Mitchell installed two large panel boxes over two days. His work is incredible! Very neat and precise. This is the work of a true master. His clean up after the installation is top shelf.

Alex and Griffin were great. They did a very thorough maintenance on my 2 hvac systems and made good recommendations without being pushy. I find them to be very knowledgeable and also very professional and friendly. Highly recommend eveready!

Jacob Cruz was the technician who came out and did our quarterly inspection. Mr Cruz was extremely polite and informative on his visit. Our tech Bryan @ Eveready is awesome. He is personable and friendly and most importantly very knowledgeable about HVAC issues. We had a tricky issue with a strange thermostat that took other folks hours just to troubleshoot. He was able to diagnose and fix the issue in 30 minutes. He is also very neat and tidy, we highly recommend Bryan!

My mother purchase a brand new system with all the bells and whistles from this company with a free service yearly. We obviously have been using the furnace already but decided to get the annual service on the furnace today. Well the tech came and stated that everything was in working order and left so we left too. Got back about 2.5 hours later and realized that it was cold inside of the house soni checked the thermostat and it read cool, meaning then air conditioning was on so i switched to heat but and 1.5 later its still 67 degrees in the house. I called and spoke to several reps after hours and all they could offer is service in the morning. Now we are in Richmond on a snowing day and night with temperatures reaching 20 degrees tonight 🤔🤔. We are highly upset and not pleased at all with this outcome. I spoke to my mother and she stated that this was the 2nd time that this has happened to her account. I do not recommend this company as they obviously need to train their techs better plus they need better after hours service. I am truly debating about calling channel 12 or 6 news about this!

After dealing with issues of no constant hot water (from my boiler) since November, dealing with other plumbers, contractors and warranty companies...I found Eveready on Sunday and they had me schedule the next morning. Alex, Griffin and Jeff trouble shooted for an hour and didn't give up! They found the issue and I am happy to say we have consistent long lasting hot water.

Our AC went out just as the forecast hit the 90’s. We were able to get same day service call. The technician that arrived tried everything to get it running, but the unit wasn’t repairable. Within 24 hours we had a quote and a new unit installed within 6 days! West end heating and air technicians are prompt, extremely knowledgeable, efficient, honest and clean/neat. We’ve been happy customers for service calls and minor repairs for many years. We couldn’t be happier with the exceptional service they provided our family this week. Thankful to face these temps in a nice cool house and thankful for a trustworthy company who made it all happen.

Jason was great, accurate, and quick in my repair that I had to go through lots of hoops with other companies. I will 100% be using West End from here on out. Thank you for everything from me, my family, and my new grandchild who I know feels way better already!

West End Heating and Air is the most reliable, prompt, professional, and fair company we have worked with for our HVAC needs in RVA. If you’re looking for a company you can trust with great people look no further. We got on the schedule for a day later with no AC but Jason gave us a call and came by on a whim at 7:30pm on the hottest week of the year to make sure we had AC.

I called Westend Heating & Air today and was able to schedule an appt for the next day. To my surprise, I received a text and call from HVAC Consultant, Jason Bumgarner, advising that he could service me within the hour!! My thermostat in my home was reading 85 and my HVAC unit was manufactured in 1994!! He did an excellent job and got my A/C blowing cold air! He absolutely exceeded my expectations and was so kind the duration of his visit! I shared with him that he had serviced my A/C unit back on 6/30/2011 and did an outstanding job then too! I still have the old receipt! He made my day! Jason, thank you for your world-class service!!

They did a great job managing a big project at our commercial building. It was two separate phases of construction and the types of units they installed, and the quality of their work was excellent. Jason was also willing to go above and beyond anytime we needed anything.
