I’ve had the opportunity to work with this team over the past couple of months, and I’ve been really impressed by the level of dedication and professionalism they bring to every job. The technicians take real pride in their work, and the company genuinely cares about both employees and customers. From what I’ve seen, they go above and beyond to ensure quality service. Definitely worth considering if you need HVAC maintenance or repair for your business.

The service truck took 2 parking spaces at post office eating Chick-fil-A while people waiting outside the parking lot to access the post service. Asked 3 times to move the truck. Driver did not respond. Think twice hiring EMC for your services. Obviously they don't hire good people.

This is the worse service. They came out to my home last week to recharge my HVAC and a few hours later my house was filed with smoke. I called to have them come back, got an appointment for Friday. They did not show and rescheduled my appointment to Monday. No one showed up during the service window and then rescheduled me again to Friday upcoming. It is going to be 80 plus degrees this week and I can’t stay in my home for a week because of this. Also, I keep getting the automated voice over and never get connected to a live person. This is ridiculous.

Came in and immediately found the problem fixed the problem.\n And was out within an hour.\n I will definitely tell more people About your company
