Cristian Diaz was the service technician sent to my home. He was on time, very polite, dry knowledgeable and did a wonderful job. He explained everything fully to me, giving me all the choices and the reasons for each one. He was very respectful of all my property and left everything in perfect order when he left. I would definitely recommend your company and Cristian anyone who needed plumbing repair. The complete service wasn’t listed. He had to completely rebuild the inside of both commodes. Thank you for your prompt and efficient service.

It was a pleasurable experience working with Sydney from start to finish. He took the time to get to know me a little bit instead of just jumping right into the job and hurrying to leave. We had some common interest in his love for animals and also that he's very much a family man. After diagnosing the problem, he explained everything to me and gave me a couple of options to choose from. Once we had decided on what was the best option, he completed the work in a timely manner and to my satisfaction. It was the first time in a long time that I'd had a contractor in my home and actually thought of it as a pleasurable experience. I have been less than satisfied with some recent experiences and so was looking for a new contractor. Since I am an Air Force brat, when I saw that Home Service Doctors was veteran-owned, that was a plus for me. Because of my experience with Sydney, I will definitely be contacting Home Service Doctors for any of my future plumbing needs. Thanks Sydney and Home Service Doctors!

I was thoroughly happy with everything about the techs that showed up for my water heater that burst over the weekend. Sid, Nick and Big Mike were very knowledgeable of the entire process and kept me informed along every step of the way. Sid told me they'd have it up and running that very same day and they didn't disappoint!! I will absolutely be using these guys again. All 3 had a very friendly and professional demeanor.

The unit they replaced was extremely old and they took extra care getting it in/out of the condo. They even repaired parts of the piping that appeared damaged within the heater's closet.

One area of opportunity for the company is to ensure the call center is aware of call back/response times from the techs. I was told someone would contact me by 7:30am on Saturday morning (heater burst around 2-3am), but clearly who I was assigned to want working. Though I heard from someone first thing Monday, which was fine, I would have liked to know that though.

We had an appointment with home service doctors to snake a clogged kitchen sink drain on Friday. They ended up not being able to come at the end of the day after we waited for them all afternoon and pushed us into Saturday morning. They had snaked the exact same drain for $99 only 3 years ago which is the price they still advertise Today.
They charged us $499 to snake the exact same sink. Our technician was wonderful and he called his manager Mike however he would only give us 10% off that price. I would not use Home service doctors again or recommend them to anyone.

We have been a customer of Home Service Doctors for 2 years now. There have been a few occasions where we were not 100% satisfied with the service but every time Sidney has been our technician we have had an excellent experience. Sidney is super knowledgeable, friendly, and always provides thorough and reasonable recommendations for services that may need to be done without ever being pushy about upselling us on anything. He is always super transparent and communicates exactly what he's going to do to fix the issue. Most recently we had our annual plumbing inspection completed by Sidney. We moved forward with a couple of the recommended fixes and they were able to get us scheduled two days later.

The Home Service Doctors provide excellent, top tier service for all your plumbing needs. Our tech, Sidney, did a phenomenal job and we couldn't be any more happier with the finished work. He took the time to review the work order with us before he got started, made sure he kept us updated on the work and any new recommendations he had, and went over the repairs once he was done with his work. I just wanted to say that Sidney did an outstanding job of repairing my Blanco kitchen faucet. The faucet is no longer carried and he was able to work with the company to get the hose that was necessary to fix it. Great work at a fair price. Thanks Bill

I have been using Home Service Doctors to fix all my plumbing needs for over five years. I have always had amazing service and today was another great day. Having plumbing issues is never a happy place to be in, but I always know my home is in great hands. Eathan was very professional and quickly identified the problem and found solutions. He was very thorough regarding helping me better understand what happened and what needed to be done to not only fix the problem but work towards making sure the necessary steps are made to hopefully prevent it from happening again. Since I was working from home, he was also very respectful of my time. I will continue to call Home Service Doctors for my plumbing needs.

Four days after service was scheduled they had not ordered the parts, and the pressure tank was not available. The plumber improvised with a larger tank that did not really fit. They had not ordered the SS tee, which also was not available so they told me it had to be brass- otherwise the water would be off for a week.

