My son and I were hit in the parking lot of Trader Joe’s by a Bradley mechanical van. The camera on the work van recorded what happened. I called the manager about the police report and he offered a free service. It took months for them to come to my house and repair the leak in my bathroom after the incident. Only for them to damage a pipe and cause more damage to our home. Only to get a delinquent bill in the mail, when the service was suppose to be free. I will never use them to fix pipes or repair homes. Don’t work with them and save yourself the trouble and money.

Technician was extremely patient and knowledgeable quoting insulation. You can tell Q truly cares about the customer. I feel like I have great information to make an informed decision on insulation and a moisture barrier.

This was a great experience. The Technician was professional, serviced our generator, pointed out some issues from previous service from another company and explained how Bradley Mechanical would work to mitigate the errors and get our system in top notch condition. He also explained how the alerts worked on the unit so we would have a better understanding of maintenance protocols. We are grateful we found them.

We had a great experience working with the Bradley Mechanical team. We needed a custom run of duct work for our range exhaust, team was able to quickly get us scheduled, work was performed professionally and communication was great. Highly recommend.

The first time we used Bradley Mechicanial we were impressed. They worked hard, offered good suggestions and left no mess.
We called them out for a leak. Although the gentleman worked hard the whole leak was not completely fixed. 2 days later we called them back out to fix the issue. The gentleman spoke with their supervisor as to how to fix the issue. They had to do three times works. They worked from 9am to 3pm. They fixed the leak properly.

Another great job by Bradley Mechanical! I (very) recently realized that my natural gas lines had NEVER been serviced or inspected in the past. I called BM first thing Friday morning to schedule a gas line inspection and they came out that day, within 2 hours of my call. This wasn't an emergency call either, just a scheduling request and boy, they did a great job! They were fast, fair, honest and very helpful from the initial scheduling call to the service technician. This was my 2nd call to them and again, they did not disappoint. Thank you to Bradley Mechanical for all that you do!

Due to concerns about microbial growth in the crawlspace area under my home I contacted Bradley Mechanical. Marquel came by, did a thorough examination, and explained why he recommended multiple items be addressed. He sent a breakdown on the cost for each item noted later on the same day. I enjoyed meeting Marquel, and I appreciated the amount of time he spent under my house taking pictures and then explaining how his company would fix each issue.

Jacob and Dillon did a great job. They were persistent to locate the electrical problem (which wasn't easy) and made the repairs in a timely manner. During the entire time, they were professional and courteous and explained things to us during the process. We are very happy with the services they provided.

I have to give a big thank you to everyone at Bradley Mechanical for all their hard work and dedication to fixing our tankless water heater. Due to the frigid temperatures and loss of power on December 14, 2025, the water line froze to our tankless unit. Dylan worked tirelessly in the frigid conditions on Monday, December 15, to fix the problem. And new part needed to be ordered, so it was overnight d to them. Dylan installed it but there was still a problem. When another crew came on Friday to fix it, we once again lost power while they were working. Consequently, they weren’t able to check to make sure it was working. Again, Dylan came out Friday night and found the problem. After 6 days, we have hot water!!

Everyone at Bradley was helpful and sympathetic to our issue and did their earnest to help us. We are very grateful to them, the office staff and the plumbers, who devoted many hours to our repair. True to their slogan, “They got us outta the fix we were in!!”

The office staff and technicians were great! Laura was excellent to work with, however, the pricing is outrageous! Our referigerator died two days before Thanksgiving, we went to Lowes that could deliver a bundle package, referigerator, dishwasher, microwave, and gas range, Lowes could only connect the referigerator at delivery next day!!! Bradley Mechanical sent one technician out to hook up appliances to existing connections. He said to hook up dishwasher, and stove would be $930, but couldnt connect and hang microwave. Bradley graciously sent another two technicians out to hang microwave. These technicians said they needed to replace two breakers in order to do this job, that cost was $800! Had this not been the day before Thanksgiving I would NEVER have agreed for such an astronomical price!!! I am grateful to the technicians who worked so tirelessly to get the work done, but to hook up three appliances to existing connections for well over $1000 is highway robbery!

We have been with Bradley since 2016 and have largely been satisfied with the service provided and the systems installed over the year. Our last two maintenance plan visits were not good.

Our technician arrived on time, and was friendly. After being at the house for 4.5 hours (which seems shorter than previous visits) he left, and informed my wife by phone that one of the thermostats that serves our kids bedrooms was now not working, and that our units heating their rooms would now not work until someone else came out and replaced the thermostat. Sounds like our maintenance visit that we pay for broke a system that was working. Not acceptable. My wife conveyed that to him, and also called the office to insist that this issue needed to be resolved immediately. Someone came after a few hours and resolved.

This also happened in July, where the thermostat to our bedroom (in the summer) was taken off line by the technician and not working. We again had to call the office and insist someone come out to return our system to service as it was before the visit. Someone came back and was clearly not pleased with the previous technician. Fixed the issue.

I don’t understand why technicians performing maintenance leave the system in worse shape than it was before their arrival. I also don’t understand why they would view that as acceptable and leave. It calls into question the value of the maintenance agreement. While we were able to get these resolved by escalating to the office, this is not something we should be having to do. Fortunately my wife caught these issues quickly and made time to call the office.

Simply fabulous! I have been three weeks without hot water due to another company who shall not be named. Bradley Mechanical came in and fixed it the same day. Also Mike, the technician who came out, was very nice and personable. Highly recommend Bradley Mechanical to every single person.

My experience with Bradley Mechanical was great! Sunday morning after Thanksgiving, between doing laundry and carpet shampooing my water trickled to a stop. I decided to try Bradley Mechanical for the first time. Matt answered his phone while en route to another after-hours call. He took my information and said he would contact me upon completing the current job. Within 3.5 hours, Matt had arrived, diagnosed the problem and made a temporary repair until the needed part could be acquired. Matt was outstanding - professional, personable, knowledgeable and very easy to talk to. Finally, a pleasant experience with hiring a plumber! Great job, Bradley Mechanical!

We can't say enough great things about Bradley Mechanical. They installed our system 10 years ago and have had very few issues. We noticed the heat not working around 4pm yesterday so we called. Emily, who was so pleasant and helpful, got us an appointment for the next morning. Andrew arrived by 8am today and worked to figure out the issue and get us back online. You select companies to do work hoping they are competent, stand by their product and have good customer service. We definitely made the right decision 10 years ago when we called Brad Bradley!

We needed a gas line capped because we moved to an induction cooktop. They were able to come out within a couple of days and the technicians that try sent were awesome. They explained everything and had the job done quickly. Super friendly and professional. I would 100% use them again.

Got an HVAC system installed in my garage from this company 6 months ago. Price was cheaper than their competitor. They let me know that the HVAC Unit on the wall of my garage and outside of the garage would consume about $50.00 of electricity if I use this every month. That turned out to be true. I only saw an increase of $50.00 the past six months.

The Lennox HVAC for my garage is powered by the Samsung Smart things app and I can fully control it from my phone and have a schedule. Had a 0% interest payment plan and always had good service with this company

I received a call from the office the day before the installation to confirm That I still wanted the installation, was given a time of 8 to10 am arrival and the electrician and HVAC crew were here around 8:30. I must say that Julio doesn’t miss a beat!
The project was completed that day and to me that's what is called a turnkey job. I took a photo from my drone at my driveway and sure looked busy.

I had a great experience with Air Energy Solutions. From the beginning, Matt was very respectful and did an excellent job coordinating a quick visit to address my AC issue. It was clear right away that the company operates with a high level of professionalism.
