They were extremely professional in every move they made and the most knowledgeable about every question. I asked of them . Cleared up every piece of debris after a perfect installation I can’t say enough about these wonderful young folks . I hope you pay them well they deserve every you do for this team . We are very pleased with the maintenance and repairs we have received from Midlothian Mechanical. The techs are friendly, cheerful and easy going and every one of them are very experienced and knowledgeable. Luckily we have not needed any major repairs in the past few years but they have fixed a number if things to keep us running. Great peace of mind in any season!

The install of my new HVAC system last week (during an East Coast Heatwave) went off beautifully. The installers, Rebecca & Chase were so polite, professional and knowledgeable. Not only did they have to deal with the heat, they had to listen to 2 dogs on non stop bark-a-thon and they never said a word. My new system is working GREAT and I couldn’t be happier! Also, wanted to mention Alex, who came to work the estimate. Alex was also super nice and provided great information and answered all of my questions on the spot! John is our latest Midlothian Mechanical hero. By his persistence and ingenuity her revived our AC compressor dated 11/2001 for a while longer. This company is the best, They recently installed a HVAC unit for us promptly, and effectively at a reasonable price. Ashton has been our regular mechanic and he always keeps us informed about his work.

Jeremiah and John did a great job of installing a new Heat Pump system. They were very efficient, informative and professional. They were also personable and courteous. They cleaned up after themselves, even cleaning the floors upon completion where they had to come in and out several times. I have used Midlo Mech for several years and think they have great service, especially their maintenance contract!

Gary got me set up with a very good and affordable system that is WAY better than my old heat pump. I've already noticed my power bill being lower!
There was a slight hiccup with the wiring after installation, but the owner Kevin got things all fixed right away, which I appreciated immensely!

Bryan, Hunter and Michael couldn’t have been nicer or more thorough in seeing that everything was in proper working order and any questions we had were answered. I highly recommend the team at Midlothian Mechanical.

The crew that installed our unit was wonderful. They were polite and didn't mind the animals. The job was little more difficult than thought but they worked through it all (old house nothing wanted to line up correctly). Even after a long day they cleaned everything up and the unit works great. They were friendly and I am glad we chose Midlothian Mechanical.

Chase and Blake came out today and installed my new hvac and furnace and even leveled out the pad and area for me. Alex responded quickly to give me estimates and explain the process and follow up. We hired Midlo Mechanical for repairs and an installation, and their service, quality, and value were exceptional. We tried several other AC companies previously and felt unsatisfied by their results or price. With our install, their sales rep Alex was extremely responsive, answering all our questions promptly and accommodating all our needs, which was especially appreciated given that we had a newborn in our home. The install team was professional and efficient, working in tight quarters without issue and providing us with all the info about our new system. Couldn't be happier with our experience or our new heat pump!
