We had an emergency that involved a loss of all power when a new dryer was installed and the installers had no idea what to do. Bradley had two wonderful electricians here within two hours. They diagnosed and repaired the problem along with another issue we weren't even aware of. We were so impressed we purchased a "Membership" for future Bradley services!

This was a service call for my HVAC system. Ryan came out to assess the problem. He was professional, polite and took the time to explain the problem.

Let me start this review by saying that I am very happy with the Mitsubishi system that Bradley installed on my second floor, and I also do not have a problem with either Brandon (the service manager) or Jason (the person who came out to come up with a plan to make my home more comfortable).

The Mitsubishi system that Bradley installed has greatly improved my comfort on the second floor, as well as my energy efficiency on the first floor (I am able to turn down the heat/AC on the first floor in order to save energy at night)

My problem with Bradley is primarily with the install team that was sent to my home.

Towards the beginning of the job(I believe it was the first day), one of the installers ended up breaking his foot while installing the Mitsubishi system upstairs (it required running lines and whatnot to an exterior unit next to my preexisting system). While I do understand that this is unfortunate, it caused Bradley to cancel the install on me four times.

Bradley also tried to leave both of my systems (upstairs and downstairs) disabled one day (even though it was stated in the contract that they would not do this). Fortunately, Jason caught this before closing time and sent the crew back over, but I was annoyed that they tried to leave me without any heat in the middle of January.

Bradley was also supposed to redo my ductwork for my preexisting (Carrier, central AC/heat) system because the first floor had a lot of issues with several areas being too cold. Unfortunately, because of the cancellations, I was left without heat downstairs for around 5 days. They were supposed to finish up on a Thursday, and because of the cancellations, I unfortunately had to fire Bradley on the Tuesday after that, because they had cancelled on me again. I decided to unfortunately get a different company to finish up the ductwork downstairs, since the downstairs was basically too cold to live in, and they had cancelled four times at that point.

Later, I had found out that they had incorrectly installed the Mitsubishi (crossed the wires on the exterior unit), so I had to call them back out to fix the upstairs system. I also had Bradley install thermostats for the upstairs systems, which for one of them, they ran through the hole where the filter goes, breaking the filter. Brandon was fast and efficient in fixing both of these (they got me some new filters and rerouted the thermostat wire so that it wouldn't break the filter again, and fixed the wiring outdoors), but of course, I was a bit annoyed that it wasn't installed correctly to begin with.

A few weeks later, when the county safety inspector came out to inspect the work that Bradley did, it turned out that the upstairs units failed safety inspection for not having a sensor to shut off in case they overflow, and for not installing the exterior unit correctly, among other reasons. So unfortunately, I will have to have Bradley come out again and fix these issues, and have the county come back out again to reinspect. The gong show that is this install continues.

To sum up, I am very happy with the hardware (the Mitsubishi and the thermostats to control them) they installed, but I felt that the install itself left a lot to be desired.

Your team adroitly confirmed the hot water line leak within a wall without a soft patch and quickly made the repair. As an extra bonus they recommended a remediation company to work with my insurance company for repairing the water damaged flooring.

Called at 830 am on a Saturday morning with a tankless water heater not working. A very pleasant technician was at our house within the hour. He quickly fixed the problem and was very knowledgeable about the system! This was the second time we Bradley Mechanical for emergency services on the weekend with excellent service! Thank you

I Needed a Rinnai 2532 Tankless water heater (circa March 2004) replaced (It's Leaking). .
Most of Bradley's competitors(I contacted ten of them) wanted to charge me between $75 and $150 just to provide me with quotes for lesser or older units than I desired. The ones who did not charge for the quotes wanted between $2,222 and $3,334 to install lesser or older units I did not want .
I wanted either a Rinnai RSC 160IN, or a Rinnai RSC 199IN. Since I had a Rinnai that needed to be replaced, and the infrastructure ( gas line ,electronics, plumbing, etc were already in place, and just some retro-fitting should be needed I did not believe that the install should be much more than it was initially ($1200) in 2004).
$2222 to $3334 sounded insane to install units that cost less than that! Bradley Mechanical provided me with a free quote, and the Rinnai RSC199IN and it's install were less than just the install cost quoted by most of the others.
Bradley's quote was accepted12-20-22 3:30 PM. My new Tankless water heater was installed today, 12-21-22, in 2 hours. Am I estatic? Yes!!! For 2 hours work Bradley's competitors were going to charge me between $1111 and $1667 per hour. I cannot recommend Bradley Mechanical highly enough! They were HONEST, professional, competent, and Reasonably Priced. They were a little late arriving, but I'm not complaining about that now.