The UV filter was installed with the electric ballast under the upper pipe. The upper fitting cracked in about a week, dripping water on the ballast which destroyed it (no fire). The fitting was replaced and the new one failed in one day, filling the HVAC room with water again.

The plumber had left the water leak detector on top of the water heater, disabling it, so I had no warning until the carpet outside the room soaked through! They have not offered to dry the carpet, and I will have to sue them if it molds.

Now I am told they had a defective batch of plastic fittings that are failing all over. While the third fitting is brass and stainless without on site compression to the plastic pipe, the other fitting is still plastic. They will replace the ballast on Monday (depending on how much snow we get).

BTW: They do not have emergency service after hours so I had to wait with water off until morning. They refused to honor a $50 off Christmas discount card and their $25 off discount for adding it to my contacts.

Outstanding service!!! Use Home Doctors for your plumbing needs!! Our exterior water pipe burst and we had no running water. Peter came to our house promptly and gave us an estimate. Peter was extremely knowledgeable, professional, and very kind. We’d liked him right away, and decided to go with Home Doctors over a different company we had called first. Alfie and his team actually performed the repair work on the exterior water pipe and did an excellent job!!! They were both professional, very knowledgeable, and friendly! They got the job done in just a few hours and cleaned up the walkway of all the dirt and debris. We are very pleased!!! Thank you Home Doctors for providing excellent customer service. We will definitely use this company again!

I had used Home Service Doctors for exterior painting before with good results. This time, my old kitchen sink faucet started to leak. I checked internet for plumbers. Some with 5-star ratings with 20-50 reviews did not look trustworthy. Home Service Doctors had a 4.8-star rating with over 1000 reviews. Anyway, Mr. dispatcher, Jeremy, was good at informing me of the schedule situations. Mr plumber himself, Sidney Janet, did an excellent work providing estimates & advices (I bought the wrong fuacet), going over options, and then actually replacing the 25-year old faucet system under the sink which I thought did not have enough space for any person. - 6'2"? - handled it with no problem. Price was reasonable, faucet is now leak-free, my wife is happy. I will be calling this company again when I need plumbing help. I am telling folks around me. (I am not paid for leaving this review...)

Sewer line collapsed over the weekend and they reorganized their schedule to get to our place ASAP. Had it replaced and inspected within 24 hours. Great customer service.

Updated 5/14- had them come out to replace the main water shutoff to the house. Sidney and John provided options and details for repairing, and had great communication. The completed work looks great and exceeded expectations.

For both visits communication was great, and the service was professional. Will use them again in the future

Home Service Doctors responded quickly to my inquiry. Sent polite and professional plumbers to replace original outdoor lawn faucet and internal shutoff. While here, they also replaced a dripping bathroom faucet and 2 shutoff valves. It was not inexpensive, but it was worth it! I was so impressed, I signed an annual contract with them!

I have had two leaky brass faucets that I was told by other companies could not be fixed because of their age and uniqueness. As the leaks worsened, I decided to try Home Service Doctors. Sydney was able to fix the leaks in a short time! I was absolutely elated and will continue to be a customer.

Home Services Doctors was knowledgeable and prompt in fixing issues with my main line. Sewage backed up into my home and Greg snaked and hydroblasted the main line to get water flowing out again. J.P. ran a camera through the pipe to identify problems. Greg and J.P. were both friendly, knowledgeable, and good at explaining the issue and next steps. I appreciate how they clearly distinguished between short-term and longer-term fixes and laid out my options. I highly recommend this company and their employees. Five star service!

Sidney Janet did a fantastic job installing a new garbage disposal in our kitchen. He confirmed the leak was from the old disposal, offered several options for replacement, and the completed the installation quickly. Besides being very competent at his job, he was also very pleasant!

Alfie was on time, very professional ,positive and clearly knew what he needed to do. This was the second time he's been to our home & he's the most knowledgeable plumber we've ever had. He explains what he has to do and how he will do it. He's efficient, quick and cleaned up after himself. He would make an excellent plumbing instructor &/or a public relations person for the company.
I asked for business cards and he gave me three, signed with 10% discounts offers on them. We expect to see him again because 3 of our toilets were installed in 1984 & the 4th one in 2003.
