Great communicators Showed up on time. The team was neat and quiet. The installation was done in a day without any scuffs or scratches to walls or woodwork. I liked that this is a family owned business. Owner, Carlos came on site to oversee installation.
Son, Jayson was my contact and always available. I highly recommend Freezone Heating and Cooling.

Scheduled a next day diagnostic and Johnathan came right on time. He quickly figured out the issue and gave us a quote to repair the contactor on the outside AC unit. The price was a little on the high side to repair ($449) and warranty for a year but I suppose you're paying for the expertise. He quickly replaced it for us fixing our issue within 30 minutes. Very polite and professional.

Jason was so pleasant & thoughtful, & his work was meticulous. He explained everything he was doing as he did it, which helped me get a better understanding of the AC system in my new house. He put on shoe covers literally every time he came into the house. 10/10

Johnathan explained more than any other hvac company had prior to meeting with him, and going with Freezone for our new ductwork was an easy decision. He thoroughly explained what the unit does & we got the work done two days later. The technicians were all on time and also super nice. We will be using freezone from now on!

I highly recommend going with Jason Freezone! In the fall I had central air installed in an extremely old home. The crew was very professional, communicative and efficient! They did such a great job with the duct work. Very neat work! Months later I’m still very impressed and satisfied with the work! I highly recommend!

I woke up to find that my furnace was not heating. I left a voicemail with Freezone and did a non emergency request on the website and received a call back within 30 minutes. They sent a tech (Chris) out a few hours later. He was EXTREMELY kind, professional, and knowledgeable. I asked if he had any issues with me watching him work as I like to attempt to diagnose issues before calling for help. He welcome me to watch, answered all my questions and gave me additional information about my system (oh and fixed the furnace). The cost of service was extremely fair! I highly recommend this company!

Freezone was great to work with! I submitted a non emergency service request at 11pm and received a call by 9:15 the next morning to confirm my appointment for that afternoon. My tech (Chris) had a cancellation in the morning and was able to arrive by 10:30. Within 15 minutes he had diagnosed and replaced the faulty capacitor. So my A/C was back up and running within 12 hours of submitting a service request. Additionally, the pricing was very fair and all of my interactions with the company were very professional. Overall, I am very pleased with Freezone’s promptness, competitive pricing, and professionalism. I would definitely recommend them.

The service was excellent and the technician explained everything in an easy to understand manner. The only reason for not giving a 5 star rating is the price. There is a diagnostic fee and it was identified that a capacitor is the issue. The additional fee charged was 5 times the approximate cost of the capacitor which seamed a bit excessive.

My tech Jonathan was early arriving and meticulous about the work when leaving. He was personable and knowledgeable. Jonathan gave me a few simple but valuable tips to avoid having the same issue come up again. I learned how my heat pump is supposed as opposed to how it has been working. Jonathan ID a good tech to have on your assignment.

I had a very old, large heat pump in a very small attic space, another company quoted me almost double Freezone’s quote and wanted me to remove the old air handler myself, and rip through my homes brick exterior & build a closet in another location to reroute the duct work and place the new air handler in a different area, which would have also required me to hire a contractor. I got Jason’s number from a friend and him and his team were able to remove the old air handler and place the new one in the existing space, saving me thousands. Jason was super nice & professional and his team even cleaned up after they left. They were able to install the new unit in one day, that same weekend. I can’t say enough good things about Jason and his team, I will recommend him to anyone and everyone I know. Freezone is definitely a company you can put your trust in. Thank you Jason!!

Freezone was super helpful and very quick to come out and look at our AC. Christopher was great and explained the issue and fixed it fast. He even cleaned/sprayed the outside unit while he was here. They felt very trustworthy and the pricing seemed fair.

Had a wonderful experience with Freezone, specifically Chris. Our AC went out unexpectedly and I am so thankful at how quickly Chris responded to come out for a quote and have his team install a new AC & furnace. He was so nice, down to earth, and truly just wanted to help. As a woman, many of these HVAC companies make assumptions about our knowledge, but Chris treated me with respect and did not try to sell me on something I did not need. He answered all of my questions thoroughly and in a timely manner.

Their quote was the most competitive we received and they even offered a discount for paying in cash which I greatly appreciated. We have had the new AC system for about 2 months and everything is working great. Can't say enough great things about Freezone and Chris - thank you so much!

Chris was so friendly kind and helpful. He checked out the problem first to see if he could fix it even though I called them to get a quote for a new unit. After the problem couldn’t be resolved, we then got to the great quote and finance option. Though we went another direction for the install, this is the kind of service I will always remember and refer others to.