Wow. Just wow. I had an unexpected water leak in my ceiling and Matt contacted me and was here in 40 mins. He went above and beyond to make sure the issue was fixed and I was clear as to what needed to be done next. He even helped us clean up the wet insulation and drywall. I will be working with them going forward. It was a stressful situation and he helped make it manageable.

First and last time using their service I had a "tune up" done and duct cleaning. The employees were all polite and friendly for the most part. I did have a problem with the work that was done, my condensation line stopped relieving water from my unit inside which caused about 3-5 gallons of water to build up inside the bottom of the unit and it slowly began leaking from the base.

I noticed the problem one evening and spent nearly 2 hours clearing out the condensation line and getting it to again flow freely along with cleaning up all the water.

I took pictures to document the problem and contacted the company the following day. I informed them of the problem, and that I believe that I had fixed it. They sent out a tech the next day who check out my unit, he agreed that it was now working properly.

I waited a few day to see if Bradley Mechanical would contact me and offer some type of compensation for the inconvenience they had caused me and they did not. I again contacted them and was told that someone would call me back, I did receive a call but was unable to answer the phone, a message was left saying that he would call me back again later in the day because he was going out into the field and I never received a call back.

All and all only minor damage was done to some paint that was on the concrete floor and some drywall that was near my inside HVAC unit, so not a huge deal. What bothers me about this experience is I'm the type of person that does 85% of all the work to my home/ property on my own. I tend to draw the line at electrical work, to include messing with a HVAC. So when I pay a professional company to come do work I don't expect to have to fix/clean up a problem that they created.

I will say I'm lucky that my unit is located on the on the base floor of my house which is sitting on a concrete slab. If it would have been located in the attic like it is in some house this would have been a disaster.

Over all price was good, people were nice enough but they did not do anything to make this unhappy first time customer want to use them again.

They were excellent! Prompt, professional and walked me through everything. They explained the pricing and all of the options. Worked very hard and kept trying to remove main drain sewer line clog. Through their effort, the drain cleared and we could use our bathrooms again. Highly recommend for all plumbing. So pleased with their work, going to have them change out a 20 year old hot water heater.

UPDATE - they installed electric HWH and did an excellent job. The team of two worked hard. Prompt, professional, left no debris and competitive pricing.

Bradley Mechanical showed up during a snowstorm with 3 HVAC techs and 2 electricians. The house did not have central air or heat. These guys were professional and efficient. THANK YOU !!!

We used Bradley Mechanical for our crawlspace encapsulation and we are thrilled with the results. We had issues with humidity and temperature fluctuations in our home and those problems are now fixed. Q and Dylan were outstanding and meticulous in their work. They went above and beyond with things that you wouldn’t expect would be included in the scope of the work. As a small example, they noticed our crawlspace door handle wasn’t easy to use, so they replaced it with a new, nice looking handle. When they were finished, they left the worksite absolutely spotless.

The guys did a great job installing new overhead lights in my garage and a new outdoor GFI. They were polite, patient, and did a nice job at a fair price.

Met with Mike Bates regarding a consult for neighborhood gas street lights. Mike is a knowledgeable, tenured professional with great customer service skills - who was extremely helpful…

I recently contracted Bradley Mechanical to install a tankless water heater and couldn’t be happier with the experience. Their team quickly provided a detailed and realistic quote, the most comprehensive out of four companies I considered. The technicians not only did an excellent job with the installation but also took the time to explain the system, its operation, and preventative maintenance in a way that made sense. Even when a minor hiccup came up with the county inspector, Bradley Mechanical promptly dispatched a crew to resolve it without delay. Professional, thorough, and customer-focused. I would absolutely use them again.

I had a leaking hot water radiator. Called several companies and Imperial plumbing kindly referred me to this company. Technicians came the same day, were pleasant and competent. The price was honest. Made my day!
