Water Damage Restoration reviews in Chesapeake, Virginia

Several miscommunications with regard to services being performed. But they did complete the remediation. Myself and my adjuster (who was handling services directly with Servpro) believed Servpro was also doing the repairs after the demo, so much so that the adjuster closed the claim thinking it was repaired. I was told by the demo team that the repair team would be coming the following day to complete the repairs, and then I was informed days later by the project manager that that was not true and they wouldn’t perform any repairs because it was “a small job.” The following day he walked that back and said it wasn’t really because it was a small job but more because they were too busy to do the repairs. All of this has delayed progress and has been added stress to a stressful situation. But the demo was done properly.

We are so grateful for Darryl, Brittany, and the team from ServPro Chesapeake. They got out to us the same day we called. We needed major remediation from a leak that started from our upstairs bathroom and went down into the kitchen. They were so kind, helpful, and thorough. Thank you Darryl & ServPro!

Mica and his team Micheal.. Alajuwon and others (dont remember all name) were awesome..great customer service...patient with all my questions ..very efficient and knowledgeable...They all made me feel positive and assured me I was in great hands while going through this process..this was my 1st time having to file a claim and Mica(the project mngr) was great with keeping me up with what is to be expected and whatever he said was going to happen..did...I hope that the next phase is as easy flowing and move sailing as this...when your house flooded and everything is in shambles..the last thing you need is messy company being in charge of putting it all back together...1st phase down and now for the next..JOB WELL DONE!!! Timothy Brinn (reconstruction project manager)was an excellent and ensured to need all of my needs...he was kind..considerate...professional and very efficient ...everything he said as for as timeline and scheduling happened...he got my house back and running in no time...it's fair to say I am very pleased with my service from Serv Pro..Thank you guys from the cleaning/restoration/construction team with Mikka O'Quinn to the end..it was Al 1 service...if the flood had to happen..I'm happy it was with you guys

My experience with Servpro has been, to say the least, intriguing. The mitigation process was expertly led by an exceptional team, particularly Susanne, who demonstrated exceptional professionalism and provided unwavering reassurance. However, the reconstruction aspect has fallen short of expectations, leaving me with significant disappointment. Approximately six weeks have passed since the mitigation and restoration commenced, yet a substantial punch list remains unresolved. Despite the completion of work ten days prior, numerous issues persist that require immediate attention.
The photos shown are just a few of the items that have not been done well and not to mention debris still left behind after request to remove.

Steven and Stephanie came to my home on separate occasions to quote repairs that needed to be done. They were both professional and courteous, taking time to answer my questions and were prompt in sending the estimates. I appreciate their attention to detail and empathy for my situation.

I initially left a review regarding a small water damage claim due to several issues encountered during the process. Afterward, I was contacted by the General Manager, who assured me that everything would be addressed and taken care of. They replaced the steps that were damaged when a dehumidifier was dropped down the stairs.

There were some delays with the completion of the job due to scheduling on my end, so I decided to remove my first review in hopes of posting a more positive update. Unfortunately, it has become clear that disorganization and miscommunication are systemic issues within the company. My concerns remain unresolved, and I will be seeking another contractor to finish the job.

I recommend that any potential customers shop around before choosing Servpro.

My mother in law had some water damage. I called Davis Powell and his team did amazing. Helped my mother-in-law in a tough situation since she lives alone and is 80+. My wife was liaison working with them. Recently. I was invited to their open house and viewed their 20.000 square footage office warehouse. The event was amazing. I got to see their production and operation,
met and talk business with owner, Drew. I can tell you they are ready to take care of any water, fire, mold damage in residential homes and commercial structures such as multi-family to large
Class A Office Buildings. I highly recommend David Powell and his team. They will take care of you. Give him the opportunity to serve you. Lastly, ask a tour of their location.

My home was damaged by a broken water pipe. ServPro had people in my home cleaning the mess within one hour of being called! We had several crews and a supervisor in our home at various times and they were all very professional and polite,

Worked with Tim Brinn as our project Mgr. Communication was very good thru text or by phone with him. The project was completed ahead of schedule. His team did a very good job restoring our first floor area that had water damage.
I would recommend Tim and his team.

We had mitigation, removal of damaged ceiling and walls, repairs, and finishing. Each crew that did the jobs was efficient, considerate, and careful to explain what they were doing at each stage. Other than the shock of a leaking ceiling, it was a positive experience. 5 stars well deserved.

Charles, Carmen & Francesco were amazing. They were so professional, kind, and efficient. They took the time to ask me about items of importance. I can’t say enough about them as a team and the company as a whole from start to finish. I was able to arrange all services from my phone while at the hospital taking care of my family member. They did all the rest. Well worth every penny!!

Max, was a pleasure to work with during our home restoration. Our home was damaged due water pipe damaged and Max was always a phone call away or a text message away. We are enjoying our stand up shower and the new floors are absolutely beautiful. I would definitely recommend Max to family and friends he was a great listener and a pleasure to work with.
