Ben from Calabrese Plumbing has installed a hot water heater, and the plumbing for our kitchen renovation. I was very pleasedd with the work. Carefull, and professional, and left the kitchen spotless after the work.

Outstanding service. Mr Calabrese used FaceTime to troubleshoot my problem to see if it could be resolved without a service call. It was determined they would need to come repair my faucet. Ben Anderson contacted me when he was on the way and showed up exactly on time to do the work. This company is clean, prompt and professional. They kept me informed throughout the process. Highly recommend.

I highly recommend George Calabrese and his sons. They replaced my gas hot water heater. George took the time to explain the features and the maintenance of the hot water heater to me. Whenever I need a plumber in the future, I will call Calabrese plumbing.

SUPERIOR SERVICE AND VALUE!

Calabrese Plumbing has been my "go-to" plumber for years, and I can always count on them to do the job quickly, expertly, and usually for less than I thought (feared) it would cost.

Most recently, Ben and Cory came to our townhouse on June 28 to replace our Delta pull out kitchen faucet head (i.e. "wand assembly") and attached water hose. Over time, the old rubber hose (which was about ten years old) had deteriorated and the rubber particles clogged up the faucet head, requiring a replacement to get a normal flow. Ben and Cory replaced the faucet head and hose--and installed a new toilet seat--quickly and for less than I thought it would cost. Now the kitchen faucet works perfectly!

In recent years, George Calabrese (the owner) and Ben have been to our home numerous times to repair and/or overhaul our toilets, replace our defective master shut off valve and our leaking bib (outdoor faucet) shut off valve, and perform other tasks, and their work has always been excellent.

They are the best plumbers I have ever used, and we will continue to call them first whenever we need a new water heater, help installing new plumbing fixtures, or any other type of plumbing repairs or upgrades!

I have availed myself of Calabrese Plumbing's services three times in the last couple of years (most recently last week) and each time the experience was exceptional. They always recommend the best materials and parts (tip, take their advice, twice I called them in to replace inferior parts and installation from a different plumber), and the service is always professional and courteous.

Out of the blue on an otherwise calm Wednesday evening, we heard a piercing alarm coming from somewhere. Finally we realized it was likely coming from a water detection device we had set up to detect plumbing leaks in our basement. And sure enough, we quickly discovered we were facing not only a significant plumbing expenditure but also loss of water, all running water, until we could book a plumber (even in an emergency situation, in our area.)
So, I go to Consumers Checkbook and pick Calabrese Plumbing based on Checkbook's rating for quality and price, but I expected to have to use a second or third choice due to the popularity of this plumber.
I call them anyway and as expected, the message on the answering machine left little hope, but I left a message anyway. To my surprise, within a very short time, I received a call from George, the owner/operator of the business. He said he just couldn't leave us without running water!
So as soon as he could, he came, installed a shut-off valve at the right place so we could turn the water back on, advised us regarding hot-water heaters (per our request), and then left to finish out the rest of his day, with us thanking him profusely for his good work but especially his kind heart! We can't recommend him highly enough!

George and his team at Calabrese plumbing did a great job and saved me from a tight spot. A leak sprung from my manifold on a Friday. When I first called they were fully booked so I called another company to “patch” the leak until George could come and replace the manifold. The other company broke it and made the leak worse. I called George to let him know and he quickly made arrangements to get to me ASAP.

He does high quality work that he takes great pride in. He goes above and beyond because of the pride he takes in his work. Without me even asking, he fixed some other plumbing issues and flushed my
water heater.

The entire team is professional, clean and respectful. Specific to the pandemic, they all wore masks and were respectful of social distancing guidelines.

Can't say enough good things about George. First of all his work is top-notch. He has fixed so so many problems previous plumbers have created in my baths and kitchen. He recommends the best products that have the least maintenance problems. In a recent bath remodel he went out of his way to find the plumbing supplies that matched my unusual fixture finish. He goes over and above for his clients.

I called Calabrese Plumbing, as I needed a new hot water heater. George Calabrese was out of town at the time of my call, but FaceTimed with me to look at the equipment and see what was needed. I also had the issue of the existing gas hot water heater having been placed where it was difficult to reach my emergency shutoff. George was beyond wonderful and told me that they would do everything in their power to solve my problem. Today Ben and Cory installed my new water heater, moving it to give me total access to my main shut off and my outside hose bib shutoff. They went out of their way to resolve my issues. They were very neat, courteous, punctual, and honestly a pleasure to have in my home. I am absolutely thrilled that I now have and excellent plumbing company! I found them to be honest, professional, knowledgeable, reasonable and punctual. I'm delighted to have found them.

Had a really leaky faucet in the laundry room that I couldn't repair myself. Called several plumbers and either they didn't call back or couldn't show up for several days, EXCEPT.. George Calabrese called back quickly and scheduled an appointment for the same morning. The technician showed up, fixed the problem quickly and was on his way. The rate was much better than expected. One place I spoke with wanted $300 to make a same day appointment.

Easy to do business with, very responsive, good service and very affordable. Well done.

Customer for life. Our first time calling, George walked us through what he thought would be a simple DIY on the kitchen sink lines to see if we could fix it ourselves FOR FREE. Followed up with a dianosis after and again made a suggestion for new faucet model for us to install ourselves. Any plumbing issue we have going forward, this is our first call. Excellent customer service.

Hot water heater replacement. Their quote was received quickly, it was thorough and it was the best of the three. They arrived on time and were able to wrestle new the hot water heater down a narrow stairway to the basement (and haul the old one back up). Even though the tight stairway was an unexpected challenge, they did not charge me any extra. Their work was excellent and I'd definitely use them again.

I had a hot water heater blow out on me yesterday and I panicked because today is a holiday and water was covering my basement floor. I check some reviews online and came across Calabrese Plumbing. I gave him a call and he came out and replaced it. The service I received was way beyond my expectations. George was very friendly and clean. He did not leave foot prints every where or make a mess. He was very well spoken and answered all my questions. He did not try to up sell me on anything and took great care of me. I would definitely recommend him to anyone that has a plumbing issue. He left my house cleaner then when he came. You are truly a great worker and person. He also gave me suggestions on how often to flush the heater so that it doesn't build up stuff on the inside. Thanks for the superior workman ship!!!!!!

My water lost pressure. Every time I turned on the water, the pipes made so much noise and shaking so much that I was afraid they were going to break. Luckily, George was able to fit me into his schedule. Even better, I found my water heater tank was leaking from years of not flushing it. He did that for me and even changed the valve on it from plastic to metal. I was afraid that the cost was going to break my bank but he was very reasonable. After that he checked in to make sure everything was working ok. It was a great experience . Thank you so much, George!

George and Armando corrected a flawed previous installation of a commode. I was pleased with his expertise, communication, and fair price. The two worked well as a team and completed a difficult job quickly. I highly recommend this company!
