for their assistance. The work crew did a great job and even stayed late to complete the jobs. Wife and I are extremely happy. Thank you. Ps serv pro did the recovery on our house in 2022 when we were flooded by broken pipe. They were great also.

Charles came out and fixed the inadequacies of another mitigation vendor. He did the job right and went above and beyond. Highly recommended that he comes out when you have a water mitigation concern.

The process from start to finish was professional and the work crew was excellent. The project manager, Dimitrius (sp?) was accessible and explained everything we needed to understand about the project. I would highly recommend these guys.
