I recently has a pipe burst and was trying to get my home warranty to fix it as a claim. Unfortunately for me they sent a scammy Plummer who said it was “possibly cut into from a previous job”. After a couple of weeks of back and forth, I wasn’t able to file the claim so I dropped them and will never deal with a home warranty again.

I figured best to try my luck with a local plumber and am glad to report these guys will not let you down. They took my call and sent a guy within an hour or two, answered all my questions, gave me a quote that was half the price of “My Plumber Plus”, which I knew was over price, but not like that. From the sink to this area, My Plumber Plus has come in 3-4x to fix the same area just different part it which was crazy

TDLR; I would strongly recommend giving these guys a try if you live in the area or any area they service. They are fast, responsive, reasonably priced esp compared to national brands, and most importantly they will answer all your questions and adress all concerns

GREAT HEATER IN DEPTHS OF PANDEMIC. For future readers, this all took place during the depths of the pandemic and shortly after the 2021 Texas Deep Freeze, both of which are relevant to the review.

We had five different plumbers come out to give us estimates for replacing an old, electric hot water heater with a new, tankless, natural gas hot water heater. The first couple estimates gave us sticker shock - as in the $5 - $6K range - and we were beginning to wonder if we would even be able to replace our old tank. Evan was the second-to-last person there, and he explained to us why a tankless heater wasn't right for our situation, especially with kids in the house. He said he could get us a great AO Smith heater despite the fact that they were in very short supply - the pandemic had greatly increased demand, and the Texas Deep Freeze damaged some important water heater factories in that state. We said yes.

However, when the heater arrived to his distributor, it was damaged. They told him they wouldn't be able to supply him with another AO Smith until months later, but offered an off-brand model. Evan was up front about the fact that the replacement heater they offered was substandard. We thanked him for his honesty, but kept looking. Undeterred, Evan kept looking for an AO Smith for us, and even called the original distributor back to tell them he was going to lose a valued customer, and they owed him a heater. Fortunately they said they found one in the warehouse and sold it to him. He came to our house just a few days later and installed it, and even the guy helping him was amazed that he had found an AO Smith when they were so scarce.

I would definitely recommend Lotus Plumbing - they went the extra mile for us, and I am sure they will for you too!

Lotus Plumbing is terrific. John is a certified plumber and provided quality service in a professional and friendly manner. It is a small company, containing only certified plumbers, and their prices are more reasonable than those of the larger firms. I highly recommend them.

Lotus plumbing recently came to our house to fix a number of plumbing problems ranging from leaky faucets to stopped-up drains. Within an hour or so everything was fixed and at a very reasonable price. Lotus will be our go-to company for any future plumbing problems.

Evan and Tiffany are both amazing people. I had a plumbing issue that was leaking into my neighbors unit and with school just starting I was unable to be home but Tiffany helped me get scheduled so that I could have work done. Evan's team took care of our issue quickly. Downstairs kitchenette sink would build up water when we ran things upstairs. They snaked the pipe, replaced two valves, added a clean out for future snaking needs.

We called Lotus Plumbing to address and issue with our new washing machine and the water connections. They came on time, evaluated the situation and suggested solutions. We agreed with the proposed solution and the work was done in a timely manner.
It was an excellent experience working with Lotus Plumbing and in the future whenever we need a plumber we will call them.
