Our air conditioner and heater broke down on the coldest days of winter, and this company truly came through for us. Wes came to our home and patiently walked us through everything that needed to be done, explaining our options clearly and honestly.

A couple of days later, he sent his crew to do the job, and they were absolutely wonderful—professional, respectful, and efficient. The whole experience was smooth during a very stressful time. We’re extremely grateful and highly recommend them!

This was my first project with Taylor Heating and Air—replacement of a 2nd floor heat pump and air handler. I read many reviews of its work—essentially all of which were superior. Those reviews, reinforced by BBB’s Accreditation and Rating of A+, placed them in the top tier of prospects. When their proposal came, which was almost instantly, there was no doubt Taylor would be a top contender. The replacement components were all clearly indicated, complete with model numbers should I want to perform more detailed research. The deal was actually sealed when I compared prices. Taylor’s costs were less by a significant amount.
Work started about ten days after selection, and to my surprise was completed within a day. The crew was excellent—courteous, knowledgeable, careful. All old equipment was removed and mess cleaned up. All in all, a well-done job facilitated by helpful, friendly office support. Taylor Heating and Air will remain at the top of my list of HVAC contenders and I would not hesitate to recommend them to others.

Taylor Heating and Air were absolutely fantastic! Came through with our new furnace and AC unit just before the first snow. Performed an excellent installation and the technicians were very courteous and mindful of the inside of the house as well. Excellent communication in all aspects of the assessment, estimate, installation and follow up. If you're in Chester/Chesterfield I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to you. I don’t know…initial contact was positive, I thought the price was fair, and they got me scheduled quick….but then they left me with a blown out hole at my front hose bib and told me how I can fix it. I did, but I don’t believe I should have had too, so 2 stars.

Foster is the company that installed my HVAC with my new build home 2.5 years ago. So, when it stopped working this weekend I gave them a call thinking they would back up the system they initially installed. Bad decision.

The tech himself was great - super nice guy and fixed the problem quickly. The predatory pricing is the issue. I was charged $680 to replace a $80 capacitor. Work took 30 minutes. So, thats $600 in labor for 30 minutes which comes out to $1,200 an hour. Of course the system broke on the weekend so this was a Sunday morning "emergency" service call. I have no issues with paying extra to have them come out on the weekend - but $600 for 30 minutes? Feel completely taken advantage of.

The Foster team got us in the same day - a cooling issue arose 3 days before a scheduled clean and check. Tim was friendly, informative, and efficient!
The cost was very reasonable, especially since he could check the warranty, and it was still in effect. He showed me the damage to the capacitor and explained how things work. I have recommended Foster many times. They have always come through in the 6 years of us working together. Thank you!!

The technician Edison was very polite and very knowledgeable. He explained everything that he did for the maintenance and was very thorough!

I would recommend Foster to anyone needing to get plumbing work done. Dan was amazing and he was prompt, flexible and knowledgeable. They laid plastic and utilized cardboard boxes that I had already at the house to protect my carpet which I greatly appreciated. The service was completed in a timely manner and it was affordably priced. I can easily say I will be a life long customer!

As always...the Foster Technician was thorough, professional and with a personal touch - the latter of which is all-too-often absent in home service. From the very inception of Foster installing our HVAC units - 25 years ago - I'm STILL amazed at the quality of services Foster provides...it's the reason no other HVAC service provider have serviced our units. Can't thank the company, it's customer service staff and most definitely the service technicians.

Every year we seem to have issues with our A/C on the hottest days of the year. Amanda has great customer service skills. Im sure she gets a lot of calls in this weather and she still is very nice on the phone. Joey in Hvac is awesome, he always fixes our issues when called. Felix the plumber has been very thorough in his work and we appreciate that and the company.

Our service was nothing short of excellent! We had three technicians come out and try to do the repair on our unit. Nothing seem to work. After replacing the outside unit motor and another part. That didn’t seem to work We called Foster plumbing and heating and spoke with the co-owner that showed up on time and diagnose the issue which turned out to be deteriorating, wiring.he replaced it at no charge and since then the system works Even better This customer believes in professionalism promptness and they put the customer first. They are an excellent company put your HVAC or needs in this co hands whether it’s Repair replacement they believe in putting the Customer first and is very patient!!

As always, Fosters is dependable, reliable, punctual, and accommodating. I’ve used Foster’s for all my HVAC and plumbing needs for decades and they always go the extra mile to make sure you are satisfied with the work they perform and products they sell.

Tech was very professional and friendly.
While he could effect to proper repair, he explained in detail how extensive to repair would be. Waiting on further info on the timing of the repair!

Foster Plumbing & Heating does an excellent job taking care of our air conditioning and heating units. We have a contract with them, so a technician comes twice per year to check and clean our units. They are prompt, courteous, and knowledgeable. They are willing to repair our old units and don’t pressure us into buying anything new. We highly recommend them!

Needed my range gas line adjusted - quick, efficient, and professional from quote through scheduling and the completion of work. Would recommend.

Dan and Jerry did a great job troubleshooting our plumbing and well issue. They were friendly, professional, and knowledgeable. They went the extra mile to make sure we had our water restored!

The technician that came out to our house was extremely friendly and knowledgeable, he corrected the issue and advised us in methods to keep the problem from returning. Our technician’s name was Jerry.

I was scheduled for service the next day when I called. The receptionist was great. They sent Brandon, and he is amazing. He found the issue quickly. He returned quickly with help to fix the problem. Who knew frogs could get in plumbing vents?! Brandon and the second plumber were extremely professional, courteous and finished the job quickly. If and when I have to call Foster again, I will be requesting Brandon. Thank you!

Ryan D. from Foster came to replace our original 1950s hose bibs and check on a leaky kitchen faucet. He was personable, had a great attitude despite the unbearable heat when working on the hose bibs, and had the job finished in a couple of hours. He gave us the recommendation to replace the kitchen faucet instead of repair it because the replacement would be just as expensive as a new faucet; that quote is good for 90 days so we have time to shop for a new one before having it installed which made me feel good about not being rushed into a decision. We will definitely return to Foster for our future plumbing and HVAC needs!
