Absolutely superb! Great service at exceedingly reasonable prices.

They did some work I need done for a house I was selling. I called there office on Thursday and Friday morning they were at my house doing the things I needed done. I would recommend these guys to anyone.

If you need HVAC or electrical work there simply is no one better to call then Eric and his team at Dement Energy Services. They show up on time, do great work and clean up after themselves. I have used them dozens of times (I own several rental houses) and I have always been 100% satisfied.

It doesn't matter if the job is a complete HVAC installation or a minor electrical job - the Dement team is the right choice. Another thing I like is that they will work with you on scheduling. Got a serious emergency (like no heat)? -- they will find a way to get out to you quickly.

Lastly, I really like that I can ask Eric or any of his techs a really dumb question and they always patiently and completely answer (they probably go back to their trucks and have a good chuckle though) :-)

They came out on a few hours' notice to fix some ductwork that had completely corroded. Great, fast work, extremely fair price and an honest assessment on other issues I should keep an eye on. Strongly recommend.

Fast service! Called after 9pm expecting to get voicemail and was able to set up an appointment for 8am the next morning. Techs quickly pinpointed nothing wrong with my new HVAC system and replaced a bad breaker to get everything running again.

This was one of two companies I called. This company was the first. I am so thankful. When Margi returned my call I knew this was the right choice. I explained my problem and she assured me that everything would be taken care of. She told me a little about Mr. Dement and his company . Bottomline a technician was dispatched. Amazing service. Called at 6 pm due to ac not working, had a technician out at 9 am the next morning. Aaron was insightful, helpful, and fixed the issue promptly. He answered all of my questions (even not pertaining to the exact issue) and provided the best experience I could have hoped for. The price was extremely fair as well. I wholeheartedly recommend Dement and won't hesitate to use them again in the future.

Top notch service. They helped us find the fix that worked with our budget and our needs. I cannot recommend them highly enough. They were able to come give us an estimate the same day we called (wonderful front office help!) and were extremely prompt in returning to fix our issue.

Excellent service! Called me back quickly on the weekend and scheduled the earliest appointment on Monday morning. Aaron arrived on time and worked through a number of challenging issues to solve our HVAC problems and get our AC up and going again on a very hot day. Very nice people to work with and will use them again if ever needed.

I called the office and Margi was great! She arranged for Eric to come out that same day and fix my unit. They were nice, professional and reasonably priced. Definitely will use them again!

Eric and the team are always the best choice. We have used them on multiple projects and the quality is top notch and the prices are fair. He recommended a less expensive solution for a heat pump install that's suited our needs and worked very well. He could've just sold us the expensive choice like the other companies. They also do exceptional electrical work that shouldn't go unnoticed. The costumer service is good, he's come out to fix something free of charge once, we always use them.

I would definitely avoid this business. I was looking for an electrical company to install a generator hook up for my home. I found Dement Energy to be pretty highly recommended in a few different places, so I got in touch with them to talk about getting a quote. My experience was a bit strange. I clearly explained what I was looking to have installed. Margi messaged me back and mentioned sending someone out to assist with getting a quote. I provided my address and answered a few more of her questions. Her comprehension of what I was saying seemed a bit off, and she was misreading/misinterpreting details that I had shared earlier in our conversation. She then very abruptly told me that I was too far outside their service area and to look for someone more local. I was very caught off guard and surprised by this, as I am well within the Richmond metro area. It definitely came off more as a "we don't want the job" reaction, which would have been a lot nicer if she would have just been upfront and told it to me that way. I will be more than happy to take my money elsewhere.

Eric and team are seasoned professionals. Always a good price, quality work, clear communication, and dependable. Friends have used them for years as well. 10/10

Wonderful as always! Our heat pump stopped working last night. He walked me through some things by text that night. When those didn’t work, he was out here first thing this morning. Quick fix and now all is well. Eric has always come through for us.

Josh came out same day when I had issues with a leaking AC unit and was super nice and helpful as usual. It can be hard to find contractors you feel confident you can trust to be responsive and honest and you can tell immediately upon meeting Josh that he is a genuine and nice person. I would trust anybody on his team in my home and when the time comes to replace my units I know exactly who I will call. I also plan on signing up for a scheduled maintenance plan to keep the equipment I have now running as long as possible. I will continue to recommend Climate Solutions to all my friends as the best HVAC company around.

Josh was very thorough and patient in explaining and pricing out our AC replacement options. He helped us take advantage of rebate and tax credit options. The installation crew did a great job and everything went smoothly.

Tyler was great quick and professional. Today the owner Josh came to fix the air handler within an hour of calling. He had to go get the part returned and we had cold air again. Thanks Josh
