6/22/22 Update: Today, Adam was the technician who did our bi-annual maintenance. He was friendly and professional. Such a pleasant experience! So happy we have Climate Solutions to service our HVAC system!

11/3/22 Update: Tyler did our fall/winter maintenance. He does a thorough service job and keeps us informed of the condition of our system. He is friendly and takes the time to explain any questions we may have. We are very pleased with Climate Solutions.

5/24/24 Update: Today, Andre was the technician who did our spring/summer maintenance. Andre arrived at the top of the window time, which was very much appeciated! He was polite, friendly and did a thorough check of our now 12 year old system. He also gave us his approval of the latest air filter we purchased, which was a step above the previous one that did not last as long as advertised.

1/13/26 Update: Tyler & Jack did our 6 month maintenance check. They were on time, as usual. Spent time to answer any questions we had and offered information on our HVAC unit. Their professional & friendly service is always appreciated.

A special shout out to Shannon, who works in the office! Shannon is friendly, helpful and professional. Her follow-up skills are outstanding. I can always depend on a prompt reply to any text message I send to her, especially when I'm concerned about a possible problem with our HVAC system. We had an emergency HVAC leak in our ceiling and called Climate Solutions — they arrived at our house in lightning speed. They were at our house within 5 minutes, immediately fixed the leak, and then helped us with our overall system maintenance and now it’s running good as new. They spent all day cleaning our outside units in 100 degree weather and they didn’t complain once. Our monthly summer bills decreased exponentially now that our systems are running more efficiently.

Josh, Tyler, and another guy (I’m sorry I forget your name!) we’re all amazing to work with. We also love that we can support another family-owned business. We’ve encountered so many other HVAC scammers out there…don’t sleep on Climate Solutions!

I met Josh while he was working for a client of mine who had spoken very highly of his company. As a realtor I have interacted with a lot of contractors and found him to be very knowledgeable so I saved his contact info. I reached out to him on short notice because one of my compressors was low on refrigerant and not working. He evaluated all systems and we determined the most cost effective solution together. We have working AC now. He did a great job evaluating, explaining options then fixing the issue. I highly recommend his company.

Updated Review: This was our third visit from Climate Solutions and we are still very impressed! Tyler let me know ahead of time that he was on his way. He was professional, courteous, and knowledgeable. Tyler also gave us tips on how to help keep our unit running as efficiently as possible, addressed all of our concerns, and was able to answer all of our questions.

I called Josh late Monday and he was here before 10:00am this morning. He did some troubleshooting and fixed my issue quickly and efficiently! Highly recommend the use of Climate Solutions! Excellent response time! Excellent service!

Our AC decided to go out on the first super hot day of the season. Climate Solutions was very responsive and easy to work with. Josh was incredibly nice and very knowledgeable. Their pricing was very reasonable. I highly recommend their services.

Excellent work! Josh and his team were great! Installation was smooth and workers took time to go over specs and explain the function of the system after install. The only issue is that a part used for heating is on back order, so they will have to come back to install as soon as the part comes in. Would definitely recommend.
