Hertless has been sent out two times by our home warranty, most recently to replace our upstairs unit. Both times they have been great! My husband and I both work from home and they were so efficient (and quiet!)we hardly knew they were there. I wouldn’t hesitate to call them outside of home warranty.

They are the only commercial HVCA company you should call.

I would give them a 0 if I could. Everything was bad from them taking forever to "find out" how much my part would cost to taking their time to to "order" the part to scheduling a time to fix the a/c. Meanwhile my shop was blistering hot for 12 days while I spent thousands renting a portable a/c unit that didn't cool very much. Then to add insult to injury, they scheduled to arrive to fix it between 8:00-8:30 am, but when no one had arrived by 8:40, I called and they told me they were "running a little late" and the repair man had just left their office. As I write this, it is 9:00 am and they still are not here. Edit: He arrived at 9:16 with no apologies. Their office is 13 minutes away.

If their service is anything like the way they drive, I feel sorry for their clients. Driver on a pickup truck on Parham Rd at 7:20am, July 3rd riding everyone's bumper and going well over the speed limit. Terrible!

Used this company in years past successfully and had a wonderful experience. Went to book a service call last week to be ghosted by the company on Friday, December 27th. Have called multiple times inquiring, but their inbox is full and you can't leave a voicemail. Texts have been read, but unanswered. Very disappointing as Michael was lovely last time we used his company on an emergency HVAC call.

Just moved into the area and had a problem with the a.c. After reading reviews about other HVAC companies I decided to try Shogun Services, I couldn't ask for better service then what I received today, Ridge was very proficient in all his work he provided..I will definitely be calling them again without any hesitation and would recommend them to anyone else!!

Shogun Services provided tremendous service in both my HVAC and electrical repairs. They responded quicker than the other two companies I contacted and with lower rates of service. When they arrived they were courteous, professional and repaired the problems quickly while explaining what and how they were doing the repairs one the problematic HVAC system and electrical box. I will not use another HVAC or electrical service again other than them.

Facing a heat emergency on a freezing Sunday morning - we were never worried. Just called Shogun Services and they were out within the hour to fix things. Same when we had plumbing issues. Top notch service. Highly recommend them.

Shogun has a fabulous home warranty program. The owner is the person who responds to calls athe one who shows up at your house. He is excellent at air conditioner/furnace servicing and repair. I would highly recommend Shogun to anyone.

I used Shogun to help me fix my Heat pump issue when it stopped working. Ridge came to our house and meticulously went through all the diagnostic procedure to make sure he pinpointed the issue. He found what was wrong and fixed it at a very reasonable cost. I am very impressed with the thoroughness of Ridge and his demonstration of knowledge about the HVAC. I got my heat pump fixed and also learned a lot about the system.
I will highly recommend Shogun.
