Gundlach has become my go-to plumbing company. They've provided service to us twice, once an urgent call and another a problem that wasn't an emergency but needed to be fixed soon. On both occasions, Gundlach contacted us prior to the service call to provide an estimated time of arrival; the team members arrived on time, worked quickly, and cleaned up behind themselves. We appreciate Gundlach and will continue to contact them as needed!

Great experience! Ran into an issue after beginning a faucet repair in our older home. Called Gundlach and they were able to fit us in on standby the same day. Al came and quickly assessed the issue and was able to source the correct replacement part very quickly. He replaced the part and checked for leaks and then we were good to go, all within a few hours of the initial call. Al was very clear and knowledgeable and was helpful in explaining the issue. Will definitely call Gundlach with future plumbing needs!

Great people, great service. Thankfully my problem Was an easy fix they did not at all try to over charge me or sell me things I didn’t need. They were informative throughout the appointment and gave great insight for future repairs if needed. Can’t recommend them more, especially David who did a fantastic job!

Leak in the lawn; Aron identified the. problem as sprinkler system. He was very helpful, gave us help with a couple of other plumbing problems.

We got a call back from Gundlach dispatch within an hour, even though it was a pre-holiday weekend. They scheduled Alaric to visit us first thing Monday morning. Alaric was prompt, courteous and knowledgeable. He took care of two problems that others had struggled to fix, and we are very happy with the results!

I was looking for a Heating, Plumbing & Air company, with skilled technicians to do repairs/replacement of the hot water heater. I have a supplemental heat (Hydronic) which was not working. A neighbor recommended Gundlach they have identical heating system that mine. Late Sunday sent a request for an estimate to Gundlach, the next morning Wayne the manager call me, and three technicians came in the afternoon. Haden was extremely patient in explaining to me what will need to be done. As a senior I did appreciate the extra consideration given. After comparing two other companies, decided to hire Gundlach, and I was not disappointed, Haden and his team did a fantastic job, not only that but Wayne the manager was also involved. I have now a new high efficient hot water heater, and a supplemental heat working. I do highly recommend Gundlach as a professional company and very caring toward their customers.

Jim Taylor did an excellent job getting my a/c up and running and doing the maintenance to keep it working. He was diligent, respectful and very knowledgeable. Gundlach has always been dependable and great to deal with. They are lucky to have employees like Jim.

Al, or my pal Al, was the service member that came out to my residence to assist with two plumbing issues I was having. He was efficient and got the job done! He was also very polite and respectful of my home. He cleaned up a mess I even made, and the job was done right and with much cleanliness- which I appreciated. I would definitely recommend gundlach but more specifically Al as your service guy!

Gundlach was able to schedule me the same day after two days of 100 degree heat - unit was frozen solid inside and out. Ice thawed, leak found, refilled, pressure tested - nice and cool now. Tucker and David were top-notch - I immediately signed up for twice yearly checks on our system. Well worth it. Thank you!

Gundlach is the worst Company for ever. They install my Two unite. the one on the first floor has an issue in the winter that cannot make warm the house when I set the thermostat to temperature 72 it supposed make warm the house. instead, it goes down to 65 and 67 F, I called the company the send someone to fixed. The technical they send he diagnose the gas go on and off. when I called to the Gase company the check the gas not an issue. The Gundlach company send me a bill around $258 for wrong diagnose. sham on the company. i talked with a manger he espoused solve the issue he keeps telling me I have to pay 258 he is not focusing my issue he just thinks the bill.

Jim Taylor arrived as scheduled to service our oil furnace. He was courteous and friendly. Jim went right to work and completed the job to our satisfaction. He is a very knowledgeable and professional guy. I hope you honor his contribution to the reputation of Gundlach.

Again Gundlach does not disappoint! Dominic and David just left our home and quickly and efficiently did an amazing job maintaining our unit! It is such a comfort to know there are businesses that are dependable and consistently professional!

I called for service on 3/28. Technician was dispatched for early afternoon. He arrived on time and was able to diagnose and fix the problem in a timely manner. The technician was polite, professional and knowledgeable about my system. I would use them again and recommend them for ac/ heating repair.

My appointment today was between 10:00 and 12:00. Your technician arrived at 10:00 and introduced himself as DB. While servicing my unit I had some questions and DB explain to me exactly what he was doing. I felt very confident about my unit being serviced. After completing the job, he asked me if I had any more questions which I did not. Thank you DB for doing an outstanding job.

We've received terrific (and fast!) service from Gundlach since 2016. Jim Taylor recently came out for a seasonal checkup and he was professional, courteous, and very thorough. Highly recommend Gundlach and Mr. Taylor!

Gundlach is the absolute best! Gundlach Electricians and HVAC techs recently helped me during a very stressful time. I had an electrical fire in my home and Gundlach was at my house same day working to resolve the issue. Gundlach employees are highly skilled, polite, professional and compassionate. My sink wouldn’t drain so I called after hours and waited for Cory to come out and solve my issue late at night. He did a good job on telling me what he was doing and fixed my issue even though it was late at night. I will definitely use this company again!

We were in the middle of a heat wave in Richmond when our AC suddenly went out—on a Friday, with a 1-year-old and a 3-year-old at home. Most companies told us they might be able to get to us the following week, which was really stressful given the extreme heat. Then we called Gundlach, and they were able to send someone the same day.

Kyle showed up and was incredibly professional, honest, and hardworking. He quickly diagnosed and fixed the issue without trying to upsell or take advantage of the situation, which was a huge relief.

In a time of high demand and urgency, Gundlach came through for our family. Because of Kyle and the overall experience, Gundlach is now our go-to for all heating and air needs.

We had a service call this morning by Gundlach to address a loud, rapid, banging noise on our downstairs toilet which just started last evening. Gundlach Plumbing was the only company we could find that would come on a Saturday, which was a huge plus for us. They were extremely receptive and responded in an hour. The technician was Al Harper, he was fantastic, I would highly recommend him. He was very efficient and personable, extremely fast in diagnosing the problem, and had the issue corrected in a very short time. We were VERY IMPRESSED by Gundlach in all aspects today.
