Each time I’ve called the technician has been on time, efficient, knowledgeable and polite! Very thankful for the professional service I’ve received.

We have exclusively used West End since 2018 for multiple homes and have always been impressed by the quality of work, friendless of staff, and responsiveness to requests. The team clearly loves what they do and it shows in their work. I will continue to use West End as my go to for all things heating and cooling!

I received a call from my renter that the AC was out on a hot Saturday morning. I called several companies, but West End was the only company who could get someone out ASAP. The AC unit is very old, and we found it difficult to find the needed part, but Jason was resourceful and persistent in his search, and prioritized my job over the weekend. We're back up and running, thanks to Jason and West End.

Jason was very responsive to come take a look at my unit to give me an estimate and his team was able to quickly get me scheduled. Everyone was polite, professional, honest and costs were fair priced. At no time did anyone try to oversell me on anything and just did the repairs and have kept me cool.

Jason and the team at West End are incredible. Installed a great system for us, accommodated my customization requests during install, and came back out when the system wasn’t quite operating at 100%. They’re going to do things the right way, not just the fast/easy/cheap way.

This wonderful company continues to be my go to for any heating and cooling needs. From the first time I used them 8 years ago to dig out my crawl space and properly install my HVAC system to replacing an aged unit at my rental house and a couple of maintenance calls in between, they have consistently provided excellent and responsive customer service at a fair rate. I don’t even call any other companies now. If you get a chance to talk to Jason, he will make sure you understand your options completely and what the process will entail. I appreciate a company that owner to office to technician interacts with customer the way they want to be treated.

Quick, honest, and always good at explaining things so you understand what’s going on with your system. They went above and beyond even installing a new hvac by redoing and cleaning up my duct work so the air flows way better!

West End Heating and Air was fantastic! I called on a Sunday about my HVAC not working and they said someone would be able to make it out between 12-4pm. I got a call around 12:30 that they were 15 minutes out. Jason was amazing! I'm a new homeowner with not a lot of knowledge in HVAC. He was kind, he showed me how to clean it out and gave me the name of a company that would have my weird dimension filter. He identified the capacitor as the issue, fixed it! Filled my refrigerant and changed my caps to brass. He's super knowledgeable and I truly appreciated his help! I was pleasantly surprised at the price as well! 5 star experience!! I called this morning to schedule an appointment. They told me first available was 3days away. One of the techs herd the call and noticed I live like 2mins away call and told me he'd might be able to fit me in since he had to pass by my residence!! The tech was Professional and educated me with expert knowledge. He fix the problem and was in and out! Best prices in town! I recommend them 10x out of 10x!! I was beyond lucky to be referred to West End Heating and Air. We have a very old unit (York 1975) that was serviced by one of their techs, Charlie. He was very thorough in checking both the outside unit as well as the one under the house, PLUS the thermostat inside. It wasn't just a service call, I got an education on the unit itself and how to preserve it. The service call was very reasonably priced. Charlie was very well educated and adept on the unit, and explained the issues we had with it in detail. I couldn't be happier.

Also, shout out to the receptionist Mandy. She was very personable and made sure to schedule us promptly.

Jason and company have a great reputation in Glen Allen. A number of households in our subdivision have used him successfully for service and installs.

He has helped me recently diagnose a troublesome heat pump issue. Good guy, good family, willingness to help, even at the last minute. i highly recommend Jason and West End Heating and Air.

Exceptional service and expertise from West End Heating and Air

I recently had the pleasure of using West End Heating and Air for a problem with my aging air handler. Me and my family were in a real bind without a working system during a heat wave. A technician was able to come out to our house, diagnose the problem and fix it promptly. They were very professional and were able to answer all my questions. Now our system is working perfectly. After multiple bad experiences with local HVAC companies, we tried West End HVAC. They have been outstanding. Great service, reasonable prices easy to communicate with etc..

The price I paid was for two visits - fall and spring. Tech got right at it, detailed what he had found, and, since he had not found any issues, he departed. Excellent service. Showed up on time and worked diligently.

The heating system annual tune up was performed well. The Tech reviewed the exam and we discussed one item that needed a simple correction. He was on time, knowledgeable, and very professional. I have been using West End Heating and Air for almost three years and have been extremely satisfied.

Our upstairs AC unit went out on Wednesday evening. I called West End Heating and Air at 8:15am Thursday morning, got scheduled for a tech to visit between noon and 4pm the same day. He arrived AT noon. Climbed into the attic and diagnosed the problem as a broken blower motor. Didn’t over promise, because he didn’t have the part available. But said he would try to find the replacement motor from a distributor before the weekend. He literally showed back up at our house 3 hours later with the blower. Installed in 20 minutes, and we had cold air pumping for our room and our 4 kids that evening.

I couldn’t recommend this company enough! I am a West End Heating and Air customer for life!!
