I recently purchased a home and the seller provided me with a home warranty through 2-10. I noticed on Saturday that my water heater was leaking from the bottom and the drain valve. I put in a service request with 2-10 and Happy Drain Guys got assigned to my service request. Just a few hours later, Ahmad gave me a call and told me he could come the same day to look at it. He arrived at my home and informed me that I needed a new water heater and that he would tell the warranty company to provide a replacement.

On Monday, 2-10 called me and asked if I would like to proceed with the service request. I told them yes. Ahmad informed me on Saturday that I would need to pay a little out of pocket as my warranty did not cover the full cost of the replacement, parts, and labor. I was completely fine with that as the price was still very good and competitive for a new water heater + parts + labor and most of it was already covered. 2-10 ordered the water heater as I approved the service request.

To my surprise, the water heater was delivered and ready to install on Wednesday. Carlos was my technician and he arrived to my home right on time as he said he would. The removal of the old water heater and installation of the new one took about an hour and a half. Carlos was extremely kind and answered all the questions I had about my new water heater. He also cleaned up well after himself. I now have a new water heater and no longer need to worry about any leaks in my basement… so far so good. The final price also stayed the same as what Ahmad told me on Saturday. Very happy with the service from Ahmad and Carlos and would recommend them for all your plumbing needs.

I called Ahmad late one night because our pipes in the basement froze, and one had already busted. He was able to come early the next morning, replaced lots of frozen piping, and insulated everything for us to prevent future freezing. He was very respectful (removed his shoes and everything!), quick, and efficient. Most importantly, he was HONEST, and his pricing was more than fair. Happy Drain Guys responded within minutes, then called us. The owner came over very quickly and made a great temporarily fix immediately so we had water for the night and AM, saving the day! Permanent repair made first thing this morning. Very happy with their work and responsiveness. Very easy to communicate and work with, efficient, left no mess. We are very happy with our new shower head/facet. Will be having them back to get estimate for bathroom renovation. I recommend them for emergency plumbing issues! Would hire this company again!

We called eight plumbers before happy drain guys for an emergency fix. Every other person we called said they couldn’t until days later, but Carlos came out immediately even though he was in the middle of dinner and had to drive in rush hour traffic to get to us. He fixed our problem up for us very quickly and was incredibly thorough. We will now be using happy drain for future plumbing issues 100%
