I had an excellent experience with Coastal water mitigation so far . DJ, one of the contractors who came out, was outstanding. He was extremely thorough and knowledgeable, taking the time to explain each step of the process. His communication was above and beyond what I expected—always keeping me updated and making sure I understood everything that was happening. He was also very timely and professional throughout. I truly appreciate the level of care and service provided, and I would highly recommend this company to anyone in need of water mitigation 10/10.

Johnnie and Dillon were amazing. They came in and gave me details of the process and got to work. Very professional. Got things done faster than I thought. Put everything back and kept a clean workspace. Thank you guys for your hard work. It is much appreciated.

Our bathroom shower was literally falling apart. The bathroom floor was so bad, the toilet didn't flush completely. Once everybody understood what needed to be done, the Coastal team applied expertise and skill to get the job done economically. They removed both mold and asbestos floor tiles, and restored our bathroom to literally better than new. They even found and returned an overpayment from the finance company. I can't say enough good things about the results of their efforts.

Tayler arrived at my home and greeted my wife with a smile. She immediately got to work, accessing the problem. She checked what appeared to be water damage to my ceiling. With her professional knowledge and assessment, it turned out to be a false alarm. She gave me professional advice and was on her way to. Thanks so much Tayler and your to the company as well, for providing you with the training that you displayed while at our home.

I have used Coastal Restoration and Construction twice and David is thorough and extremely professional. I can’t recommend his company enough. He goes above and beyond by providing peace of mind and does everything to get your property back up and running.

He came highly recommended by others and did not disappoint. If I could give extra stars I would.

Ok so I just had a hot water we heater burst in march and the job was officially closed on July 7th. Here I am not even a full 6 months later with a massive sweage backup. I called Brandon and he had his guys out within the hour.
Kyle came out first and had to do the really nasty clean up, then I had DJ and Dillon came out and did the break down. Its been a much larger mess than we all originally thought but not one complaint has come out of anybody. Its been great so far and so polite as well even with all this mess.
I was sad to have to call them again but honestly I dont think in these situations ill trust anybody else.

Wonderful. From start to finish i had zero issues. My hot water heater busted and flooded my house. They were quick to be out and take up what needed to be taken up. Once we finally got the go ahead from insurance getting everything back in was great as well. They advocated for me to insurance and kept a constant and open line of communication.
I espically liked the fact that they were a one stop shop company. Meaning they come out, take out the old and put in the new. The contractora they had in my house doing the repairs were respectful and quick. Carrie was quick with communications, Brandon always answered his phone, and *mike* (may not be his name but i think thats right) was wonderful at explaining the invoice to me. There were plenty more that made the operation smooth but I cant remember their names.
Overall great experience. If my house was clean id give pictures but...I've got kids so. 🙈 I would recommend them to anybody.

We had a really great experience with the technician Brandon. He was caught in traffic and called ahead to let me know he would be running late and was very considerate. When he arrived, he was very professional and took care of our service call with a great attitude. I would recommend this company to anyone!

David Carr was very professional. He came out the next day. He did a thorough inspection and went above and beyond to assure me that I had nothing to be concerned about. He was very personable and I would highly recommend Coastal Construction.

Coastal Restoration is amazing! Tess was extremely sweet and nice on the phone. She explained everything in a clear and precise manner and answered all my questions thoroughly. They redid my floors after a flood and they came out looking better than before. I would recommend them to everyone. Ask for Tess when on the phone, she is the best!

Your rep DJ came out and did another follow up To check the moisture that’s still in my wall frame Where I had A pipe leak . He has had to come out two or three times to check to see that it is coming to a lower number . He still had to leave some equipment to help eliminate the moisture so he will have to come back again but he is very dedicated… very pleasant to work with and I would recommend him for any future work I might need. Good job.

The level of care and service provided was truly appreciated.

Our sewer line is stopped up. I reached out to David for help with finding a reliable plumber capable of repairing the line which is under the driveway. David very quickly put me in touch with two plumbers capable of doing the work. It’s great to have someone to rely on for help even when there nothing in it for him or his company.

Coastal restoration just came out to do remediation after my washer leaked from the third floor to the second floor of the townhome. Terri and Thomas were an incredible team. I explained that I had some heirloom investment furniture pieces near where they would be working. They proceeded to work with such diligence and care creating a containment area and’s they were diligent in moving everything back when they were done. I can’t say enough about how appreciative I am for the way they treated my place. Top-notch.

I have never had to file a claim since moving in my condo in 2008 so I had no idea as to what I needed to do. I knew that the water had to be dried up and that is all. When Johnnie and Thomas and D.J. came over to work on my flood water situation, they all were professional, courteous, and they knew what they were doing and very knowledgeable in this profession and very patient with me because I asked a lot of questions to the point that I felt I was annoying. However, they answered all my questions in a manner that I could understand and I feel like they are my family. They kept me up to date on everything they had to do and I feel comfortable with them. I would recommend this team to anyone that have to experience what I am having to deal with. They are prompt and punctual. I love these guys. I have adopted them as my sons.

I’m extremely disappointed with the experience I had working with Jason on demolition and mold mitigation. The biggest issue was the complete lack of communication. I was constantly left in the dark about scheduling, progress, and what was actually being done. Messages and calls went unanswered for long stretches of time, making it impossible to plan around the work. What makes this even more frustrating is that the workers themselves were actually very good. They were respectful, skilled, and got the physical work done well. It’s clear the crew knows what they’re doing, but the management and communication behind the scenes were not up to par. When you’re dealing with something as serious as mold, clear and consistent communication is essential and unfortunately, that never happened here. Deadlines weren’t met, updates weren’t provided, and I felt like I had to chase Jason down just to get basic information. The whole situation was stressful, unprofessional, and avoidable. I wouldn’t recommend Jason for demo or mold mitigation until the communication and management improve significantly, even though the crew themselves did a solid job.

I have water damage due to an improper hookup for my washing machine. The washer and dryer delivery was the last thing that was needed to be done to complete my renovation project. This experience has left me so stressed. I had to select a company to complete my work. I did my homework and decided on Coastal Restoration and Construction. Even though I had decided on the company I was still uneasy about the process. I pictured in my mind that my house would be tore up again as it was with the renovation. My laundry room is upstairs so I have damage to my laundry room, bathroom, bedroom and hall. I was pleasantly surprised and impressed when Anthony and Ernest came today. They were very professional and explained everything that they were going to do. I did not have to move any furniture. They did it all and they left no debris behind. I now have to get the remodeling process completed. I am confident that I will receive the same experience that I received from Anthony and Ernest!!! Thanks for easing my stress level!

Had to remove asbestos floor mastic for a kitchen remodel job. From start to finish the crew we're on time, completed the task in a reasonable time, work space was cleaned properly as the air sample test passed the first time.
