I had a wonderful experience with Tony and his crew at Iron Bridge Heating & Air Conditioning. I put out a request for proposal to 4 service providers concerning the replacement of a two zone HVAC system at a property I purchased in early 2012. Tony was the only one who took the time to actually run the numbers (on his iPad) and incorporate all variables including existing vent placement, existing return placement, existing duct energy efficiency rating, duct run distance, and living space square footage. Tony is very knowledgeable and quickly built rapport with me due to his knowledge of current HVAC products, trends, and practices. Tony and his crew quickly and cleanly installed a new two-zone York system that has exceeded my expectations. Based upon Tony’s calculations, my house now maintains a constant temperature and my energy savings is noteworthy as well. Based upon Tony’s recommendations, the electrical bill for my 2,000 square foot, 2-zone house is lower than my previous 1,500 square foot, 1-zone house. I believe Tony is a person of honesty and integrity and would highly recommend him to anyone looking for a trustworthy local HVAC professional.

Can't thank IB H&AC enough. We were freezing, as our system slowly stopped outputting heat. Called on a Sunday and someone almost immediately returned my call. System was serviced the following day. These guys are the "real deal".

I have had Iron Bridge complete some ductwork after I had to fire another (well known) HVAC contractor, as well as repair my outdoor unit once. Both times Iron Bridge has been a pleasure to work with, and they have done good work both times.

They were able to complete ductwork from the HVAC contractor that I had to fire in around a half of a day, and seemed to have done a good job with that. I am much more comfortable on my first floor (which is the reason I had the first HVAC contractor start to redo the ductwork). After not having heat downstairs for five days, I was ecstatic to have heat downstairs after half a day.

Later, the outdoor unit needed a new defrost sensor. I have had several HVAC companies out here in the past (my first floor heat pump apparently likes to break a lot), and judging from what other companies wanted for heat/ac work, Iron Bridge was fair on the price and were able to get the outdoor unit working correctly again in less than an hour.

I would definitely recommend Iron Bridge for any heating and AC maintenance/repair work you need done.

Central air fan went out in the 100 degree weather. My wife called and a tech came out same day and got it fixed the same day. Same unit went out again a few days later (seemingly for a different issue). Same tech came out while I was home and found a few that had blown. Got it going for free since they were recently here! Nice and professional. Really knew his craft!

A+ in my experience! I feel as though I can trust each one. They are all friendly and knowledgeable. Great at explaining the situation. Reasonable prices.( hope they don’t raise them any time soon.)

Iron Bridge Heating & Air has been servicing Riverside Brick & Supply for many years. We had an unscheduled service call this morning and John was here sooner than we were expecting someone and he resolved our a/c issue very quickly. THANKS TO TONY AND JOHN!!!! TGIF!!!

The technician took extra time to explain what was needed and what was done to repair our unit. This included phone photos and videos. We felt that our unit was fixed, and we were cared for. We will use this company in the future.

These folks are a rare breed. They are honest, prompt, and reasonably priced. That is rare these days with HVAC companies. Technician John has always diagnosed our issues correctly the first time and has never had to come back out to refix an issue.

I have utilized Iron Bridge Heating and Air Conditioning on multiple occasions and have even enrolled in their maintenance program. Their customer service is always excellent and they are prompt in responding to my calls for assistance.

my air conditioner went out on one of the hottest days we have had and a weekend. i called so many places and iron bridge responded AND came to fix the unit. the gentleman was very professional and kind. thank you!!!

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!! Lied about what was wrong with my unit and tried to get over 200$ from me for something that was not an issue. Was at my house for 5 minutes, Mis-diagnosed my ac unit. Told me a part was bad when it wasn't, and then wanted to charge me more for another diagnosis. Spoke to the owner who was very rude and spoke down to me. No customer service at all. I could not be more disappointed.

You know when you need help. When it's the hottest day or coldest. This is my go to company when it comes to getting me back up and running with my a/c or heat. Always excellent service, courteous, and prompt to get you back up and running. In have had to use regular and after hour service and the team ant Ironbridge heating & air always comes through. Highly recommended.

First time customer. Had a issue with my HVAC unit. Called around 9AM to set up a service call. The field technician (Devin) came at 12:15PM the same day. He even gave me a 45 min advanced call to let me know his arrival time so I could meet him. Extremely knowledgeable and professional. I have been a customer of Iron Bridge Heating & Air Conditioning for almost 20 years now. They are consistently responsive, on time, knowledgeable, and fair in their pricing. Over those two decades, Iron Bridge has replaced/ repaired/ maintained: a gas-fired boiler at my 60's era rancher, a roof-mounted heat pump at a condo, two heat pumps at a SFH, and a heat pump at yet another condo. Wherever I live in metro Richmond, Iron Bridge Heating & Air Conditioning will ALWAYS be my go-to HVAC contractor. I started using Iron Bridge Heating and Air last summer. Both times that I've called them, they have come out the same day, they quickly evaluated the issues and fixed them THE FIRST TIME! Very reasonably priced, even the lady who takes calls and makes appointments is amazingly nice. Love them and would highly recommend.

I called for service, made an appointment. They came out on 3-22 for my HVAC for a tune up. It had been a couple of years since my last tune up. John was very helpful. He was professional and efficient. Process took a little over an hour. Great service!
