MUST HAVE AN HVAC LISCENCE or similar for them to sell you anything. In spite of the fact that Lowe's and Home Depot also sell gas Appliance parts.

I'm a homeowner and let me tell you, we have not had AC since August 19,2022. We are under warranty but for some of the parts we have to pay for....tf? I have been sick cause yall didn't give one Hour the things they need for 1 week and 2 days. NO AC FOR 1 WEEK AND 2 DAYS!!!
Why do yall parts break every year? This isn't Texas or the south south. Yea it gets hot, but yall parts break ALOT!!! It just don't make sense and then yall charge an arm and a leg for the shot and it breaks 6 months later!!!!!!! If I had a choice, I would NEVER, NEVER, NEVER, do business with you guys!!!

One of the best distributors in the greater Richmond area. Their employees always go above & beyond. Tyler usually is the gentleman who has helped me the few times I've had to go in to pick things up for my techs and he is ALWAYS so helpful & kind. Especially when I have no idea what im looking for. Just a really great company with the best staff & really fair pricing.

As a general contractor I understand the need to protect the public from certain parts or pieces but limiting your customer base to only HVAC contractors forces a lot of business to other distribution channels. This is an archaic model that you will die on.

Ryan was very knowledgeable, and identified and fixed the problem very quickly. He explained everything very clearly and I felt very comfortable with the work that was done. Due to the issue we had, I was unsure of what type of repairman we needed, so it was great that Woodfin has so many different areas of expertise and made it easy to get this fixed quickly. Mitch Anderson was terrific installing my whole-house surge protector today. Knowledgeable, personable, efficient. He explained my options clearly and then did exactly what he promised. Was able to install it same day. And then explained how to monitor it. Spent a lot of time with me. Would be happy to work with him again. We’ve used Woodfin for HVAC, gas line install and now electrical. You might find cheaper but you won’t find better or more trustworthy.

We had an emergency service because of a clog that made the water back up into all the toilets and tub/shower in the back of the house. Our technician, Sean C, was very courteous, made sure to wear shoe covers on over our carpeted floors, gave us detailed updates every step of the way. My family and I felt well informed and assured before, during, and after the emergency service. He did an exemplary job and we were impressed by his professionalism, effort, and dedication. We are so glad that Mr. Sean C. was our technician. Thank you so much. We appreciate it!

Woodfin has a put a MASSIVE damper on our week buying a new home. The previous owner had a Woodfin service contract for HVAC, oil and whole home generator that we planned to continue with but we are APPALLED by the way they have treated us as brand new customers. The way they operate their different business segments with 0 communication amongst them is appalling. Cannot recommend against them enough.

The only positive thing I have to say is their technicians Ethan and Chris were both very pleasant and knowledgeable.

Tech came to my home to fix my fireplace that been cutting off after 30-1hr. Both techs came only stayed in my house for 13 mins and charged me 320.00. My fireplace as of now still not working. I called Friday to take about the bill and no manager called yet and today is Sunday 1/25/26. I will be calling again tomorrow. Nobody have 320.00 to waste and still no fireplace. Train your technician better. Plus tech said he was sending invoice to my email-'no invoice I had to call for that. I wasn't home my son was.

Jimmy Davis was excellent! You couldn’t ask for better service and someone who was so knowledgeablefor the plumbing at my home. He was so fair. I will be requesting him for all my plumbing needs from Woodfin. You have a great employee there. Thank you very much.

Extremely complex electrical issue came up with my house. Woodfin team worked tirelessly across the holiday season to work with me and create a plan for a solution. In particular, their electrician, Devon, came out no less than 4 times to solve a myriad of subsequent issues leading up to the teams final fix. Everyone was polite, professional, and diligent. wonderful experience from start to finish.

Preface: I am an HVAC Technician and had my system replaced by Woodfin. I would have done so myself but they replaced a system covered by my homeowners insurance.

I have to say to say David and his team, Dakota & Greg did a flawless job. The attention to detail, in which I am a stickler for, was nothing short of every expectation I would hold to my own standard of work. The condenser was level, line sets were installed parallel to one another with clean joints. They made perfect connections to the duct work seamlessly & clean. The condensate line has a perfect fall and has my mind at ease of any potential leak in the air handler. All in all, it’s an above and beyond demonstration of one’s craftsmanship. You’re next residential installer. 10/10.
