As a brand new customer with an emergency heating issue with our house on the coldest day(s) we have had so far, this company and I had phone trouble, hard to understand each other. So, as I try to get a better phone connection, this company decided to be absolutely rude and disrespectful before we could even discuss my heating issue instead of being polite, professional, and just plain respectful as a business should! If they offer a service and I call, just asking if they could hear me over the phone, and we can not get past an introduction without them being snide and short-tempered, myself and all my recommendations for service will go elsewhere. This company needs to check the attitude issue with their employees. Terrible business, no customer service.

Iron Bridge Heating and Air did an entire furnace and air conditioner replacement in an old commercial building we bought and we couldn't be happier with their incredible work. Tony and his crew have tons of experience and helped us choose the best systems for our needs. Always professional and on time. It's great to work with smaller companies that care about the customer so much and these guys are amazing!

I called Ironbridge heating and air on the morning in which my ac unit conked out on the 2nd official day of summer 2024. They were able to get a tech (I believe Evan) out same day who fixed my problem within an hour or less. They texted a picture of the tech in advance which was cool!!! The tech knew what the problem was based on the symptoms I described. I’m a happy customer and I would recommend this business.

I've used Iron and Bridge Heating and Cooling for my home for a few years now. Everytime I've had an urgent request, the dispatcher has always been pleasant, professional, and accommodating. The techs have been knowledgeable, efficient, and professional. Fantastic service, and they won't try to charge you an arm and a leg. I also high recommend getting an annual service contract with them - as they actually do honor it and there are no gimmicks behind it. I was skeptical at first, but have been happy with the service Iced received with them each time I've needed my heat pump or furnace serviced/fixed.

Second time using Iron Bridge Heating & Air Conditioning inc. . Came same day. Receptionist was kind & pleasant to talk with. My technician, John Pope, also pleasant and easy to talk to. Answered all my questions & his recommendations were on target. Decided this time to add Maintenance Agreement. Would highly recommend.

Technicians were very professional and helpful. The cost was a surprise as I’d been quoted a price which turned out to be the price for them coming out only. Took only about 15-20 minutes to change out the detectors, so I considered it expensive.

I have no complaints. Dylan was respectful, professional, and explained things clearly. I'm satisfied with y'all's service.

Very nice work. Had a different electrician service call the week before. That first company wanted to rip up drywall and charge an exorbitant price for a modest job. Bradley came in at less than half the cost and made it work with no damage by fishing the wires through the wall.

I called Bradley Mechanical after a gas leak was discovered by another company. The other company was twice the price and sent an inexperienced technician. Bradley arrived with two experienced technicians, inspected the entire house, assessed the situation, provided me with the price, completed the work, and the gas company came and inspected everything afterwards. Bradley did a great job in a short time, for half of what the other company estimated. I am using Bradley Mechanical from now on. They are true professionals.

I was disappointed I booked a frantic appointment after many failed attempts to unclog my sink myself gave in and reached out for help, of course it was after hours so I booked on line for two days out 8-12 slot on the day they were to come out I received a call that they could in no way shape or form accommodate that time frame ….why didn’t you call me the day prior to inform me of this? I need my kitchen sink it’s not well let’s fix it later kind of matter, so I stated I’ll work around it just tell me when you can get to my house, she stated it would be worked in between 2 and 6 pm that day, ok fine I need my sink. I had my husband wait for them and they called around 1:15 pm stated they were an hour out…I notified my husband he was home and waited. The tech shows up and we explain the sink and washer are not connected to the other piping and drain separately ,and that was the pipe effected he continues to work on it and states that we have illegal plumbing etc….i bought my house 5 years ago it has passed inspections and the last time they were out a year and a half ago nothing was ever mentioned about my plumbing be illegal…I’m beyond frustrated when my husband calls to tell me that the tech is gone after cutting our pipe in 3 places and stating there were multiple clogs but unfortunately we can’t unclog your pipe and leaving with almost 500.00 and a bottle of punch…..I now have water under my house that I have to dry out hoping mold won’t grow and we thankfully were able to get the sink unclogged after he left….but I’m disappointed from beginning to end I should have just cancelled and done it myself and saved my 500.00
