GUNDLACH PLUMBING AND HEATING COMPANY (COREY & ROBB) FOUND THE ORIGINAL SEWER CLEAN-OUT PORT & SEWER COVER PLATE IN NO TIME. THEY QUICKLY PINPOINTED & MARKED & MEASURED THE OLD SEWER PIPE TRAJECTORY TO FORMULATE AN ESTIMATE FOR THE JOB. COREY & ROBB WERE EXPERTS AT QUICKLY DIAGNOSING THE DRAINAGE PROBLEM & OFFERING SOLUTIONS. PLEASE GIVE THESE HARD WORKING MEN A RAISE FOR THEIR AWESOME WISDOM, KNOWLEDGE AND EXPERIENCE AND QUICK PROBLEM DIAGNOSIS/SOLUTIONS.

We needed a new water heater and I decided to call around and get some quotes. I started with Gundlach. I used their website to enter my request and within 10 minutes I received a call from Willie informing me that he could have someone out to see me the following morning. Alaric was the technician who came out. He was personable, professional and described the process very well, including how long the install would take, and the cost. I was so impressed with their customer service that I didn’t pursue any other quotes. They installed the new one the next day. Thank you Willie and Alaric for your expertise and awesome service!!

You can utilize the services of Gundlach with complete confidence. We have utilized them for almost 30 years and wouldn’t consider another HVAC company as we made just one call.
I was prepared for an inevitable supply chain delay, but was surprised that we had the new units installed within 10 days. The entire installation took only a day and 1/2 with Jose & Ray providing excellent workmanship. They explained everything they were doing and even took the time to set up the new digital thermostat for us.
The company manager, Roy, made the quotation process easy and quite transparent with no unexpected additions.

We are so glad we stayed with Trane and Gundlach. The google reviews are exceedingly strong as they should be.

I had a monster clog in my bathtub due to dropping a top down the drain and getting hair built up around it.
Al was super nice about it even though the tub was covered in my hair! 🫤 He quickly knew what to do, gave me an estimate, and finished the job in less than an hour.
I was thrilled with the service from Gundlach! Would definitely recommend and use again if other problems arise.

Called to get an estimate for Airduct cleaning. Was told service tech would call/text me before showing. Tech never did and was 30 minutes late. He came in spent 30 seconds looking at my HVAC and said he would send a quote within a couple of hours. That was 2 months ago and I never got the quote or a followup call/email/text.

We had a problem with our boiler that prevented us from having hot water or back up heat throughout our house, right before Christmas. Our issue was complicated and has required multiple maintenance and repair visits as well as a new boiler. Andrew, Dominique, Kenny, and Kyle have all provided responsive, courteous, and professional service every time they have come out. Joey and Corey handled the boiler sale and install, respectively, and could not have been better to work with. They explained each step to us and provided excellent customer service and work. And Kevin, who handles the dispatch, has been a dream. He insures that he gets someone out to see us same day and is always so polite, responsive, and understanding. What great people and a great company.

I had a great experience with Gundlach Heating, Cooling, Plumbing & Electrical! My furnace stopped working, and they were quick to respond and send someone out. Dominic was friendly, professional, and explained everything clearly. Though it was a quick fix, they had my furnace up and running in no time, and the whole process was smooth and stress-free. I really appreciate their excellent service and would definitely recommend them to anyone needing heating or cooling repairs!

We have used Gundlach heating and plumbing for years and have never had a bad experience. They have done lots of work for us, including installing our original AC system 30 years ago, installing a tankless water heater and heating system and recently installing a new AC system. Jose S and Tucker A. did a fantastic job. They were courteous, thorough, and knowledgeable. I would highly recommend Gundlach heating and plumbing to anyone looking for a new or replacement heating or cooling system and plumbing repairs. They also have a very reasonable maintenance contract for heating and cooling systems.

This is the second weekend in a row I've been here waiting 30 minutes or more for them to open on a Saturday(it's 8:05am Saturday) ..This is ridiculous I'm loosing money while people are sleeping in!!!!

Brittany is the Best! I can always count on her cheerfulness no matter what time of day I call. I work for a dental practice and EMC services our HVAC needs and if ever there is something that is wrong, I call and they come, quickly..... Excellent service. I would suggest using them without any hesitation.

On 18NOV I watched a service truck for this company run a red light on Parham. He ran the light well after it had turned yellow and red, while the light across from him had a protected left. Had the driver turning left not seen him coming, there would have been an accident. That driver honked in protest and the man didn't flinch, just kept going drawing on his cigarette. His dangerous driving was clearly intentionally.

Tl:Dr one of these drivers doesn't even follow rules when it comes to human lives. Do you think they won't cut corners on your job?
