My water heater went out one morning and after taking a cold shower I began called Bell Cow Services. They responded immediately and sent a plumber that day to install a new water heater. In addition to being responsive, they were very professional and courteous. Thank YOU Bell Cow.

After years of trying different HVAC service companies, we were thrilled to finally connect with Eric, the owner of Aire Serve of Richmond West End. We live in an older home and in the past, as part of the maintenance service, other vendors have tried to pressure us into getting additional repairs and/or completely replacing our older, albeit functioning units. In contrast, it was a pleasure to learn about Air Serve’s annual and reasonably priced HVAC maintenance service model in detail and with a “no pressure” sales approach. We decided to move our maintenance service contract this year to Air Serve of Richmond West End. The quality of the service provided was exceptional and it was clear that the technician who arrived was very experienced as he methodically serviced our HVAC units with attention to detail. He was not only honest, friendly and courteous, but thanks to the excellent service, both our units are working optimally.

Subsequently, when we had an unrelated problem, Aire Reserve of Richmond West End was again quick to attend and address the issue by providing exceptional service. We are thrilled with the high quality, attentive and top notch HVAC service provided by Eric and his company and based on our experience, highly recommend them!

Eric and Demond were very professional, prompt, and communicative when our AC went out suddenly.

I'm very happy with these guys. Excellent service and communication. Eric has been great. And I highly recommend their yearly maintenance package to keep your system running.

Called Aire Serv for an emergency service call and they answered and responded promptly. Unfortunately this is where the good news ends. Almost a month later I still have not gotten my AC service restored and have been asked to get my service done by a different company. I spent good money to get service back and did not get the services I paid for. The people are very nice, but they do not stand behind their work and will be forced to take legal action against the company as they have stopped responding to me.

All I can say is thank you thank you thank you. This company is genuine and honest. They sent out the lead hvac technician Demond and he knows this work. He went through every single wire and part on my system and figured out the problem. It took him a few hours but he got my heat working. I nearly cried. Ive been in my home 14 years and Im tired of people trying to force me to purchase a new unit. I am so pleased with the service. They have people that actually know how to fix your unit without it costing you a fortune. If you want someone that's honest... hire this company. I would use them again and again over any other company here in Richmond. I can finally paint my home now that this issue is solved.
