Used Battlefield for several plumbing projects and been exceptionally happy with the thoroughness and quality of the job.

Their Assistant Kelly sent me an email in which every sentence ended with an exclamation point. When I asked her which areas to clear, she said “wherever there is water”. For some reason, the water inlet valve on my toilet was replaced. Water was flowing out of the top of the tank after I flushed. Obviously it was not connected properly. The valve was upside down, so when I tried to turn it off, nothing happened until I twisted it the other way. One would think a professional who is charging me 6k to replace the pipes would know how to install a valve on a toilet. I called after hours and got an answering machine. I doubt anyone will hear about this. The other people who are working on the job seem to know what they are doing. They are the reason for the two stars. Otherwise, it would have been a zero rating.

Battlefield is an incredible company to work with. They are attentive, speedy, and were able to turn around a big job fast. They beat out the competition on price and job time by a mile. Neri came out and did a fantastic job replacing a polybutylene main water line in a single day. He was incredibly professional and was attentive to our needs the entire time. Kelly was in constant contact with me throughout the entire process and was a pleasure to work with. I highly recommend this company and will definitely use them in the future. Don’t bother shopping around. Battlefield is the company to choose hands down!

We needed to have the polybutylene pipes in our house replaced and found Battlefield Plumbing almost by accident just before signing a contract with another company. And are we glad that we found them! The work that Neri and his crew did was outstanding, efficient, on time, and at a very reasonable cost (just very slightly above the lowest estimate we had received). Every day, they cleaned up the areas they had worked in, and the crew was extremely professional in every way (including respecting the covid pandemic requirements whenever we were in the house). When the pipes were being replaced, the amount of dry wall cutting that was required was shocking and we kept wondering how it would look when everything was finished. We need not have worried at all because their drywall repair and repainting was so good that it is now almost impossible to find a spot where cuts were made! All through the process, Kelly helped us with all our questions and scheduling etc., and she was great in following up very promptly on anything that was required. While the pipes were being changed, we found a minor leak in one of the sinks and Neri fixed that too at a very nominal additional cost. This company is the "best", and I very highly recommend them to anyone who is considering repiping their house.

If you need plumbing, especially polybutylene pipes replaced you need to hire Battlefield. They came out to my place did a free estimate, were able to start the project quickly and finish quickly. They left my home like the found it (minus the new pipes). They took extra care to make sure the construction and repairs didn't disrupt regular. I highly recommend them.

Replacing old polybutalane pipes is a “risky” project - lots can go wrong if you pick an inexperienced contractor for the job.

Kelly, their front office person was super responsive, explained the whole process and gave a very reasonable quote.

The job itself took 4 days for a 2000 sq town house. The contractors were professional and knew exactly what they were doing. On the 5th days morning - the house looked exactly the same, inspite of all the drywall that they had to open up to replace the pipes.

I first used Battlefield Plumbing in 2009 to replace my polybutylene pipe with cooper. They did a superb job and I’ve been a customer every since. The most recent job was the installation of a utility sink in my laundry room. Pricing is better than most their workmanship is top notch. They are honorable and always on time. I’ve referred them to family and friends. Definitely my go to plumber. You won’t be disappointed.

I just had the BEST experience with Battlefield Plumbing and highly recommend them to anyone ! They did an excellent job on the difficult replacement of my 1950s plumbing parts and made sure that everything is up to standard now. The business if family-owned and local and it really is obvious that they are holding themselves up to very high standards. They are very knowledgeable, the workmanship is excellent, everyone is very friendly and I certainly felt I was in very good hands all throughout the process. All my three jobs got expertly handled and Battlefield Plumbing will certainly be the only plumber I ever call again.

I had a really great experience with Battlefield Plumbing. I needed to complete a re-pipe project as it turned out I had polybutylene piping in my house. They came out, did a full evaluation and quoted me a fair price. What really made the difference though is in the extra "scope" they included in their number. The other plumber quoted making the holes but not patching them, Battlefield patched everything and did a great job. They really tried to keep the wall penetrations to a minimum and patched them really well. They were going to paint them but we decided to not have them do that as we were getting ready to do a repaint ourselves anyway.

The responsiveness, workmanship and overall experience was excellent, highly recommend them.

Bought a house recently that had the plumbing done by these guys. Both drains in our upstairs bathroom were leaking water because they weren't sealed correctly. This resulted water to leak through our ceiling because the drains didn't have O-rings installed and we're sealed with WOOD GLUE according to the plumber we hired to fix their mistakes. Absolute amateurs don't use them.

Over the 40 years that I have lived here, I have had to call a plumber to fix a leak 5 times. For this time, I had a leak in the ceiling above my downstairs bathroom. Here's my take on Calabrese Plumbing: neatness - the quality of being clean, tidy and organized surpassed all other work ever performed in my house. No drywall dust, nails, etc. was present when he finished the job. Also, they only cut out the ceiling drywall necessary for the repair. Once, I had a couple of guys from Springfield (highly rated plumber) who replaced about 20 inches of pipe but cut out a 3' x 4' section of drywall that really wasn't necessary. ]Responsiveness - I called Calabrese on Superbowl Sunday and the plumber answered his phone. We talked a bit and set up a time for him to come over. He arrived promptly at the appointed time. Expertise - after opening up the ceiling where the leak occurred, he showed me a secondary leak and advised that a second pipe should be replaced too. One pipe was immediately replaced in a short time but the second one had to wait till the following day to be replaced. Price - the final price was $225 less than the estimate.
When I had a previous plumbing episode a year earlier, I called a highly rated plumber (tried to call Calabrese but he was booked up for 3 weeks) who sent a guy that gave me an estimate for $1500. I didn't like his estimate and called someone else who fixed the problem for $300.
Finally, I asked if he could recommend someone to repair the ceiling drywall and his recommendation fixed it in one day (which included painting it). I highly recommend Calabrese Plumbing.
