This company came in and repaired my AC when my warrwarr company would not I have a 10 year warranty on my AC and the owner wanted to charge me $15029.10 for a blower motor that is under warranty. I called Bell Cow and they were there in 3 or 4 hr. and had me cooling in no time. 3 weeks now and blower that the other wanted to replace is still cooling my family. Thank you Ball Call and the 2 great service men that came out. 5 * for both men and your company.

Our Pest Control company found a leaking pipe under our house. I went on Angie's List and they recommended Bell Cow. I was contacted within the hour by Bell Cow and they sent Christian (plumber) out within four hours! Christian was knowledgeable, personable, and quick! Really nice guy! We hired Bellcow to do some plumbing work for us. Their employee showed up on time, was incredibly friendly and transparent, and did excellent work. He taught me a lot about my home and my plumbing system. Glad to have built a relationship with a plumber.

Words cannot express my appreciation for the Bell Cow team that installed my HVAC unit. The weather was cold and wet but they never complained. The were professional, respectful and just really nice people, the installation was “well done”. My house quickly warmed - I am so blessed that I called Bell Cow.

This was our first experience with Bell Cow Services and they're a really great company to deal with. They had my heat back in working order and was very knowledgeable about the issues. The technician also did not mind answering all my questions and double checking everything, which means the world to us. I would highly recommend this company to anyone in trouble!

Cannot say enough positive things about this company! We had HVAC/Heat issues for 7 months and had a string of incomplete work by 6 other companies. Bell Cow came in and diagnosed/fixed all the issues in one day. They went above and beyond to get us up and running. We are so thankful for their professionalism and quality of service. For my dollar, there is no one else I would call.

Home warranty company sent Bell Cow to my home to fix my shower faucet. The technician poked around, didn't seem confident about doing the job. He said that he needed a part to fix the shower. He was supposed to order the part and return to fix the shower. He collected the trade call fee and I never heard from him again. A few weeks went by, I called Bell Cow to check the status. They said the technician would call me back. He never did. I don't recommend this company.

Christian A. of Bell Cow service was wonderful. I had been working with my Home Warranty company with another contractor who completely dropped the ball. Bell Cow was contracted out to resolve the issue and I was thoroughly impressed. Christian was prompt and professional. He resolved the matter in about 30 minutes. Christian also have me suggestions to help mitigate damages should something happen in the future. Christian is definitely worth his weight in gold.

The technician showed up on time, as scheduled and was very professional. He had to order a part, it came in within 3 days and I was notified and scheduled for installation the very next day. When the repair was complete, a secondary problem came up, but the technician and his supervisor consulted together and were able to fix everything. I was very satisfied with their promptness, courtesy and explaining to me what they were doing. They also showed me the old part they had to replace. I feel they are an honest company that keeps the customer needs first. I recommend them with no hesitation.

Working on getting everything scheduled was a little hectic, especially with having the home warranty getting involved. I have a very busy work schedule and was struggling to find time for a tech to come and diagnose the issue but they managed to make it all work. Only issue I had was finding out I had to pay 1300 dollars after waiting 2 weeks for the part to come in, but the supervisor Ralph I believe came and talked to me about other options and we decided to just get a new system. The supervisor and the technicians were very courteous and knowledgeable. Thank you guys for managing to work with me and get everything done quickly during the summer

Bell Cow had a very quick turnaround from when the system was troubleshot then installed. Upon removal of the old unit there was some damage to the interior of the house but shortly after they sent their carpenter to the house and fixed it up better than new and even repainted the wall as well!! It was also nice knowing they set up the city inspectors to check the work which of course passed without any issues!

Good experience with Bell Cow out of Fayetteville NC with a water heater install. If you need any plumbing work done, ask for Mr. George Stump with Bell Cow. He came out and gave estimates on a couple different options of water heaters I inquired about. Mr George was very professional, honest, courteous, respectful, friendly and had a great work ethic. He was extremely knowledgeable about each option and detail. He knew exactly what it took to professionally install each kind. He was punctual and came at the time we agreed to. Mr George worked around our busy work schedules. He came back today to install our water heater. He was again on time and ready to work. All I can say is that he knows his plumbing equipment and his experience shows it. His tools were very neat and orderly and he brought everything he needed for the job. He was very professional with the install and was very careful with my new hybrid water heater. He piped in the water lines and hooked everything up like a work of art. His attention to detail was very impressive to watch. Everything was extremely neat and straight when the install was completed. He took time to answer any questions I had. He showed me the controls and explained the functions of each mode. At the end, he cleaned up the job site better than he found it. Mr George is a A+ professional plumber and his experience shows. If Bell Cow's other workers are anything like Mr. George's work ethics, then you'll have a great experience. I felt like the price was fair for the install work on my hybrid unit.

