Foster was prompt in scheduling a visit from a crew who knew what to do with my problem of a leaking hot water heater. The crew gave an estimate of cost to remove and replace the heater and conducted the replacement the same day. Good job of putting in the new rules heater. After installing they made sure that everything worked and took out all the trash

Had Foster Plumbing come out because we had water leaking into the basement. Their diagnosis process? Cut a bunch of holes in the walls, poke around for a while, and then tell me “yeah, it’s probably the foundation.” And they charged me for cutting those holes.

Called a foundation guy next — he takes one look, asks if there’s a bathroom directly above (there is), and says it’s plumbing issue, and more than likely the shower trim. It’s an unfinished basement, so the pipes are easy to see. Didn’t charge me for the diagnosis.

Got a real plumber to come over — within 30 minutes he finds a bad ball valve, behind the access panel, replaces it, and charges me $150. He also snaked a clogged shower drain. Problem solved, no guessing, no extra damage. TAT plumbing by the way, highly recommend.

The Foster tech was polite, but nice doesn’t fix bad work. Between the wrong diagnosis, unnecessary wall damage, and getting billed for it, I won’t be using them again.

Wouldn’t recommend them if you actually want your problem fixed.

Dustin came by our office yesterday and was Amazing! He's very friendly, courteous, and efficient. I was very impressed how he explained the issue, and explained it in a way that I was able to understand. He worked efficiently and left the room neat and tidy after he was done. Scott did an excellent job. He answered the questions we had about the potential repair on our outside unit and the repair cost today or if we put it off to the future. He was courteous and informative.

I had Foster quote and perform a system replacement, including some duct repair/modifications and aeroseal. The workmanship is of high quality, and I am happy with it, but I was most impressed that one week after the install was completed the salesman revisited me and walked around the house and crawled through the crawlspace checking everything and answered every question I had about the system, install, maintenance etc. I was very happy to have the opportunity to use the system and then get to ask informed questions about the programmable thermostat, recommended filter replacement cycle and everything else I could think of. This is just an example of the personal service they provided throughout the process and the unquantifiable benefits of the little guy who actually care about the service they provide! We just hired Foster Plumbing and Heating for an array of work on our home. Their plumber mixed glue without any floor protection and scattered it over my brand new carpet. I have sent a couple emails with the attached pictures to Foster and they have decided to ignore us and the issue. We are brand new to the area and was hopeful this company would be honest and respectful with us. But instead our concerns completely ignored.

We had Foster Plumbing & Heating fix our downstairs AC this summer and our upstairs heat this fall. Everyone has been professional and friendly. Their pricing is great and the work is outstanding. We have some plumbing projects coming up and Foster will be our first call.
