Deion replayed fast to our request and scheduled an appt that same week. Amanda came out and cleaned it all up. She was so friendly and a lovely personality. I am definitely happy with their service!

I highly recommend MasterTech Environmental of Tidewater! Deion and his crew were extremely professional, showed up right on time, and explained everything step-by-step so I understood what was going on. They were respectful, efficient, and got the job done right the first time. You can tell they actually care about the customer and take pride in their work. My place looks and smells a lot better now, and I feel confident everything was treated properly. Big thanks to Deion and the team definitely the kind of company you can trust!

Prior to payment, experience with the company was good. On the day work was completed, a sub-contractor completed the work. They arrived at 10:00 in the morning to replace a bathroom vent and light. 8 hours later they stated they were finished.
No inspection by primary company was accomplished. 2 weeks later, after phone calls and e-mails, still no word on inspection. Once I paid, I appear to have been placed on a ghost list. A trusted contractor recommended the company. His assessment has proven inaccurate.

Amazing service, we had a major waste leak under the home and they came straight out, quoted and was there on my choose day to fix the issue. Can't thank them enough, highly recommended

We had a leak in our kitchen and went with a different mitigation company, and they did a good job. However, during the mitigation asbestos was found and Coastal Restoration was recommended. They came (actually the owner came and submitted the estimate to State Farm) during the estimate Travis stated that they would do a revised estimate for the insurance company upon completion of the asbestos abatement was completed.

Subsequently, Mr Ripley (their construction project manager) came out and met with my wife to talk about the revised estimate. Mr, Ripley, informed my wife and subsequently myself (through a phone call) that they would not submit a revised estimate to our insurance company unless we signed a contract for Coastal to do the rebuild! This was never conveyed to me from the owner (Travis) who did the asbestos estimate.

I find this highly unprofessional form of a business tactic. Their the mitigation company they did the additional damage or removal of asbestos and should’ve kept their word on the estimate as stated to me by the owner.

Email sent to the owner to discuss has not been answered.

I can not recommend this company as in my opinion they can not be trusted with the shady way they handle an estimate and then hold the home owner over a barrel, not releasing the estimate unless they sign a contract.

As a follow up; the owner did email me and essentially stated what he related in his response. The bottom line from our perspective is we (the customer) was never informed of their “signed construction contract” requirement until the asbestos abatement was completed and we asked for a revised insurance estimate. The customer should be informed of their (Coastal’s) requirements prior to the conduct of a job/mitigation/abatement. I stand by my rating, and had I known their requirement, I would not have used this company for the asbestos abatement.

My house flooded during the recent rains on Shore Drive and Coastal Restoration & Construction was very communicative, timely, and took extra care to rid of any water/mildew damage. My house is in great shape now!

I had the opportunity to work with Travis O’Neal the owner of the Coastal Renovation and Construction for major residential home project. Every phase of the project was handled with an impressive level of skill and dedication. The meticulous attention to detail was evident in every task, from the initial inspection of the site to the final touches of the renovation. I had a bunch of flooding inside the house and also paint being chipped on the outside of my crib and they did the work for a great price and very well done as well. I’ll be staying with these guys till I die. Jefferey Is the most kind young man ever as well.

Mattox did a fantastic job with remodeling our bathroom! He kept us informed of the progress and was highly professional, even staying late many nights to ensure our project did not fall behind schedule.

Dj and Zack are allstars. Zack made quick work with removing floor panels to get to the water underneath, and DJ answered any questions I had with honesty and clarity. Fantastic employees if you ask me!

We just started the mitigation project for water damage in our kitchen. They came out same day to assess the damage and got started quickly. Kyle and Thomas came to do the demo. They were professional and kept the area as clean as possible while updating me throughout the process. I would recommend them as a one stop shop for restoration.

David was great! Came right over to assess our situation. Gave his recommendation to solve our problem caused by a faulty hot water heater. We are working on it now. We so appreciated his honesty and kindness.
