Chris from Bell Cow HVAC was awesome. The repair that he had to perform on my outdoor AC unit was in a very difficult spot and he took the time to ensure that it was done properly. My AC is back on and working better than before. THANK YOU, CHRIS!

House to service her AC and he came with a smile . He did an awesome job on determining the problem in a very short amount of time. His said his goal wa to make sure my 85 year old mother had some cool air. Thank you Maurice! His customer service is exemplary and Bell Cow should be ecstatic to have such a wonderful man representing its company. In the future if I am need I will ask for Maurice.. he came with smile and left with a smile!

I have used this company now for about 2 years and the service each time have been stella. The entire team has been wonderful to work with especially Dina and Dawson. They both have gone beyond the normal service that you receive from a company. Dina, makes her clients feel like her family member. And I have told everyone I know about Bell Cow Services. This is a lifetime relationship for my HVAC services. ( 2 HVAC units has been replaced by them)

I have an annual maintenance contract with Bell Cow. They called me to schedule, made an appointment at my convenience, called to confirm technician’s arrival, and showed up on time. Technician Mike was knowledgeable and professional. Great experience!

I am dissatisfied with the quality of service. The first tech to come out to my house said the heat pump was bad. I told him to get it and fix my heater.
The second tech came out and said I had multiple problems with my heater.
He listed all the problems. Why did the first tech not find these problems and order the parts needed? After thinking my heater would be fixed, I find out that it is going to cost me $1170 to get the heater fixed. I am understandably upset with the service.

This company was sent to diagnose an HVAC problem by our home warranty company. I was encouraged by their good ratings online. However, they did not solve the underlying problem after two visits and the manager failed to follow through on his promise to diagnose the issue personally.

Bell Cow did a fantastic job diagnosing and repairing my HVAC unit. They were timely and thorough with their assessment. They completed the repair of my system and offered advise to get the most out of my unit. I would recommend Bell Cow for your HVAC needs!

This is the first time I used BELL COW and the person that come out to our house RICK , was so Professional, Polite, gave us info about the problem and why it happened. Took shoes off at the door. Really nice person, He worked hard and fast to get the problem fixed. Advised me what may happen next and what we may need to do. I have had some really bad service people come to my house last year. I thought maybe you cant find a good company anymore. But I was wrong. I would Refer BELL COW to everyone. VERY HAPPY WITH THEIR SERVICE. THANK YOU FOR BEING HERE FOR US IN A TIME OF DISASTER.

I have a home warranty through AHS. My heat went out in my house. The first time Bell Cow came out they tried to fix it. Good ole Buh-Buh knew what he was doing. He knew his job and knew it well. He was very friendly and professional. He saw that my heating system couldn’t be fixed and recommended replacement. In a short time Buh-Buh was back with his helper. They replaced my heating system just in time before the recent big chill. Bell Cow has earned my trust and my business.

Bell Cow has been to my house 4 times. First visit was to see what was wrong. Tech was professional, knowledgeable, and explained everything clearly. Second visit, received no call saying tech was on the way and tech had wrong parts (could have been warranty company's problem). Third visit, tech discharged freon in crawl space and didn't bother to warn my wife before, during, and after (in fact lied saying he hadn't. When confronted with the fact that my wife heard the gushing sound (lasted around a minute), the house filled with fumes AND it caused her to have an asthma attack he stated that maybe a little escaped when he hooked up his tools). Further, my wife and I separately asked if the new air handler was moved and flipped as first tech said was required. Tech confirmed both times that it had been. That evening I crawled to the unit to find they left the light on AND that the unit was only moved a foot and not flipped! Fourth visit, unit installed satisfactory and without fumes filling house. Light in crawl space was left on again.

Eric arrived on time and got straight to work. The issue was taken care of quickly and he cleaned up after himself. He was also able to check something that turned out to be a small electrical issue, but it was incredibly helpful to us. We will definitely be calling Bell Cow in the future.

We have just had one of the best service calls to our home by an HVAC person in a very long time. Chris, the technician from Bell Cow was nothing short of phenomenal. Obviously, he was a master at his craft and has “sealed the deal” for not only making Bell Cow our new HVAC service provider, but Chris in particular (and most importantly in our book) our new HVAC technician! He made the entire HVAC repair visit pleasant from the first interaction with the introduction at the door to leaving our home after the call and being attentive and respectful of our home by ensuring cleanup was done after the repair. Of course, those things are just the cherry on top. Of most importance is Chris’ technical expertise. He came in, quickly identified the issue with our system, made the repairs, and took the time and effort to give helpful hints to keep our system running smoothly. On top of all this, Chris was just a genuinely nice guy to boot! This is our first experience with Bell Cow and because of Chris’ stellar representation of the company we will definitely be calling on them for any HVAC service that we need and have also decided to try the other services that they offer based on our experience with Chris. Chris has set an awfully high bar for the other Bell Cow technicians to hurdle but we are willing to give plumbing and electrical a try as well. I should also add that the administrative staff was also quite accommodating. Great job individually and as a team overall! Thanks, Bell Cow!

