Great customer service! I had an issue with the mowing quality at first, but they were very responsive and reached out to me right away. They quickly fixed the issue, and I really appreciate how helpful and professional they were throughout the process. Solid experience overall!

While the price for Green village was much better than my old landscaping contractor I can't say the same for the quality of their work.

Only 2 days after they put down the mulch weeds sprung up. This is because they did not actually weed my flower beds they only took a weed wacker to them and took the tops off. Additionally my flower beds already look like they don't have much mulch in them because they were very conservative with the amount of mulch they put down.

lastly they sent me an invoice even though I gave their crew a check when they were here.

I will not be using Green village again.

I’ve never left a Google review before but I was so blown away with the amazing job that William Antonio and Selvin did on our backyard. We had been struggling since we moved in dealing with the overgrown bushes and what seemed like an endless amount of leaves from previous years. Our yard now has a fresh start and we cannot wait to work with Potomac Lawn Professionals again!

The office team is incredibly responsive and helpful, and the crew they send out is consistently professional and friendly. Recently, Napoleon and Ruben handled a winter cleanup of our yard and they did an excellent job.

This is my second review for Potomac Lawn, as we’ve added additional services over the years. We started out with mowing, weed control, and fertilization, but have since added Fall leaf removal, Spring cleanups, mulch installation, and even had some new sod installed after a construction project on our home. Potomac Lawn always does great work, but what really sets them apart is their communication. You can use phone, email, text—whatever works for you—and they always get back to you in a timely and friendly way. They make it easy to receive and sign quotes for their work, they’re always on time and communicate if weather or other factors may change their schedule, and they’re just very friendly. Highly recommended!

Potomac Lawn Professionals recently completed a large patio and landscaping project for me. I had a hard deadline for completion of the project because I was hosting a school fundraising party. They worked with me on refining the patio design through the process, completed the work on time, and exceeded my expectations at every turn!

Absolutely incredible work. Flexible scheduling (got me in for a full flowerbed clean up with very little notice), and perfect lawns. Weekly mowing is fabulous and the team who did the flower bed cleanup/mulching went above and beyond. My yard looks shiny and new and perfect after one day of hard work by the crew. THANK YOU!!!!

The team at Potomac Lawn Professionals did an excellent job with a Fall cleanup. Our yard is on a hill, which makes cleaning up leaves and sticks a more difficult task, and Potomac Lawn’s help was worth every penny.

We asked Potomac to help us with new sod, mulch, and low maintenance plant installation here in Alexandria, VA. From Sales (Michael) to Project Management and Install (Luis, Napoleon, Ruben), the experience was great. All team members were very friendly, knowledgeable, and responded quickly. It was obvious that actually wanted to do the job and do it well. The came when they said they would and finished the job in 1 day with a small crew of 3. Also, really appreciated that Potomac accepts credit card payments at no additional cost, so payment was super easy.
