I don’t remember if I already shared here, but it’s worth repeating.
I’m so grateful to Woodfin! The only company of 4 that didn’t try to rip me off! Several other companies were saying I needed a new furnace when all the furnace needed was a temp adjustment so the boiler wasn’t “boiling” the water and causing relief valves to open! 20 stars to you all and I can’t recommend you enough! I do tell everyone about this! 2 years with no heat trying to save for a furnace were miserable, you folks are honest and I’m beyond grateful for my nice warm house and your skilled technician!

Matthew was polite, knowledgeable, and thorough throughout the entire process. He explained every step clearly and took the time to answer all of my questions—even those that were slightly outside the scope of the visit. He made sure I felt informed and comfortable, and his professionalism really stood out. I would highly recommend working with him.

Very fast, knowledgeable, respectful, courteous, very thorough! What a great job and customer Service top-notch!! 10/20/24. Well, it’s finally done. This was a long project to get taken care of because of weather. We went so long without rain and as soon as we broke ground, of course it poured Chris Randy and all the people at Woodfin has done a great job! I will say that all jobs are not perfect and things go wrong time to time Dealing with these men made this job 100% better great communication throughout the entire project. I would highly recommend their services and have already started a new project with them extremely happy customers. The McCoy’s!!!!

Anthony and Zach E came out today and were very professional and handled my plumbing issue carefully (live in a post ww2 home). Anthony even checked on the hot water heater and saw it had moved from when I had my roof replaced. Zach E did super clean work under the vanity. Utmost praise for both. Zach E would probably be higher up than where he is at another competing company, he carried himself well and was quick to solve the plumbing issue. Clean work, a lil overpriced IMO but always quality

When we thought we had a frozen pipe, Woodfin came out quickly and Zach went above and beyond to check all of our pipes. He explained what he found and determined it was the city. He followed up with a call to ensure the city had turned off the water to our street and was super thorough. The price was reasonable and we’re going to ask for Zach anytime we need a plumber!

Woodfin sent Kyle Robinson out on an emergency call to diagnose our failed furnace. He was knowledgeable and efficient. Woodfin then followed with a comfort advisor Alex Bruster who advised us in our options. Alex was professional, knowledgeable and a pleasure to work with. We chose a new HVAC system. Woodfin came within one day. Their installers Logan Ingram, David Voss and Phillip Brooks did a wonderful job. You wouldn't even know they had worked here as everything was totally clean inside and out after their installation. We are very pleased with Woodfin, they have great employees. I give a shout out also to their receptionists. Choose Woodfin, you won't be sorry

I wish I could give more than 5 stars! I just had the most pleasant experience with woodfin, from the call center to the electrician, it was phenomenal! I work in property management and knew something wasn’t right with my electrical in my home. I reached out to the electricians we use at work and no one was able to help me. I reached out to woodfin and they dispatched immediately and were here within an hour. The electrician, Daniel was top notch along with his manager, Jacob! He was able to diagnose the issue and was out the very next morning to complete the repairs (due to requiring permits by Dominion) I’m very impressed and pleased with the customer service and work done!! They were able to cut the total bill in half as the full box replacement wasn’t necessary after all! Very honest and genuine people!! Thank you so much!!

We had a mystery leak that nobody could solve until Zach F. showed up. He took the time to investigate properly, found the source, and fixed it. Super professional, reliable, and clearly very experienced. Highly recommend Woodfin to anyone who needs a plumber they can trust

My review is based on the consultation with Joe Wood, who did an excellent job walking me through the projected costs and labor involved. His thoroughness and clarity in explaining everything gave me enough confidence to move forward with Woodfin without seeking a second quote. Woodfin replaced our boiler. Brandon and the rest of the technicians were amazing! On time, tidy, polite, knowledgeable, hardworking! We've been customers for 40 years, completely satisfied!

Woodfin installed a Generac Generator 26K. The entire process from application to installation was done smoothly, professionally, and timely. All of their workers were extremely helpful and cordial. I couldn't have asked for a greater team of installers. Once it was noted that I am a Disabled Veteran, it seemed their pride of service kicked in even more. Thank you Woodfin, I am satisfied.

I highly recommend Woodfin an in particular Devon for your electrical needs. He has expertise to help talk through your service needs and even make recommendations about products. He is professional, friendly, and conscientious. He completed our job well within the a lot of timeframe and cleaned up after without even asking. It was a very enjoyable and satisfactory experience and our new lights in our basement and garage work well. First class employee and first class service!

Zach Fendey was incredible. Personable, informative, honest, and flexible. Helped me prioritize which projects to do without trying to influence, gave me options, and educated me on what tasks can be done by myself and which ones need professional help.

I purchased a new HVAC system from Woodfin. From the beginning starting with Alex the salesperson, everything exceeded my expectations. The equipment was delivered promptly. The installation team was fantastic. Jeremy, Lewis, Roberto and Taylor all did their part cheerfully and to perfection. They were extremely pleasant and knowledgeable. My new system was up and running smoothly by the end of the day.

The tech was amazing. Did a great job. Replaced all three toilets. The inside was very knowledgeable. Even check the water meter outside. Our water bottle has gone up 50%. Zach really knows what he’s doing.

Woodfin is truly your neighborhood friend while also providing exceptional professional service. Not only were they professional and polite, but they also worked around multiple toddlers. They were mindful of my toddler sleeping in the next room while having duct cleaning done and still all kids managed to have a solid nap, Which is an accomplishment in itself. Will absolutely recommend them to anyone!

Daren was the representative from Woodfin. He was knowledgeable and professional. He was not just trying to make a sale he made sure that he was meeting my specific needs for a new HVAC installation. He also helped find the financing and payment plan that was best for me. He explained everything thoroughly and answered all of my questions. It is so nice to get great customer service and to feel like you have made the right decision when you sign a contract. My new heating and air system will be installed next week. Do yourself a favor and skip the time and frustration of researching and getting lots of estimates. Call Woodfin first. Wish I had!!!

Chris did a fantastic job diagnosing the issue and giving us options and pricing in a very transparent manner (water pressure issue in kitchen sink and master shower). He then proceeded to fix the issues to our satisfaction. Very happy with the results! Professional work with courtesy, I would highly recommend woodfin!

The technicians were professional, punctual, and the quality of their work was excellent. The new boiler, and the associated piping system was done in one day and this was a big job. The new system is working flawlessly.

Ciara and her partner did an excellent, efficient and professional job for us today replacing our chandelier and a ceiling mounted fixture in our foyer and replacing a dimmer switch. They were very customer focused and we would be happy to see them again.

Brendan (Technician) and Liz (Assistant/Parts Delivery) are absolute young legends and deserve serious recognition.

Early Friday morning, during freezing temperatures, our old water heater failed—and these two truly saved the day. Brendan was extremely informative and went above and beyond to make sure the job was completed before dark. From breaking up ice to create a safe pathway, to recommending and implementing better solutions than what had previously been installed, we could not be more pleased with the final result.

Brendan initially arrived without a partner and was unsure if he could complete the job on his own, but he immediately took action—contacting his supervisor and coordinating parts and product delivery so new customers could be taken care of without delay. Liz played a huge role in making that happen as well.