Just had them out to check up on the unit and see if any maintenance was needed. Dawson was the tech that came out and he was nothing but wonderful. So personable, professional, and knowledgeable. He told us exactly what was needed and didn't try to see us unneeded items. We will for sure use Bell Cow and will ask for Dawson!

On time, quickly got to work and finished installing HVAC. Took off a door and molding to fit unit in the house,however would not put it back on without an additional $650 paid. We complained about it to Bell Cow. They never got back with us. Other than that it was good.

I used BellCow for plumbing, installation of bathroom vanities and new sinks, replacement of an exterior door, drywall repair and preparation. They have been great to work with and coordinate services across skills. They are the least expensive, but they are reliable and provide very good quality and customer service.

I have a home warranty through First American Home Warranty (FAHW) who sent Bell Cow out to diagnose my AC that was not cooling due to leaking freon. The technician went straight to the evaporator, removed the panel and said yeah it is your evaporator, you can see it. I asked if you was going to look at the condenser and he told me no, the warranty company will not touch that. Only after I explained that I would be documenting everything that transpired, the he changed his tune, and said the only way to really know if it was leaking was to do a nitrogen test and he would have to send someone else out. Then when it came time for the repair the Bell Cow tried to hit me up with bogu modification charges and non-required items and claim it was to meet code. Everyone needs to know when replacing a unit you don't need to meet current code, only code at time of original install. Your county inspectors office can confirm this. All the home warranty contractors try to pull the same stunt to pad there bottom line. One contractor tried to charge me $1,400 for modifications, and by the time I was done with them I ended up paying nothing. Be warned the home warranty companies do not police there contractors or hold them accountable if you express concern. Your contractor will sound very convincing but you are being fooled. If you have no choice and need to get your house cooling again, take them to small claims court to recover your money. Let's put an end to this corrupt practice.

I was impressed with the service I received from Bell Cow. The telephone scheduler was very knowledgeable and gave advice about some questions that I had. The tech that she scheduled, Matthew, arrived at the agreed upon time and even called first to let me know he was 10 minutes before arriving at my house. I found that Matthew was genuinely interested in helping me get to the bottom of my problem, which isn't one of the regular requests that HVAC folks get. (There was a terrible smell coming from the bathroom vent when the heat or air turned on. I just recently, within a month, bought the house, so, I had no history of how it had been cared for prior to me.) Matthew thoroughly checked the unit outside and then went into the crawlspace, he also checked out the bathroom area where the vent was. He gave me advice on what to do and recommendations on what to do if it continues. I believe Bell Cow is a great company to call with any HAVC problem because of the service I received from Matthew and the person who scheduled him. If I could sum up Bell Cow Service with one word it would be, "genuine".

The guy who installed my water heater was very courteous and explained everything in great detail and seemed genuinely concerned about making sure I knew everything I needed to know. He asked several times if I had any questions and wasn't just rushing to get the job done. Didn't leave a mess and was respectful of the property.

Service-Technician, Brad with Bell Cow is super knowledgeable in the plumbing/natural gas field. After service hours, he went above and beyond to resolve a hot water heater problem. He solved in no time, what the local gas company of Fayetteville,NC refused to touch. (Incidentally, the issue was caused by the local gas company) Awesome service Bell Cow!!

Not long after moving into our home one of our ac units broke and bell cow was the contractor who came out to replace it. It was October time frame and all seemed to work. Come summer time this brand new unit cannot keep up at all. Bell cow came out twice more and said the “adjusted the fan” and that should
Do it.
Spoiler alert: that didn’t do it.

After some back and forth with the warranty company another company was sent out and they found gaps above and below the coil so we had both warm and cool air just flowing into our attic space where BC just simply didn’t install the thing correctly. These weren’t small gaps. Anyone should have been able to spot this problem.

Installed a furnace that barely worked until another contractor came out and repaired it. They also noted multiple installation errors and code violations that Bell Cow refused to correct. Poor workmanship, poor communication, and no honor. Even after complaining to DPOR and showing that they cancelled their permit before the work was done and never had their work inspected they still aren't willing to fix their incorrect installation.
