Unfortunately, they are very unresponsive to calls. I've left 3 now asking for call back. They charged me $65 more than quoted via the phone when I gave my card. I received the receipt and have tried to call back and not received a response.

They have been servicing my unit for many years, and I highly recommend them. They have a personal touch that is hard to come by these days. Top notch and highly professional is an understatement. If it were possible to rate them 6 stars, I most certainly would.

Air Flow Heating & Cooling installed our system when we built our house 3 years ago. We have a yearly service agreement with them. They have always been helpful. The same young man has has been coming for the past 3 years. He's so polite and knowledgeable. Can't say enough good things about them.

Air Flow installed 21 new systems in our new apartment building. In the first 18 months of operation, 9 systems have already failed. Their attitude in servicing these and taking responsibility has been fairly dismissive and unhelpful. This has caused great inconvenience for our tenants and our property management team.
