I called on a Thursday afternoon and Ridge was here Friday morning (early, might I add). Prompt service! Very detail oriented and conscious! Wore covers on his shoes any time he came in the house. Highly recommend using Shogun Services!

Over the past couple of years, we have had a lot of bad luck in our home, from having our hot water heater explode to even a sewer backup. We are first time homeowners, so we didn't know much about having a dedicated plumber. Then we found Shogun and we haven't looked back. We have had their service plan for over a year and we have saved so much money! Shogun Services is a one-stop shop! I always know that I can give them a call, even if it's to ask a question, and they always provide the best customer service.

Ridge and Shogun Services are the best. Same Day Service. He's very quick to answer when i call. He will answer any/all questions you have concerning your Home systems and is extremely knowledgeable. I will definitely be signing up for his Premium Home Services plan next year once my current plan expires. Thanks Ridge for all you do. fyi: Ridge came out after hours on one of the coldest/snowy days of the year when my Hot Water heater which also heats my home went out. Another Plumber had previously came out and didn't know what to do or how to fix. He quickly diagnosed the issue and went down under the deck and unfroze my condensation pipe so my Water Heater would work again. He really goes above and beyond for his customers.

We first met Ridge when we moved into our new apartment. Right off the bat we had unfortunate luck with our HVAC and our dishwasher. What was lucky was that our landlord had hired Ridge. He always answers when we call, has no issues making an appointment around our hectic schedule and is very courteous of our pets when he comes over. Great service, We had recently moved to our new house and transferred our service. Right after moving in we had to have some repairs for a leaking tank less water heater, everything was fixed quickly, much better, to include previous repairs.

Ridge first came to my condo to install a garbage disposal. He was very professional, pleasant, and did a great job. I signed up for her Repair Pro Premiere plan and by doing this Ridge has saved me $1100 in repairs. I pay $60 a month for this service and Rodge comes out whenever I need him!!

Our furnace quit working during a week when the temperatures were below freezing. I was referred to Shogun Services by a co worker and was not disappointed. The owner arrived shortly after my call. The issue was diagnosed quickly and although the replacement motor was not available for several days, the company stayed in touch and made several calls to confirm that the part was still under warranty. They are responsive, professional and reasonable. I will recommend this company to others and use them again.

I have hired Ridge twice now, and I continue to be extremely impressed with his professionalism. Just this week, he went above and beyond seeking for a solution to a defective product from Home Depot (I chose it, not him) and promised to make it right. High integrity and very trustworthy!

Ridge did an amazing job for us when our heat cut out. He stuck with us until the problem was fixed - he even came back out to make sure the issue was fixed later that night. He kept us nice and warm! So happy with his service - I’ll definitely use this business again if we need HVAC work done.

I just had my second electrical project completed by Shogun Services. I am very impressed and happy that they call ahead, show up on time, and complete the work timely and professionally. I have not yet signed up for their Repair Pro Service Membership because of our existing homebuyer warranty, but I'm definitely considering it after such good service.

Ridge came out, quoted me a reasonable price on a complete system replacement. There was a delay on receiving the unit due to COVID but he kept me informed on the progress. As soon as all the parts were in, we set an installation date. He was on time, professional and the removal and installation of the new unit was completed in a day. I've been enjoying heating and cooling for the last 2 seasons with no issues. I would HIGHLY recommend!!