Aaron was completely honest with me as we reviewed my issue and discussed the different remedies. I had an elevated water bill indicative of a main line water leak. We then scheduled the replacement of the faulty lines. He showed up on time and kept me fully informed of all stages of the job. I had 2 leaks in the main line. Not only was he professional, courteous, efficient, knowledgeable and friendly.. but he also threw in the parts and repair of a leaking toilet that was contributing to my problem. He used top quality parts and even extended the connection of my water hose to a more comfortable position for me. His helper was on the same level of top quality service as Aaron. I would highly recommend Bell Cow Services and if you require a experienced plumber.. ask for Aaron.

I used Bell Cow through my home warranty company to replace an evaporation coil. There were some challenges along the way, nothing abnormal dealing with a home warranty claim, but Bell Cow stayed on top of the process. The install was clean and the people were great, both office staff and technicians.

For this reason, it was only natural for me to call them when an urgent issue came up. Again, they came through, working to fit me into a busy schedule and resolve the problem on the first visit.

Bell Cow visibly values their customers, something that many claim, but few take the extra step to demonstrate.

We had Bell Cow repair our Air Conditioning (under and home warranty). Maurice was our technician and we thought he was great. He communicated professionally throughout the repair so we were aware of what was happening and what repairs were being done. He was polite and courteous and the repair was done quickly. We felt he was honest with us about what needed to be done.

Worked with Bell Cow through home warranty during the summer when our A/C was on the fritz. Original HVAC company contracted didn't show up and then wouldn't answer when we tried to reschedule. Got Bell Cow to replace them and got quick, courteous service. Signed up for a maintenance contract with the original technician and just finished the heating side of the contract today. Brad came out promptly and did a thorough and skillful job of system maintenance. Definitely was knowledge and courteous. We will definitely renew our service contract come cooling season.

So pleased with this company! We were super stressed because our ac stopped working again this summer... this time our home warranty company assigned us to Bell Cow! We are so thankful they did too! We finally feel like we had a real company with a qualified technician who actually fixed the issue.

Sarah who handles the scheduling was so kind, professional and extremely courteous not to mention very sympathetic of us not having ac during the extremely hot weather.

Our technician was Kevin. He was also extremely professional, courteous, called when he is on the way and diagnosed the issue immediately!

I had the best experience will Bell Cow plumbing! After calling around for an emergency repair, Bell Cow was able to send someone out the same day while other companies were estimating 5-7 days before someone could come out. The repair was made quickly and done right the first time! I can't say enough good things about my experience using them!

Bell Cow cut a new crawl space access through the brick wall of my home. They did an excellent job, even saving some whole bricks for me to keep on hand if needed. The job is excellent and they cleaned up everything afterwards. While paint was drying they were even able to remove a stubborn shower head for replacement. Very respectful, knowledgeable, and capable.

This review is for the construction/carpentry group. This Week Bernie Van Order and his group (Ronny and Caleb) got my house prepped for gutters. They were professional, courteous and prompt. The areas that had damage were repaired and painted. They looked fantastic. Very pleased with the job. Highly recommend them.

Bell Cow was dispatched to my home through my warranty service. My A/C was shot and needed to be replaced. From day one Bell Cow was awesome to have doing my repairs. I considered doing a Cash-In-Lieu of repair and had multiple questions. Ms Tabitha went above and beyond in answering any question I had in detail. My scheduling and handling of payment for items not covered by the warranty was handled expertly through Ms. Dakota. Unfortunately I do not have the names of all the technicians that performed the actual work, but each and everyone of them where awesome at each of their skills. I was lucky enough to have the Employee of month handling the sheet metal fabrication, and he was superb at his skills. BELL COW comes with my highest of recommendation!!!
