I needed a new hot water heater. I called for service and pricing and advisement. Alex Ayers the Comfort Consultant for Midlothian Mechanical came to my home and inspected hot water issue. My 14 year old hot water needed replacement. He wrote me a great proposal on 2 units of choice . I chose the Bradford White unit that was an upgrade to the current one inplace. The price was very good and they could replace it right away. Alex set up the install for Thursday. Mike arrived on time and got to work right away. Mike Wolfe the installer was great very polite, friendly very,knowledgeable and went the extra mile for detail and cleanliness . Note I'm a very happy customer and 5 stars surely isn't enough. Note past experience with Midlothian Mechanical was the same as this one because they replaced my complete HVAC unit at my home a year ago. Same experience best technicians and consultants and very detailed and completing the job the same day. Every person at this Service Company is the same very consistant and a pleasure to work with.

Rebecca and Bryce completed a one day install of a new heat pump/ AC system. Efficient and helpful. Installed an app on my phone for me and instructed me on how to use it. Dan sold me on your service with his quiet and informative demeanor. He even directed me to a financing source to assist me with the expense. All in all, very pleased with the service!

Rebecca, Rob, Bryce, and Hunter did an amazing job. They replaced ALL of the ductwork in my home, increased the size of the intakes, added ductwork and air registers where needed, and installed a pair of Air Scrubbers. They took the time to do a great job and cleaned up after themselves each day and provided a daily update on their progress. They exceeded my expectations and did a very professional job. I highly recommend Midlothian Mechanical and Rebecca and her team for all of your HVAC and plumbing needs.

Tech Nin Phoeuk was awesome - we were having trouble with HVAC outdoor fan not coming on in these below freezing temps. Nin diagnosed that google thermostat had not been programmed properly when all electric HVAC (non dual fuel) was installed (by a different company). Nin reprogrammed & now works like it should. Should I go after the company that installed the unit for unnessarily high electric bills from last winter? I won’t but you get my point -hire good HVAC folks like Midlothian Mechanical!

Truly impressed with Midlothian Mechanical. Called for the first time today for a second opinion/ competitive quote for a service issue. The technician, Raheem, was amazing! Very knowledgeable and thorough… a true professional. Painstakingly investigated and found what I’ll call a “misdiagnosis” from another service provider. Issues quickly resolved and back in business! Great work and much appreciated!!

I just had Midlothian Mechanical replace the entire HVAC System(including line set) in my maintenance building. I can not be more impressed with the quality of work! The crew, Rebecca, Chase and Michael are top notch! On one of the hottest days of the year so far, they worked nonstop to complete the job in a timely manner. If I could, I would rate 10 stars. And to top it off, the cost was considerably lower than other quotes I’d gotten, and that was with higher quality equipment installed. Highly recommend!!

Capacitor problem was diagnosed during routine, seasonal tune-up maintenance call. I was charged $275 to replace the diagnosed bad capacitor with a $10 one carried on the truck. Not happy😒

These guys are GREAT! I recommend Free Zone to anyone with hvac needs. They were very professional and did a fast heatpump installation during the hottest days of summer. They are reliable and very conscientious and friendly. Free Zone is the way to go!
