I spoke with the service department about an replacing an equipment. Technician is very knowledgeable and courteous.

The Gundlach crew just left our premises and left us with a top-notch duct system that is miles better than the one they replaced. Joey Lowe at their office was with us every step of the way in answering our questions as they came up. Jose and Hector ran the crew professionally and courteously and did a fantastic job of installing the system - they are very hard and professional workers, especially considering the tight crawlspace they had to work in. We would definitely recommend Gundlach for any HVAC work you need.

I have used this company's services for many years as I feel they are extremely trustworthy and very fairly priced. My work began in December for my heating unit--work managed by Kevin who has made sure the work was completed and worked closely with me. Today, Gary was here to work on ac portion of my work. He was GREAT!! So friendly, knowledgeable and explained everything to a woman who knows little about this stuff!! He went over and above today and I am so appreciative for him. That is why I choose to stay with a company I can trust!! Won't hesitate to call them for anything!!

We used Gundlach to address multiple plumbing issues in our home. I would highly recommend their services. They arrived on time both times they came out and we received a telephone call when they were on their way. The repairs were made quickly, though not rushed, and we are extremely pleased with the efficiency and quality of the process!

Danny was our service technician and he was wonderful. Very professional, kind, took his time, and explained things. My whole experience from calling in and speaking with Betty, to receiving the email about the technician being dispatched, to a follow up thank you email, was top notch! I will most certainly use Gundlach again for any issues and will most definitely refer them to anyone in need. Fantastic customer service all around!!

My elderly in-laws had a heat pump go out this past weekend. We called around to attempt to get their AC back on during this recent hot spell in Richmond VA. Gundlach sent out a tech on a Sunday. Stated it would an after-hours service call. They provided no quote as to how much after hours would be.

Luckily I was available to meet with Willy their service tech prior to any work being agreed to. Willy diagnosed a bad capacitor, which can be a common problems and a relatively inexpensive fix. Normal rates and parts would be around $150. We have had it done to our own heat pumps in the past year.

Gundlach chose to take advantage of the situation with my elderly in-laws and attempt to quote me $625 for a service call and fix. They refused to offer a more reasonable rate.

I quickly dismissed Willy from the property and went and bought a window unit as a temporary fix. Found a reputable HVAC tech who installed it properly the next day. For the window AC unit and the new tech it was cheaper than Gundlach for after hours service call quote.

Definitely get a second opinion with Gundlach. They will attempt to take advantage of situation with unethical pricing.

Never calling them again!

I had a broken water pipe in my ceiling at 3:00 in the morning, water was going everywhere and I called Gundlach and they sent Dave and Pat out. they did a fantastic job getting the water shut off and making the repair to my water pipe in my ceiling. For now on I know who I'm going to call for my plumbing troubles

F.H. Furr couldn't get the job done after coming out twice. Haden Venner from Gundlach came out once and completely fixed the problem and he even cleaned up after himself very well. We will never use anyone else besides Gundlach. You guys are awesome!!!!

Extremely disappointed with my new Trane heat pump installation by Gundlach. The unit ran for less than an hour before the compressor failed. Apparently something can stop a Trane. Had to call for service within a hour of installation. The on-call tech couldn’t determine root cause. No a/c on a hot night, such a frustrating experience. The only good thing about the install was the installers: Jose S. And Jamie P. were very professional and diligent.

Have been a loyal Gundlach customer for years. They installed a new furnace and ac unit for me and I have not had any problems with them at all. I have their service contract and it really gives me peace of mind. Their service is always professional and Kerry was my technician for recent service on my furnace drain which was backed up. He was great and so courteous and took time to explain everything that he was doing. Many thanks to Gundlach for their great service. An outstanding company for sure!

Exceptional service by Gundlach! I made an emergency call on a Saturday and within a couple of hours Randy was at my home. He walked in wearing covers over his shoes, which I really appreciated and was able to identify the problem quickly. Gundlach was transparent with their pricing and although I was anxious to not have water coming down from my ceiling, I was glad Randy showed me a price comparison for weekend work vs coming back on a week day. He did a great temporary fix by punching two small holes (with my permission) into my ceiling that allowed water to drain from the panels into my kitchen sink. The payment app was being finicky and he made sure to follow up with the accounting office to make sure I was only charged my $89 service fee once. When he and a co-worker returned to my house the following Tuesday, they were courteous and professional. I really appreciated their efficiency and was on my way to work by mid-morning. Will definitely use Gundlach again and send other folks their way!

I have had professional, knowledgeable plumber service my families home, I would highly recommend Jesse for any plumbing services needed in the area! We will definitely use his services again in the future!!

John came out to repair a leaking toilet. He was very courteous, competent and great to work with. He went above and beyond when evaluating another problem. Gundlach is fortunate to have him and many other technicians with whom I've dealt.

It is now September 2023 and another plumbing problem has occurred. Again technicians (Aaron and Cory) from Gundlach came out and were very professional and fixed the problem. They even gave a 1 year warrantee. I highly recommend them.

My family has been doing business with Gundlach for years, and today I had a new furnace installed. JOSE and HECTOR were wonderful and got the job done faster than I expected. They were very professional and answered all my questions. They even made sure everything was working properly before they left. Kudos to Gundlach for hiring such great employees! We first met Jose when he installed our new AC unit last summer. We were so pleased with the work of the technicians, and the wonderful support of the scheduler, that we decided to call Gundlach again when we needed to replace our HVAC system. Jose and David make a great team! They arrived on time each day, worked their hearts out, and made sure to clean and remove any trash from the job site before heading out for the day. They were very friendly, explaining each step in the process, and did a fantastic job! My husband and I are very pleased, and highly recommend Gundlach!

Al Harper from Gundlach did a phenomenal job with our plumbing issue. He was very personable, timely, and communicative, and the overall cost of the service was extremely reasonable, even with it happening on a Sunday. As first-time homeowners, we appreciate that he took the time to explain to us what was happening, why it happened, and what we can do to avoid it happening again in the future with our old pipes. We hope to not have to call for a plumber anytime soon, but if we do, we will definitely be calling Gundlach!

Experienced a weekend plumbing emergency involving a damaged shower faucet that ultimately needed replacing. Two guys came out within a matter of hours on a Saturday afternoon and diagnosed the problem and offered an estimate immediately. It was late, so they offered to plug the shower, so we could turn water back on to the house, and return on Monday to fix the issue. At 8am on Monday morning I was able to speak with Joe to schedule a 2:30pm appointment for service. Cory arrived on time and ready to work. He was polite and professional. He got right to work and found a solution that caused the least amount of damage... not taking out a wall to access the pipes. Instead, he went "old school" fixing the issue with a great soldering job, resulting in lower cost and repair time. He was very courteous and respectful. I am very satisfied with Gundlach and will definitely call on them again next time I have an issue. My appreciation to the entire team!

Cannot say enough good things about the Gundlach team that responded so quickly when our elderly AC unit failed. Came quickly, evaluated & identified the problem, presented options, ordered replacement unit, installed - all seamless!!! Thank you to Roy, Jose and Jamie for being professional and efficient and trustworthy. Absolutely recommend Gundlach.
