A previous contractor installed our toilet incorrectly, causing a sewage smell to appear occasionally. HDG diagnosed the and fixed the problem. They explained the issue, how they would fix, and during execution of work. Very happy with result.

Ahmad came out and changed all of our sink plumbing and ensured to verify it wasn’t leaking, he also was able to confirm no moisture content of what I suspected from under the tub subfloor. Great guy, and quick to come out.

Had a slow draining toilet which turned out to be a small lotion bottle clogging it. The plumbing service was great and timely. Technician was professional. I felt the price was a bit expensive, other than that I’m satisfied with the service.

Ahmad was amazing, very helpful and knowledgeable and was able to come out within a couple of hours of calling. He helped figure out issues for a couple of smaller plumbing issues and replaced a shower valve super fast with minimal amount of drywall removal. Very professional, will 100% be using again in the future!

First of all you need to choose Happy Drain Guys Plumbing LLC for all of your plumbing needs. If you do, you need to ask for Daryl. He is their BEST plumber. He just finished installing a Sump Bump in our basement that literally, helped me save thousands of dollars and allowed us to be able to sell our house that was on the market for over 2 months. He also was clever enough to come up with an ingenious way to test if our other Sump Pump was working properly. He tested it and it was working like a charm. He is truly THE BEST.

Carlos was early for the job, extremely professional, polite, and was able to clearly communicate and addressed all of my concerns. I enjoyed his work so much I requested they come back to do some more work around the house! I wouldn’t hesitate to do business with Happy Drain Guys in the future for any plumbing headaches!

I had an emergency plumbing situation where a leaking shower wouldn’t turn off, and the only way to stop the water was to shut off the main water line—making it a true emergency. I contacted multiple plumbers around 6 PM, but none were available or willing to come out on short notice.

Thankfully, I got in touch with Ahmad from Happy Drains. He immediately agreed to visit the property and arrived promptly. Within 30–40 minutes, he had diagnosed and repaired the issue, getting our water back on and saving us from a major inconvenience.

The pricing was fair for an after-hours call—slightly on the higher side, but reasonable given the urgency. Ahmad was extremely courteous, professional, and efficient. I’ll definitely be reaching out to him again for any future plumbing needs. Highly recommended!

Happy Drain Guys have done an excellent job. They came and within a few hours they fixed our broken sewer pipe by replacing the broken part with a new one. They also ran tests by turning the laundry, shower and flushing toilet. They also gave me before and after pictures.

Their service was quick, responsive and communicated well. The plumber diagnosed the problem quickly, explained it, got the part, returned and made the repair quickly. I was very pleased.

The plumber is knowledgeable and took about 10min to clear the clogged drain using snake.

Update:
So, I paid $300 plus after 50$ off (have to give a good Google review) for the service which took less than 10 mins. And the sink started draining slowly again after 2-3 day use. I contacted the company after one week vacation out of town today as the sink is completely clogged again.

They claim my drain has grease and food and will charge $225 if I want the snake service again. They even suggest installing a new drain line!

While I know plumbing services are expensive, this is unacceptable...
Avoid this company unless you are willing to pay $1800/hr service that might just work for few days. Also be aware of the good reviews listed here.They may be just for a discount.

Update 2 - Respond to owner's reply:

1. The total time you staying in my home was less than 30mins based on recording from home security camera. And I have cleared up the cabinet under the sink before you came. There is no way you spent more than 30mins.

2. Below is a complete lie. I was never told about grease/hydro jet/replacing line until I contacted you again. We have sink drain strainer, there is no way food can go in. I never said it is ok without warranty!!!
"we my tech has told you what was the cause of your blockage you have lots of grease in the line and we need to do hydro jet the line or replace the line since it is old and you never did service the line and you guys putting grease and food in the line which is not good and its violation to put grease in so we have told you we don't have warranty on your line and yo know about this and you didn't want to do at that time you said its ok"

3. You did the service on Oct 24. I contacted you on Nov 9. It is less than a month!
" so after more then months you want us to come back and do free service"

I wish I can give zero star given your unfounded response...
